This is for our honeymoon and when we told to the front desk, the staff arranged the 29/F for us with Sphere view immediately, she also offered $100 breakfast coupons at The Buffet in Wynn. The Buffet is amazing. Truly thankful to those special offers.
Encore is super luxury, very good service, helpful staff, we had booked day tour during our stay in Vegas and they even walked with us to the pickup point. Nothing to be complained! Definitely my first choice if I will go to Vegas again.
Not very happy with new policy to only make beds every third day. The reason to get away for a weekend is to not have to worry about things like that. A fresh made bed and towels everyday makes the average couple fell special. What do your exorbitant facility and resort fees cover? You have already got rid of your courtesy bus and ”arrival coupons”. This all sends the message that you are nickel and diming your loyal customers!
We didn't mind being off strip when you had the courtesy bus because we could easily and affordably travel between casino and strip. But getting rid of that service along with the other above mentioned services, maybe it's time to look for another more convenient facility?

Super modern place, with an amazing view of the sphere. Clean enough, quiet, downstairs full of options for entertainment and restaurants or shopping. The room is quite big and the iron was inside the wardrobe. Good quality cosmetics in the bathroom. Parking available close to the building, tricky to find something on Friday/Saturday but it's normal for all casino's in Vegas for those days
My room, the hotel, and restaurant were all top quality but my review is for another reason - the SECURITY crew. I had a medical emergency on the day I should have checked out. The Security department sent up two guys that were so nice, reassuring, and professional. They were good listeners and called the paramedics to my room, staying with me until they arrived. I'm sure this was procedure but they never made me feel like an imposition. I couldn't check out and drive so extended my stay. A Security employee brought my paperwork to the room and later, I wound up having to call again to get to an ER. A different Security pair came to my room and were as nice and caring as the guys in the morning. I've never experienced an issue like this before - I was alone and far from any family. I really appreciate how nice your Security employees were to me on that difficult day.
Probably the most beautiful, well appointed property I've ever stayed in. Every detail here is high-end but not pretentious. The rooms are big and comfortable, the restaurants are amazing including a great food hall with lots of regional choices. Not to sound like a broken record but the pool is likely the best pool I've ever been to; so beautiful, with a calm ambiance. Lastly, the staff, without exception, is friendly and helpful. I'd completely recommend staying here.

The hotel is nice, the room is clean and tidy, the bathroom has enough hot water for showering, but there is no coffee machine or bottled water. There are two restaurants suitable for Chinese people's taste, rice and noodles can be provided.
Facilities: Average
Service: Smiling service
Hygiene: Not bad
Environment: Not so big but more comfortable
The ****** is very clean. The room was spacious and relaxing. The Brass Fork was delicious as was Fatburger! Saw The Windjammers at Club Madrid and that was a wonderful, intimate venue. Will definitely stay there again.
I booked this hotel for the CES exhibition. It's still a bit far from the exhibition hall. A one-way taxi cost more than 40 dollars. The hotel added 80 dollars to upgrade to a larger room. There is a restaurant and Starbucks downstairs, which is quite convenient.

Great location. Nice hotel buildings all around and with the Sphere view nearby. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and took lots of pictures. Clean & comfortable high floor room, but the room is not a swimming pool view. We can walk to Danny's and the hotel also has CVS on the ground floor where we can buy snacks, sandwiches and beverages at regular prices. Check in and check out was good. All the hotel staff were helpful and polite.

Very Good
OOliver Robert henryVery poor hotel
Expensive and rooms are shabby. I booked a studio room initially and was told to upgrade as they had rooms that had been ‘recently ‘ renovated. I guess recently they just mean this century as they were worn and dirty. Bath leaked too
Phone in the room didn’t work and there was no cups or glasses for water. Just a $22 bottle
Check in takes a long time and the queue for bag check is ridiculous
Won’t stay here again
JJoe SnuffyVery good location, away from the strip and closer to Fremont areas and local eatery, not too far from Chinatown. Better price, however parking is much to be desired. Good discount for Tower access admission, Strat Cafe open almost 24 hours for all meals. Very affordable price.
CCHENAnd its painful experience, booking.com did not send Ctrip orders to the hotel, resulting in we check-in from 12:00 to 1 point, repeated attempts will not work. Finally, use your own credit card check-in, and wait for Ctrip to give me a final solution. Easy parking. Breakfast because check-in is too late, the elderly help to come to the room, because the child can not get up. Unable to comment.
AAneeshvm123I am very happy to write this review. Overall, it was fantastic experience. The check-in process was smooth and the rooms which i was stayed were very clean, spacious and well equipped with necessary amenities.
The hotel ambiance was delightful, offering a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. The buffet were very nice and they got all kind of choices which makes it special.
From the hotel there were access to the nearby other hotels.
Overall, I had a memorable stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I look forward to returning in the future.

GGuest UserHotel was clean, decor was a bit dated. Could update at least to have USB charging ports in the rooms. Also update internet info to reflect that a shuttle to the sister property on the strip is NOT provided every 30 mins. The outside hot tub was out of service and the indoor hot tub was only available Thursday- Sunday. There was a gentleman that worked in the pool/spa area that was always friendly and very helpful! Smoking still allowed throughout the Casino which smells absolutely horrible! Especially while eating in the food court!
AAngeles Rowena BThe Casino was amazing. I had good wins at BlackJack. The food court was nice, good food and the atmosphere at the lobby is super solid. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit boring. No amenities or snacks and drinks other than shampoos and towels. But overall, the hotel was very nice and quite close to the strip, though you need to walk further to get to better places.
JJessieThe front desk agent was great but the elevator to the tower did not work the whole time I was there. Big disappointment. Resort Fee and incidental fee is extremely high for a place of that caliber. I am a local that has stayed in many Resorts and this was not the right price range for this hotel. For example incidental hold for the Venetian is $150, the incidental fee for this hotel is $300. Not the nest for and hold hotel.
NNickHsu1214Although the hotel is kind of far from the strip, but the place was cozy and the bed was comfy👍🏻
The staff on the counter and in the casino were very friendly!! We liked it overall☺️☺️☺️
GGuest UserHad a good stay. The pool area is very nice and the hotel is pretty clean. There are ice machines conveniently located on each floor and we had a great view of the pool area and the Sphere. Housekeeping was hit or miss when we called them. Once, they forgot to send towels up and once we were hung up on, but they cleaned the room well. Would be nice to be closer to the center of the strip, but it was still nice.
