The location is perfect. Within 5 minutes walk to the vibrant city centre and all the main attractions of Leeds. Less than 10 minutes to Leeds bus station to take the 840/840 scenic coastliner Bus to beautiful charming town Whitby , York or towns in Yorkshire . Yet less than 5 minutes walk to Leeds main train station . The Reception's staffs are friendly and helpful. The most impressive is always wearing a smile, to make the guests very warm and welcoming. The excellent service goes to Front office Andreas , very friendly and kind . The continental breakfast is ideal for a good start . Overall, we are happy with the price, service and the whole package. Thanks to Trip.com for the recommendation.

It is indeed a five-star hotel. The room is quite spacious, and the 1.5-meter single bed is comfortable. It would have been even better if the towels weren't a bit old. Also, it was a bit noisy outside at night, and the windows aren't very soundproof.

We strongly recommend this hotel where we have stayed many times before. The service, free breakfast, rooms and location are excellent. The location is very close to trains and buses and also only a short walking distance to the City Centre. Really excellent for a wonderful short break.

The location is great because the hotel located in city centre. The room was comfortable and the toilet and shower area was clean. The reception staff was lovely and welcoming. There is a functioning lift but I was staying on the first floor so I mainly use the stairs. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and will surely coming back whenever I come to Leeds.

The hotel's location is quite close to the train station, within walking distance. The rooms are spacious, and there's a kettle to boil water. The buffet breakfast in the morning is plentiful. Definitely worth booking! It's also conveniently located near all the attractions, making getting around easy. Highly recommended!

Had a lovely time,  great touch having the option for the lounge and a check out at 5pm was fab to have time to look round Leeds , the spa was great , and all the staff were lovely

Great convenent budjet hotel, both for my work and nights out I stay there a few time a year.. Was sad to find out the complimenrty tea/coffee is now a payfor and I would not recomend the breakfast mufin, nothing like the photo in the lift that drew us in, just an over heated sloppy mess, I will stay there agine but will avoid the in house food.

Have stayed at this hotel a few times now but this stay was exceptional. Courtney on Reception gave us a lovely warm welcome and made sure we had a great room to celebrate my husband's birthday. Great nights sleep. Super quiet and comfy bedding. Shower was simply stunning. We will return in October :)

Good location with a pay on display car park opposite. 10 minutes walk to train station and city centre. Friendly staff and has a bar and offers food. Rooms not massive but big enough and showers are powerful!

The Craiglands Hotel was better than a lot of five star hotels where I have stayed and I could not find any fault. The room (106) was of a good size, it was well decorated including the bathroom and totally clean. There was a large smart tv perfectly placed to be viewed from the bed. Extra touches such as a full length wall mirror and iron and ironing board all added up to emphasising the thought that had gone into making the room. There was even a fan for warm nights although not required on this occasion in March! A very nice full English buffet breakfast also made for a very pleasing stay. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel 👍
