I always enjoy staying at this hotel, primarily for its unbeatable location near the port—perfect for travelers seeking convenience. The breakfast buffet is consistently satisfying, offering a great variety to start the day.
While my overall experience was positive, I did notice that bottled water was not provided in the room during this stay, which was a slight inconvenience. That said, the hotel’s strengths (like its prime location and dining options) still make it a top choice for me.
I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone needing easy access to the port, and I’m confident the team would address minor oversights like the water if mentioned. A reliable pick for both business and leisure!

This hotel has a perfect location. Beside Sm City Iloilo and a few meters away from Megaworld. It is worth your money. It has a free breakfast buffet for two pax.

Wonderful place, perfect to relax and calm down. Friendly stuff and quick responding and flexible management. If you look for a private beach cottages with reasonable prices also for in-house food and drinks - this is your place. The sea is not Beverly accessible on low tide but the pool is perfect.
We closed the simple cottage, small but beautiful with the view to the sea.
You can walk to the next beach with some restaurants and guests houses and also can paddle along the coast line. For others you have to cross the mountain

This accommodation did its purpose, that is, for me to stay closer to the airport. I had a very early flight and decided to be near the airport instead of travelling from the city center because I do not know the traffic situation in Iloilo. The bed was good and comfy, the room was cool because of efficient a/c, linens though need some improvement. Water pressure too was a little weak but it too did its purpose. Toilet needs a little cleaning since mildew build up in the corners of the sink is a little obvious. The staff did its duty of waking me up on my requested time so as to catch my early morning flight.

Food was good. Enjoyed dining in their nice restaurant by the pool. Requested for a birthday greeting and they did it. Kudos to the staff. Their massage is a must try. Really added a lot to my relaxation while on the trip. Highly recommended!

PParsa BarhaghiThis hotel was on the far side of Boracay island offering a comfort stay and large rooms. The service of the hotel could be improved by simplifying the process. We arrived at 2:30pm and after 15 minutes of check in process, they informed us our room was not available till 3pm. We went to the beach and came back around 6pm and were given a room we did not book. The hotel did their best to make up for it by offering a 30 minute foot massage to both of us. After waiting for our appointment time, we found that they had double booked and we had to move our appointment to the next day. The breakfast was good and included an omelette bar with lots of choices of food. Our checkout process took about 15 minutes as well. The delays in check in / check out were my biggest issue with the hotels. It seemed there was too many staff involved in each one, upper management needs to allow the front desk staff helping the guest take care of the guests check in/check out quickly by themselves.

One of the best parts of our stay was how much our kids enjoyed the experience. The resort offers a family-friendly atmosphere with plenty of activities, making it a great choice for those traveling with children. It was definitely worth the money, as we created wonderful memories together.
The food at Saffron Café was excellent, offering a variety of delicious dishes that catered to all tastes. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, every meal was satisfying and well-prepared.
Overall, Crimson Boracay exceeded our expectations with its stunning location, top-notch service, and relaxing ambiance. We highly recommend it to families, couples, and anyone looking for a luxurious getaway in Boracay!

The staff is very responsive and attentive. There is shampoo, toothpaste, toilet paper and bottled water in the room, the breakfast is very filling and tasty.

Ggibo_27Location is good as it is in the city proper - situated beside the famous capitol lagoon and just few walks away from Ayala mall.
The room is just the right size - not too spacious though but has the basics- study table, kettle, fridge, hot shower is also availbale but not hot enough. Staffs are good and very courteous and attentive.
Breakfast buffet is available and has a wide variety of food - also changes menu for the next days which is good. Their hot chocolate is creamy and not too sweet which is also good.
They have a pool available in the 2nd floor, also a gym and spa area. Also, one of the higlights will be the rooftop bar where you can chill with their classic and signature cocktails and other alcoholic beverages. It also has a good view of the capitol lagoon especially at night.
Overall a good experience, we were just not approved for a 3-hour late check out even if we are willing to pay. Have not seen much people checking-in that day as it is a Monday so not sure if they are fully fully booked for that day.

DDaria BekhterThat’s the best place we’ve stayed at! The location is just great, beachfront, many restaurants, the main road and shops are all just 2-5 mins walking. The buffet has huge variety of food for the breakfast, lunch and dinner. It’s really impossible to be hungry. The exterior is also perfect, everything is green and blossoming, a truly paradise garden. There are three swimming pools that you can enjoy. Perfect for the families with kids and those who prefer quiet and comfy stay. Very special thanks to the staff! You’ll not find more friendly, smiling and helping people. We love the resort abs will definitely stay here once we come to Boracay again.
