Very poor hotel
Expensive and rooms are shabby. I booked a studio room initially and was told to upgrade as they had rooms that had been ‘recently ‘ renovated. I guess recently they just mean this century as they were worn and dirty. Bath leaked too
Phone in the room didn’t work and there was no cups or glasses for water. Just a $22 bottle
Check in takes a long time and the queue for bag check is ridiculous
Won’t stay here again

The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a stone's throw from The Venetian Macao. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. It's well-appointed with comprehensive amenities, and the cleanliness is top-notch. Crucially, overnight parking is free, making it a perfect pick for anyone traveling by car.

Honestly I didn’t think I was going to love this hotel as much as I did! The amenities were great! They recently opened their “Go Pool” beach club which was honestly our favorite part of the hotel. Great restaurants and excellent location. Not to mention really nice and clean rooms

The cleaner forgot and didn’t flush the toilet as I saw some nasty stuff. The refrigerator had a bottled water that wasn’t mine when I arrived. Cleaning was the biggest issue. Parking in and out was really good and hotel location. No I wouldn’t recommend it as cleanliness is not good and no perks. Tv was slow. They allowed me one hour early check-in which is nice.

Try getting a room at the Resort Tower. The Royal Tower rooms are dingy.
The portion behind the table in our room hadn't been cleaned in a very long time with a lot of accumulated dust. Late checkouts are chargeable if they extend beyond an hour. Also, make sure you inform guest services in advance about a late checkout. We were curtly informed that a late checkout would not be possible, even though we were willing to pay for it, as the hotel was completely booked for the long weekend.
The hotel has a few bars and restaurants, but they progressively shut starting 10pm. The one bar that remains open late into the night had only one bartender, making it difficult to get a drink. The bartender also looked as if she was ready to collapse under the sheer stress of handling things alone.

Having stayed at this hotel 13 years ago, I decided to book it again this time, but unfortunately, the experience was a far cry from what I remembered!
1. **Bottled Water**: There's no complimentary bottled water in the room. Guests have to go to the front desk to collect it, and each bottle is minuscule, only 296ml! You're also limited to just one or two bottles per person per trip, which means a daily trek downstairs just for water.
2. **Minibar Sensor Trap**: All food items in the room, both in the minibar fridge and on the shelves, are equipped with sensors. Simply moving an item from its original spot registers it as consumed/purchased. This policy is incredibly unreasonable. I merely picked up a bottle to look at it and was charged! A single bottle of mineral water costs $24 USD. Upon check-out, I discovered I'd been charged for three bottles. The front desk informed me they needed to 'verify' the charges before processing a refund to my credit card, and couldn't even provide an estimated timeframe for when the refund would be issued.
3. **Missing Towel Incident**: A huge warning: Do NOT bring your own white bath towels! I hung my personal towel behind the bathroom door, assuming that hung towels wouldn't be taken for cleaning (as most hotels only clean towels left in the tub or laundry basket). When I called the hotel, they claimed they needed to 'investigate' with a third-party laundry service to see if my towel could be located. If not, they'd compensate me, but I have little hope of a resolution for this matter.
4. **The Oshow**: The 'Oshow' in the hotel's West Tower costs around 2100 RMB per person. While the performers were very dedicated, I couldn't even recall the plot from my previous viewing, and overall, it lacked any significant appeal. The sound, lighting, and special effects felt quite dated.
5. **Delayed Check-in**: Although check-in was scheduled for 3:00 PM, we weren't fully checked in until 3:30 PM. We booked two rooms, but one wasn't ready until 5:00 PM, and only after I called to inquire! As compensation, the staff provided each person with a $25 meal voucher, valid at the hotel restaurants.

Overrated. Too expensive for what it is. Yes it’s nice and it’s an experience because it’s iconic. Very very loud everywhere very crowded. The hotel staff wasn’t really friendly many times not even answering to a good morning, my father is in a wheelchair and there’s an area where you have to call assistance for the lift because there’s no ramp and she questioned me why were we going to that corredor and said the shops were already closed. Housekeeping came in the room before the time whilst my father was in the bathroom and the paper of “do not disturb” was on the door. The bedroom wasn’t really clean for 240€ minimum a night even the floors in the bedroom corridors were full of little trash for hours. no complimentary water tea or coffee. The parking walk until the reception was very stressful with a wheelchair and 3 bags on the email they should say that you can drop off the bags at the entrance. For a five star hotel the bed sheets were crumpled and stained a lot of marks on walls and the chair stained. Bed was very comfortable. The toilet was amazing. The casino staff are very nice. The view is amazing

The hotel has a great location, with The Venetian just a short walk downstairs. Even though check-in took over half an hour, the room was very reasonably priced. What's more, after a quick chat, they assigned me a room with a direct view of the iconic Sphere! It was perfect for just sitting back and enjoying the view. I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time.

The room is ok. Mostly families staying here with kids. Wouldn’t recommend for the Vegas parties. The hotel charges for daily parking. $20 a day. That’s where they get you, plus the resort fees.

NNuonuoThis is a fantastic and very comfortable hotel. The lobby area on the ground floor is quite lively, and it even has a Starbucks. The swimming pool was my absolute favorite feature – perfect for a refreshing dip when it was too hot to venture out during the day. In the evenings, it was super convenient to visit various popular spots, as they were all nearby. The rooms are also very spacious and comfortable, and the general atmosphere is lovely, ensuring a truly pleasant stay.

MMartin Heginio Jr.It is a five star hotel but the glass that they are giving to guests in rooms are just disposable cups with no amenities like kettle, coffee, toothpaste, nor bottled water. We stayed for 3 nights and may not be coming back again to stay in this hotel due to poor services. On the 3rd day of stay our room was not thoroughly cleaned…. Though the resto at the top is the best place to have your dinner with stunning views of vegas at night. Services and food at the resto at the top was excellent with the very accommodating Filipino staff headed by Ms . Juvy. ..
SSancarloI enjoy my stay in the hotel but I don’t know why I still haven’t got my $300 deposit back after I checked out on time and it has been 2 weeks ago.
SShilinlinzongzongThe check-in staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They not only upgraded our room but also assigned us one with a fantastic view, which truly exceeded our expectations. We were extremely pleased. The only minor issue was the bathroom faucet, which kept dripping. We hope the hotel can promptly replace or repair it.
RRaeanna SmithThis is the only place I stay when visiting Vegas. I'm here 2-3 times a month. I am not a fan of the strip, this is perfectly located nearby, if I needed to be by the strip.

GGuest UserThe front desk agent was great but the elevator to the tower did not work the whole time I was there. Big disappointment. Resort Fee and incidental fee is extremely high for a place of that caliber. I am a local that has stayed in many Resorts and this was not the right price range for this hotel. For example incidental hold for the Venetian is $150, the incidental fee for this hotel is $300. Not the nest for and hold hotel.
AAnonymous UserBest hotel I ever stay in LV. Clean room. Good amenities. Casino at the ground floor is convenience for traveler like is who want to spend leisure time. Fitness is full of equipment
Ccaffe_scImpeccable swimming pools but they close too early!
Absolutely beautiful room and interior decor, but the lack of free coffee / tea is puzzling. Never stayed in a 5 stars without those basic things…
Free parking for guests - it is a bit further up on the Strip, so that’s a good gesture. However, it does mean making it difficult to get around to other places in the very hot summer.
Overall a good stay! Nice new hotel.
