We love Mollie’s Motel and Diner. We would rate this place as a gem!! Do not hesitate to book your stay here and do remember to make a reservation at the diner in advance! The diner is really happening and the Oreo milkshake is the best!! The staff at Mollie’s motel is also super friendly and helpful! We truly enjoyed our stay here for 3 nights! I love and I often stay at this hotel when I come Bristol because of its quiet and beautiful environment, convenient parking, friendly staff and clean rooms. But this time I was very disappointed. I stayed for three nights and there was no cleaning at all, even though we showed the sign of ‘Ready for house keeping’.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn Bristol with our family! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and went out of their way to ensure our comfort. The family room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully arranged to suit both adults and children. Breakfast each morning was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options that kept everyone happy — from fresh fruits and pastries to hot, cooked dishes. The hotel’s location was perfect for exploring Bristol, with great access to local attractions and transport links. What really stood out was the warmth and professionalism of the staff. Every interaction, from reception to housekeeping, was friendly and efficient, making our stay all the more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team at Holiday Inn Bristol for making our family trip so memorable. We would not hesitate to stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The hotel and rooms are novel and comfortable in design. However, the toilet in the room is made of translucent glass and lacks privacy. In addition, the floor bathtub does not have a shower curtain/bath screen, so the shower water will flow out of the toilet along the floor. This design is very stupid. There are not many choices in the hotel buffet breakfast, and there are many people, so you need to queue up, and there are not enough people, so you can buy it without adding money.

A rare experience in life, staying in an English castle for the first time. We stayed in the castle owner's room. Although it was a bit scary at night and the neighborhood was too desolate, the beauty of the castle made everything worth it. It is recommended that you bring two more children with you next time. It will be more lively when there are more people, hahaha.

Stayed at the Best Western Compass Inn and was very pleased with my stay. Lovely staff, clean and spacious room. Would definitely stay again.

Room is clean and comfortable, there is no fridge in the room , only vending machines at the lobby Parking is free. Overall ratting : 7:10
