I chose this hotel because it is close to my friend's home. The interior decoration of the room is traditional and standard, with everything you need, including a bathtub. The room is quite spacious, including a deep balcony, which overlooks the swimming pool. There are many lounge chairs and palm trees around the pool, as well as some hammocks. Many foreigners go there early in the morning to take a seat and bask in the sun. The hotel's SPA and indoor swimming pool are also open to the public, and are charged to guests. It seems to be less than 20 euros, which is not expensive.
If you don't buy the hotel's breakfast before checking in, it's 22 euros per serving. There are many choices. In addition to the lettuce, cheese and ham that most breakfasts have, there are butterfly cakes, carrot cakes, croissants, which taste good, as well as duck liver pate and fresh caviar. The kitchen can also make Benedict eggs, which are presented at a pretty good level, and the coffee tastes average.
I also ordered lunch once, which was salmon with vegetables. The salmon was medium done, which was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The kitchen also sent an appetizer with a high appearance value, plus a 3 euro bottle of water, the total was about 20 euros, which was very satisfactory.
The only thing I was not satisfied with was that I wanted to delay the check-out for a while on the day, but the front desk told me that it would cost 22 Euros for 2 hours, and their tone was very blunt. In the end, they at least reluctantly agreed to let me extend it for 30 minutes.
The hotel is very clean and comfortable, the rooms are of a good size, and it is conveniently located around many supermarkets and shopping malls. The location is good, but it is not in the city center. When I booked the hotel, I saw very clearly that the hotel provided free parking. Because my family was traveling by car, we looked for hotels with free parking wherever we went. I don't know why the hotel told me that I needed to pay a parking fee of 7 euros after I arrived at the hotel. I immediately checked my booking order, and strangely, the order had changed and the free parking was cancelled, which made me very angry. Later, I looked through the comments of previous guests, which were also very clear. I hope the hotel and trip can give me a reply

Fantastic location just next to the Real Alcazar and accessible by all kinds of public transportation. Restaurants nearby good considering its so close to attractions. The room is clean and private lockers with railing to hang clothes is fantastic.
The best hotel I have ever stayed in Spain. The room is very large and clean. The service is great. We received a bottle of sparkling wine as welcome drink. There is also a car park in the hotel. very convenient and very close the tourism spot

The room was OK, although a bit old, but the stay was very comfortable. The service is particularly good. The restaurant environment, packages, and service are particularly good.
Dislike: 25€/day parking space ! Arranged for me the smallest parking space in the corner, next to the parking space there are fire doors and fire extinguishers. Reasonably, there is a parking space here. I talked to the hotel several times and asked them to change my parking space, but they just didn't change it. Finally, gave me both parking spaces... For parking spaces at this price, I want to park the car. If my car doesn't stop, you give me three parking spaces. I don't like it either!
This is for hotel managers: we were 2 days and paying €50 for a garage place, they assigned me a parking that I think was already badly designed, as being a side door (place 20) And with a firefighter should not have any garage space! I was assigned the 19th, if I park well I couldn't get down from the car of how small the square is and I asked you to change it, but they didn't allow it to me and the solution was to give me the two places... my personally I like to do things well! And more if I pay a garage place for 2 days, it was €50. If I can't park the car well even if I have 3 garage places, I'm still not okay!
For the gentleman, who would be the reception officer on the afternoon of August 16, a 0 for his bad ways and no need to talk to people with disgust, in fact he was never able to talk to me personally, The hotel was very good and very comfortable.
The location is excellent. You can overlook the Roman bridge and the ancient city from the terrace. It is only a few hundred meters walk across the bridge to the central scenic area. However, the price is cheaper than hotels in the city. There are large open spaces around for free parking. The room is not small and the facilities are complete. It is still highly recommended, especially for self-driving.

The single room at the Hotel Macarena Xe Sevilla provided a comfortable and functional retreat during my exploration of this fascinating city. The room is simple and modern in design. Although the space is not large, the clever layout does not make it feel cramped at all. A comfortable single bed provided a good night's sleep, while the bedside lamp and bedside tables provided convenient storage space.
The rooms have basic amenities including a flat-screen TV and air conditioning, which is especially important in Seville's hot weather. I especially appreciate the abundance of natural light that streams in through the windows, making the space feel brighter and more open. While the view out the window may not be the most stunning, it still provides a hint of connection to the outside world.
The bathroom, although not large, was very clean and tidy and had all the necessary toiletries. The shower had solid water pressure and plenty of hot water, which is essential for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The hotel also provides free wireless internet with stable speed, which makes it convenient for me to check information and keep in touch with family and friends at any time.

Barceló Carmen Granada boasts stunning views of the Alhambra and a prime location that allows for easy exploration of Granada's historic sites. The hotel's rooftop pool and terrace are perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. While most guests appreciate the modern amenities and courteous service, limited parking can be a slight inconvenience. Overall, it earns a well-deserved 4.5 out of 5 stars.

reasonably well located but hard to unload the luggage if the parking is a few units away from the main entrance. Staff is pretty helpful but the room amenities are pretty basic.
room is clean but we booked earlier and ended up paying more when the room rate shown on the same day on other website turnout to be cheaper. A slight disappointment on this matter

Highly recommended. The location is great, right next to the parasol, very convenient for eating and shopping. The hotel is very new, so it is very clean and well equipped. The service is great. If you meet Sergio, you can ask him in Chinese: ”What is the Wi-Fi password?” 😆 (The photo was taken on the hotel balcony)

Great
AArp303This hotel does a really good job of capturing the “Hard Rock” vibe so if you’re into that you’ll enjoy your stay at this property. Lots of memorabilia dotted around, great music and some lovely touches around the hotel.
We stayed in a deluxe room which was small but furnished to a good standard with a very comfy bed. Bathroom was well equipped and the balcony was a decent size. Jukebox feature on the TV is excellent and allows you to get the party started before you go out or continue it after hours in your room. Having YouTube on the TV is handy too.
The pools were good, there’s 2 pretty large ones and they look great during the day and night.
The rooftop deck is quite chilled, it has a bar and an infinity pool with beds to suit everyone really, lots of variety so standard cushioned beds and lower body shaped beds. There are several “Bali beds” that come with a 150 Euro minimum spend. Sounds like alot but the food & drink isn’t cheap so can be done relatively easily if you plan to stay at the pool all day and have lunch. The pools are shallow but a good size and the infinity pool offers a brilliant view over the second pool area. The second pool area features a stage and DJ booth at the top of the pool and is louder. The pool parties that Hard Rock offer are held here during the day as well so bear that in mind when selecting your bed. There is an “Eden Cafe” in this area offering burgers and the like during the day and the main “Sessions” restaurant that serves breakfast and dinner too if you book half board.
We booked bed & breakfast so didn’t eat dinner at the property. We did have lunch on our first afternoon at the Eden cafe and it was very good. The breakfast offers an excellent selection & its tasty. They also have a musicians playing a different instrument each day on the outdoor terrace which is a nice touch.
The bar area in the lobby lacks atmosphere and is a little on the slow side to get a drink. The cocktails are good though and its worthwhile having a drink there, especially if a live band is on.
Service at the hotel was very good overall and we very much enjoyed our stay. The bellhops in particular are excellent. They provided us with a “courtesy room” on checkout day (we had a late flight) which was a nice touch after having checked out already and been out all day.
The location of the hotel was further out than we thought and required you to either walk through a large, unkept subway or walk down narrow busy roads with several hills. The subway route is best and takes around 15 mins to Porto Banus but is not ideal at night. We had no issues and saw no undesirables but I do think Hard Rock could do more to make that subway more inviting (clean it, add their branding, have music playing etc). I don’t think they own it but perhaps they should take ownership of how it looks at the very least as it could quite easily put some people off staying at the hotel.
The “Casino Marbella” is attached to the hotel. It’s a nice Casino but lacks atmosphere. You also need your passport to enter (I had to go back to the room) so bear that in mind too. There is a handy supermarket opposite the hotel that has a great selection of snacks, ice cream, toiletries, booze etc plus it’s really cheap. There’s a lovely little bar called “Park Lane Sports Bar” that is family run and really charming. The drinks are cheap and the people who run it are very friendly. The resident dog “Lolo” is also quite a character and really makes the bar. We also ate at a lovely little Spanish restaurant called “Noto” - the prawns, pizza and service was excellent.
There are more luxurious hotels to stay in Marbella and hotels in nicer locations but for a party vibe, good food & drink, strong pool decks and friendly service the Hard Rock is a solid choice.
AAnonymous Userlocation is good just 10 minutes walk from bus and railway station, buffet breakfast choice is less , room is not small , poor experience is no water suddenly during taking shower, call to reception few times but nobody answer, it's so embarrassed
RRiazWe came here from a budget hotel so our thoughts on entering the room first were wow and amazing.
I've stayed in 5 star hotels few times and also 1 star hotels so have an expectation of rooms and service.
The room is spacious. The bed is big and comfortable. Got a good rest. There is a comfortable couch, big TV, separate toilet, shower and bath tub, mini kitchen area and AC.
Room:
Spacious, modern, comfortable, dining table but only one chair...
Mini Kitchen:
There was a mini fridge, microwave, kettle and sink but no cutlery which seemed strange as you would expect these things to be there. You had to request cutlery etc.. at reception and collect from the buffet area yourself.
Shower:
The shower was awesome. Spacious with overhead and handle shower. Lots of toiletries. Could have benefitted with more hangers. Has an appealing deco.
Reception:
Took some time to check in with people before us in a queue. Maybe checkin can be streamlined more especially if all prebooked and prepaid.
We were able to add late check out till 5pm for about £20. We came back to the hotel before 5, I asked for some tea bags, but was given a key card, which was weird but just misunderstanding but it meant wasting few minutes we needed for packing. Then our key card wouldn't work on the door which took another few minutes to fix.
We were able to get some hot water for the tea afterwards which was kind of them.
There is a gym but didn't get chance to use it.
Some staff has good English so communication isn't an issue and they will help you with what you need.
GGuest UserWhile waiting to check in, I was given a large glass of freshly squeezed orange juice. The room facilities were also very modern, and the toilet had a washlet for the first time. After returning from the trip, a plate of ginkgo biloba, cheese, diced ham and biscuits were given to the room to replenish energy. There is food everywhere when you go out, especially the seafood restaurant recommended by the hotel, where you can enjoy delicious and affordable tapas. Breakfast was ordered from the menu and was very delicious.
The only drawback is that there is no body lotion in the room, and the area is very dry, but after informing the front desk, a small bottle of L'Occitane body lotion was delivered - the shampoo and other toiletries are all from L'Occitane.
CClaire MThe location of Don Alfredo is unbeatable!!!
You basically fall out of the hotel and into the old town of Marbella. That said, the hotel is not one of the newest and it's a bit rocked down, but still well kept. The room was very basic but clean, as was the bathroom. We didn't plan to spend a lot of time in the room anyways, so for our purposes it was perfect for a quite affordable price! 😀
The staff was kind and helpful and in the morning they brought coffee according to our wishes to the dining room table or also to one of the tables right outside at the entrance of the hotel. Coffee was great, but breakfast was not very impressive, so we only had a little bite, but always took some fruit from the fruit bowl 🍎🍏🍊
Parking outside the hotel was a bit difficult, but not far there was the possibility to park for free, just needed to circle a bit sometimes and get lucky with a spot getting empty right in front of us ... Altogether, we enjoyed our stay a lot ... The old Castillo de Marbella was right in front of the hotel and there was a little resto named El Rincón de la Muralla that would seat you right beside the Castle wall - very romantic at night! 💕 After dinner there, we only had a few steps to take to get into bed and enjoy a good night's sleep ...
As for the pictures, only the first one is showing the hotel, the rest are pictures taken in the old town Marbella, super close to the hotel - and just to prove how great this location is! 😎
SShabomI had a great stay! The place was really nice and the hotel was very clean. I really appreciated the late check-in option, which made things so convenient. The customer service was outstanding—everyone was friendly and helpful. The only downside was the breakfast, which didn’t have many options. Other than that, everything was perfect. I can’t wait to come back again!
FFranfromivegillThis is a lovely hotel…. Sp pretty with columns and alcoves. For the first night I booked dinner B&B….. the food was delicious! Dinner was 5 courses but included the best Broccoli au Gratin I ever tasted and included a glass of red wine. I expected the wine to be tough but it was actually very good! I did not try the open air swimming pool but in this heat it was an option … nearby beach was crowded and with fascinating container port nearby I found it hard to believe the water was bathing quality! 8€ taxi ride from bus station. Staff were unfailingly helpful and courteous. Next time I will ask for a room with a mountain-view. I stayed a second night … trip charged me a higher price? I also took their Day Excursion to Morocco…€72 but add on €40 for tips! It included return ferry, transport, guide and Moroccan lunch ( delicious) … driver, his friend, guide and me on a 32 seater bus! Obligatory “buy a carpet” talk at “craft school” ( Omg I bought a carpet!) … hold out for the trinkets shop on the way out!!! 4 hours to get back through customs … queues…. But it was fascinating v and an unexpected glimpse into border mentality. 4 layers … Moroccan military check, Moroccan police check, Spanish police check and Covid certificate check and final layer …. Spanish guards emptying and checking every car and finding something to throw away from everyone!!!! Two days feels like a wonderful week!
LlinxincuicanThe house is very newly renovated. It is easy to find at the entrance of the old town. All check-in is self-service. We wanted to check in early, but when we arrived at the door, we were told that we could not check in early. The weather was too hot, so we had to find a McDonald's and wait until three o'clock. Click to check in and check out at 11 o'clock the next day
GGuest UserIt was cute, is a nice place, great location , the staff could be nicer, and at breakfast they had only few cakes, things that you can make a sandwich with, and coffee and juice, pretty much that was all, no eggs. Overall was a cool stay , I didn’t had more options except this place for my date and I paid like 66€ for 1 night, which I found it a bit expensive for a hostel.
GGuest UserThis should be a resort hotel built on the mountain, so there is no station or business around, and it is either 7 euros or 15 minutes walk from the station. I feel that it used to be quite high-end, but now it is not cleaned up too well, a bit dilapidated. The hot water in the room was broken, it was cold and hot for a while, and the bath was very dangerous. The hotel garden is very large and can run in the morning, the hot air conditioner is very sufficient, and the front desk service brother is also very good.
