It's pretty good. We moved to 2000 Hotel temporarily from another hotel. We were welcomed by the enthusiastic staff in the evening. We were very happy.

Negative points
• Although I booked a twin room, they told there were none available. The first room they showed me on the second floor was extremely noisy due to loud music and vibrations from the restaurant and event space. The next room they offered faced the road, but the wall was not soundproof and the outside noise was very disturbing.
• When I tried to speak with the manager, there was no manager available on Sundays. If the manager is off, there should be someone acting on their behalf.
• The restaurant had many flies. There were both soft-boiled and hard-boiled eggs, but even the “hard-boiled” ones were half-cooked inside. When I asked for a properly hard-boiled egg, one of the kitchen staff gave me an unpleasant look, and even after asking, the egg was still undercooked (photo). The male kitchen staff were unfriendly, and it was impossible to order any egg dishes comfortably.
• The corridor lights turn off automatically, making it pitch dark and creepy.
Positive points
• Comfortable bed, welcome drink
Rwanda is definitely beyond your expectations. The streets are clean and tidy. This hotel should be considered a great resort hotel in Rwanda. The environment is very elegant. The key is that the food inside is very cheap. The waiter is very good and highly recommended.

Hotel was near airport but far away from the city. Room was poorly maintained as many appliances were faulty, such as the fan and water heater, which were quickly fixed by the staff. Would not recommend if you want a fuss free stay.

MM49334****The service is very good, the room is very clean and hygienic. It is one of the best hotels in the area. After choosing for a long time, I feel that there is no better choice than Marriott. It is worth going again

SShenqideshuyeVery good hotel, convenient transportation, thoughtful service, the restaurant in the hotel is delicious and cost-effective, sitting in the restaurant at night and looking at the mountain view opposite is like a dream, a very cost-effective choice. There are no shampoo, hair dryer and other facilities.

TTraveler2I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The service was great and friendly, both at check-in and during my dining experience. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast options, which were diverse and delicious. The gym was well-equipped and offered nice views of the pool. The location is convenient and in a newly developed area. I highly recommend this property!
GGuest UserI stayed in the dormitory room for a week, and overall, it was a great experience.
First of all, the service was amazing. The breakfast was legit, the coffee was decent, the massage was excellent, and the staff were all super friendly and helpful.
That said, there were a couple of things that made me a bit uncomfortable during my stay—mainly related to the bathroom. I think there’s an issue with the shower/bathtub pipe, as the water takes quite a while to drain. Also, the sink didn’t have any running water during my stay.
If those issues are fixed, I’d 100% recommend staying here. It’s truly a wonderful place.
Thank you for the great service!
GGuest UserOur room was equipped with an outdoor balcony. Although the friend's room did not have a balcony with a living room, it was much more comfortable than the ordinary standard room. The front desk of the hotel was very enthusiastic and helped us make an appointment for the driver to the national park. When we went, the service of booking the pick-up by email was also very good. The breakfast buffet was very rich, I ordered roast pork chops for dinner, which was quite delicious and the tip was included in the meal. The fly in the ointment is that the driver asked us for 60 knives after the return reservation from the hotel to the airport, and the front desk told us before that it would cost 35 knives.
MMemory HallFinding nice hotels is luck and effort recognizing an excellent hotel an IQ test. Trip.com Group helped me find this place.
Highly recommended
TTraveler2I recently stayed for two nights at the Radisson Blu and had a fantastic experience. The room was spotless, and I was greeted with thoughtful welcome treats. The gym facilities were top-notch, and the staff were extremely warm and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location offers plenty of activities and attractions nearby, and the area really comes alive at night, making it great for a leisurely walk. With numerous restaurants in the vicinity, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.
