The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is perfect for the dolphin experience and the beach is stunning. Only downside was the low water pressure in the shower, which made it a bit less comfortable. Overall, a great stay with excellent service—just hope they can improve the water pressure for an even better experience.

We opted for Crown Tower this time, and both my family and I were extremely satisfied. The hotel is renowned for its luxurious amenities, impeccable service, and prime location. Its spacious rooms consistently deliver comfort and satisfaction. Crown Tower Perth not only offers generous room sizes but also boasts a wide array of entertainment and dining facilities, including a casino, a shopping mall, and diverse restaurants, catering to the needs of various guests. Moreover, the hotel's location is incredibly convenient, being close to Perth city center's main attractions, making it easy for visitors to explore the city. Crown Tower Perth is an integrated resort offering accommodation, entertainment, and leisure, and I personally highly recommend it.

The hotel has a great location close to the wonderful beach, Dolphin Lagoon site, supermarket, small shops, and numerous cafes. Interesting facilities with indoor pool and jacuzzi, free parking, spacious rooms, when some with good enough equipped kitchen. I liked the staff's attention from the first minute I entered and great thanks to all of them. Even though the hotel is far from being brand new its maintenance is definitely on the proper level and I didn't have any reasons to complain at all. Eventually, I'm grateful to myself for making the right choice.

We had a wonderful experience at Mercure Bunbury Sanctuary Golf Resort. The place was clean and the customer service was great. The only thing that we were not satisfied was the low water pressure for shower at the bathroom. It took us some time to get a good shower.

Mandurah Quay Resort is a very family-oriented run resort. Full of friendly and helpful staff who are always there to help you. It resides at a quiet corner of mandurah which gives you the peaceful which any urban hectic human needs. Book a 2rooms Spa apartment where I can enjoy the jacuzzi amenities within the room. Room was spacious and clean. Very decent value for its price. If you like to have some fun, can loan the crab pots and various equipment from the hotel owner/staff who are more than willing to go the extra miles. Dropping point is at the jetty within walking distance. Can also drive around to visit the Giant of Mandurah who are sited in magnificent sceneries. Beautiful , huge and yet can feel the freedom and friendliness of the giant.

In a great location near Elizabeth Quay, and Langley park for Australia day fireworks and other events. We stayed in a Premium room with river view. It was spacious, modern and with a great shower. The view was nice, but would be great if the windows weren't so narrow. The walls were way too thin for a luxury hotel though. We could hear the conversations of the guests in the room next to us, and they woke us up when they came back to the room at 1am. That's the only reason I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

A distinctive hotel with a minimalist aesthetic, one that strives to have personalized service but perhaps overstretches what it can accomplish. Very spacious rooms, almost too spacious given the design features, unless one plans to entertain, and limitations in practical design—the one small table in my room was nearly three meters from a power outlet, making it a burden to keep a computer charged. I had an oddly unhelpful exchange with the concierge before arrival (as if I didn’t know how to use Google) and little subsequent support. On the pro side, the room was spotless and truly refreshed twice a day, and the breakfast was quite generous, the quality excellent. Indeed the restaurants were the real highlight—the beetroot risotto was wonderfully rich and flavorful, sweetness tempered by a generous addition of parmigiana. Yet overall, I think if I return to Perth I will try the Ritz Carleton.

A little hideaway in the Perth suburbs. It was a lovely stay with very friendly staff. The only let down was the bathroom, it wasn't an enjoyable shower first thing in the morning being scalded and then then chilled continuously. The mirror is so old that it's been cleaned so much that the reflective surface is getting rubbed off.

Fantastic location. Good room, replaced towels every day but had to keep asking for tea and coffees and milk as not replaced. Pool nice and warm but kids billing in the pool so much unsupervised when it clearly says they are supposed to be which put a downer on the stay.

Room was clean and well equipped. Unfortunately, we had to request for a room change as the 1st room we were assigned to were just repainted that the fumes was too strong.

WWohaizhishigebaobaoneThis is my second time staying here. The room is spacious enough, very quiet, and the bedding is comfortable. The cleanliness, however, is just so-so; the bath towels had noticeable black stains. On the first day, I ate takeout at the dining table, and when I returned the next evening, I found the oil stains were still there. The cleaning staff is not very thorough. Parking is $50 a night. Overall, it's great value for money. It's a 5-minute walk to the city, and there's a newly opened Mr. King Beef Noodle nearby which is pretty good.

EEd_CaitCons: parking a bit limited, unsecure. Elevator is functional but a bit scary for my partner. A microwave or similar would have been nice? Or even just cutlery? In places, property is showing age but within reason. Noise through floors/walls from other guests, even closing doors a floor above is very audible let alone TV/etc Shower head needed descaling and was a bit erratic Pros: On beachfront, although our view was a bit obstructed. Dining next door has always been excellent, great food. Room was large, functional, and quite clean and pleasant. Bed was comfortable, pillows pleasant and linen clean. Check in and out was easy and simple. Overall, I'd stay here again and plan to book a room again in December. Our 2 nights here were great, and watching the water from our table having dinner in the rain was fantastic. If you're expecting a 5-star resort, you'll be dissapointed. If you want a clean, large, comfortable room, in a good location and easy access to good food (recommend the fish and chip shop 5 mins away), and just a pleasant beach front stay? Book here.

HHolland ParkThe location and views were absolutely fantastic, with all the main city attractions within easy walking distance. Our room offered direct views of the Swan River and the Bell Tower, and the night view was absolutely stunning. Breakfast was also excellent. I would definitely stay here again if I get the chance.

GGuest UserThe check-in process was very simple, and the information provided to us covered everything that we needed to know. There was adequate room for us to park our SUV, and the surrounding area was nicely covered in suitable plants. While our chalet was adjacent to others, there was good privacy and sound isolation - we were never disturbed by any sounds of other people staying. Being adjacent to the beach, there was a pleasant background sound of the waves breaking on the beach. Beach access was available nearby. WiFi Internet access was included, and worked seamlessly. The chalet had a well-equiped kitchen, a full-sized fridge and good cooking facilities. When it was time to checkout, this process was equally simple. In summary, we enjoyed everything provided and found nothing lacking that we needed.

GGuest UserWe love the nice villa and peaceful stay. Breakfast and dinner are good. We like the fully equipped kitchen. Only problem there was no top up of plain cold water in the fridge on the 2nd night. We were thirsty and craving for cold plain water after back villa. The shower water is not strong and get cold easily, need to wait another 1 hour for hot shower. Prefer handheld shower head will be better. Overall stay is still good and hope hotel could improve further. Thank you.
