Zeer fijn verblijf in een mooi hotel met een fijne kamer, dat voorzien was van alle faciliteiten. Enorm vriendelijke mensen, zowel in de bediening als de hosting. En gelegen op een steenworp afstand van de zee. Heel mooi.

The hotel parking lot is large and convenient. The room is clean and relatively spacious overall. The hotel breakfast is slightly simple, mainly bread and eggs.

Nice hotel. Our room was not like many photos on the official page, but still a good room. The location is isolated but near Keukenhof. There is a very nice walk near the hotel to visit flower fields for free. The restaurant is a little bit expensive compared to quality, but it’s ok.

Het is geen goedkoop hotel. Maar de ligging is fantastisch, mooie ruime kamer en schoon Vriendelijk personeel Heerlijk ontbijt, we hebben genoten en komen graag een keer terug

Located just a 3 minute walk from the Leiden Central Train Station, Golden Tulip Leiden Centre Hotel is the best choice for staying in a very clean and relaxed environment with very polite and helpful personnel at the reception desk. Definitely, I will stay again there next time I visit Leiden and I will recommend it to my friends and colleagues.

Clean place with nice staff. Near to restaurant and the Keukenhof garden. Recommended if you stay in Lisse. The garden is very crowded from the noon time and we are glad that we stay here for a night and can enter the garden at very early morning.

A very convenient and a nice hotel for those who are searching for a calm place to do their business and enjoy the nature and landscape. The hotel itself is amazing in everything from A to Z … was really a pleasure to stay there ❤️❤️❤️❤️

The hotel was really clean. The photos we saw of this hotel all over the internet showed it to be close to the promenade, but unfortunately it wasn't like the photos and it was a long walk from many things. The breakfast didn't have the variety that a five-star hotel should have, it was about the same as a four-star hotel and there was very little choice. The Netherlands is famous for its cheese, and considering it was a five-star hotel and in the Netherlands, there was very little choice of cheese at the hotel's breakfast. The hotel didn't have slippers, it's a good thing we had brought them with us. We went to five- and four-star hotels in several different countries and they all gave us a bottle of mineral water a day, but here, no, there was no water and we bought it ourselves from the market. And another thing that really bothered us was the extreme coldness of the room🥶, to the point where it was like winter (we were there on September 1st). The air conditioner in the room was always on and could not be turned off at all, and they themselves confirmed this, and unfortunately I got sick there🥺😮💨. One of the towels and one of the pillowcases were also dirty. If they can't be washed, they should be thrown away. This brings down the quality of a five-star hotel. The menu selection was limited, but we had a very delicious fish dinner.😋

The room was spotless, spacious, and well-appointed with all the modern amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a long day. Housekeeping did a fantastic job maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast—fresh, delicious, and with a great variety of options to suit different tastes. The on-site restaurant also offered quality meals, and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again in the future!
