Hotels With Spa in Liguria, Italy

Chambre spacieuse et assez confortable même si nous avons dû réclamer des couvertures non fournies, pas de bouilloire. Les informations sur l'hôtel et ses équipements devraient etre mis à disposition des clients dans la chambre. Je devais appeler la réception mais aucun numéro affiché. Grosse déception pour l'accès au SPA devenu payant (les années précédentes le SPA était inclu) et cette info n'apparaît pas sur le site de l'hôtel. Et malheureusement, j'avais choisi cet hôtel pour profiter d'un moment bien-être entre amies. L'enregistrement des nouveaux arrivants est trop long ! Nous avons attendu 30 minutes (2 couples devant nous) pour passer à l'accueil. Malgré la propreté de l'établissement et le personnel accueillant, nous ne retourneront pas dans cet établissement qui demande à améliorer certains points négatifs (pas de toilettes au restaurant, il faut descendre au sous-sol...)

The hotel rooms are very very beautiful, the sea view is very beautiful, especially the restaurant, and the view of the swimming pool are first-class, I will choose here again.

Hotel located in a strategic position: right at the end of the road on which you can reach Camogli and in correspondence with the municipal parking lot where there is usually no space. The hotel offers (at €35 per day) a private underground parking on two floors with large spaces for cars although to get there you need to be careful of the edges of the spiral tunnel suitable for small cars. The room is irregular but with a modern and in fact functional style. The bathroom is very large and the shower corner is really large. The walk-in closet is comfortable, less comfortable is the position of the safe which forces you to contort yourself unnaturally to see the instructions. The 55-inch plasma TV is beautiful but badly positioned. The bed mattress is very comfortable. Very kind and courteous staff. Due to our arrival times we were unable to test the services offered (sauna, hydromassage, etc ...).

Our stay in this hotel was great with the warm welcome! The professionalism of the staff. Thank you also for the decoration that was done .. it was great. The breakfast very generous. We will return. We recommend this hotel +++

We stayed at this beautiful hotel for the first time with our two children. We booked two rooms, both offering a stunning view of the sea. The atmosphere is charming and naturally elegant, enhanced by the historic character of the building. The staff was friendly and supportive throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of both international and local options. The beach is just across the street, only a two-minute walk, which was perfect for us. We also appreciated the hotel’s convenient parking, located just outside the building. The swimming pool with its bar was a highlight—an ideal spot to relax and enjoy an aperitif before dinner. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that we would be happy to repeat in the future.

I can't rate this hotel specifically, as I was accommodated at the neighboring Grand Hotel Savoia, but since they're part of the same chain, I think I can leave a comment. I liked the Savoia overall: beautiful interiors with a hint of luxury, sumptuous breakfasts on the terrace with a wide selection of dishes, and the restaurant has live music in the mornings and evenings—a pianist plays, very beautiful! 😍 Daily cleaning, towels changed, and bottled water replenished daily. The location is convenient if you're traveling by train, as Genova Piazza Principe station is three minutes from the hotel (easy access to Milan, La Spezia, Santa Margherita Ligure, and nearby towns and suburbs). The only thing that really upset me was that I stayed at this hotel for my birthday, but there wasn't even a card. After all, it's normal for a high-end hotel to be attentive to guests, especially if they have important events or special occasions.

We had booked in two hotel rooms but was offered the option to move to an apartment owned by the hotel instead which was a great decision as we were able to stay in the same space as our teenagers, had a full kitchen, two bathrooms and only 200m from the hotel reception. Had a brilliant stay in Rapallo (which we extended by a night as we were enjoying ourselves too much) and a fabulous experience with the hotel, would definitely come back again.
