The location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the old town, with numerous public transport options next to the hotel. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. However, the room remained hot all the time, and there was no air conditioning. Additionally, the sound isolation in the room was quite poor; we could hear showering, flushing toilets, and even our neighbors coughing, not to mention conversations and the sounds of using Duolingo. Fortunately, our neighbors were relatively quiet at night, so it didn’t affect us too much, but it did prevent us from speaking loudly. Given the price (over 60 euros per night), I expected the gym to be included without extra charges and for there to be a sauna. I was quite disappointed with the facilities.

Located right in front of Viru Gate, the entrance to Tallinn's Old Town, the hotel offers panoramic views of the city from the higher floors. It's a very large hotel, attached to a shopping mall. There were no signs inside the mall, so it was difficult to find my way around on my first visit. The room was clean, and the breakfast was average.

Fully automatically hotel and you can check in, & out and store your luggage by yourself. Very new and well maintained facility. Closer to the port and a shopping mall with a hyper market. They have a shared kitten with microwave, cutleries, kettle. Good choice for a solo traveler

Because I want to take a boat to Helsinki, I specially booked this hotel that is relatively close to the pier. Taking a bolt to the pier costs about 4 euros. In fact, there are several shopping malls near the hotel, including supermarkets and food courts. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the old town, which is very convenient. The front desk is courteous. When you check in, you will be given two hand straps, which you can use to bring into the swimming pool and sauna. The room is tidy and larger than expected. Our room is located on a high-rise building facing the inner street, so it is not noisy. Rich breakfast options, perfect for a short stay in Tallinn There is a sister hotel next to it, metropol hotel, which is older and has foreign groups staying there, so be sure not to make a mistake.

Everything was very good. I loved the breakfast and the service. Everyone was very friendly and committed to guest satisfaction from check-in to check-out. Highly recommended. Maria explained to me the places where the locals usually go. Another receptionist gave me a free pass to a club. And so, each and every one was very good.

This is the first hotel in Europe I've stayed in that truly deserves a perfect score. It's ideally located right in the Old Town, offering a tranquil retreat despite its central position. The rooms are incredibly spacious, and the facilities are modern and well-maintained. Breakfast is decent, featuring a standard Western selection. Plus, right downstairs, you'll find Tallinn Old Town's top-rated Chinese restaurant.

Although the room size is a little bit cozy than expected, the staff provided additional services for us who are sick, e.g. extra blankets, kettle, and supported us in bus arrangement. Only concern is that we have booked a room for two people, the room is in rectangular design which do not have enough space for us to open two suitcases at the same time.

Rooms are clean and comfy and hotel even has a covered swimming pool !! 4 mins walk to the famous Old Town and 1 min walk to the Rotermann City. Really convenient and spoilt for food choice. Good exercise for any one wanting to explore Tallinn.

Good Hotel and very nice hospitality and food. The staff in hotel are very friendly. May be food should be multicuisine so that will fit in to the Asian travelers too.
