Went to tour Leeds Uni with my mom. The location is great, and everyone is friendly, but there was a machine in the room emitting a really strong smell. We told the front desk and they told us to open the windows???? The smell never went away. We had to kinda push for them to give us a new room.

Fabulous hotel in a great location, near to train station, shops, restaurants and bars.
Staff really friendly and helpful and an added bonus of a lovely rooftop bar. We will definitely use this hotel again 10/10 from us.
My 3rd time staying in this hotel this time in room 319 the room was good and bed was comfortable massive bathroom. Only down side to this stay was the fire alarm going off at 6am in the morning. No view from the window and the bathroom door didn't shut as it was hanging off the hinges. But I'd use the hotel again
Booking a hotel was a little complicated but amendment requests were a disaster. I panicked a lot but there were no restrictions when I stayed at the hotel, everything was smooth.
Great Location to the city center.Big Large comfy Rooms with basic amenities like iron board, and tea making facilities. My only gripe is the carpet is outdated with wear and tear, and you can see the dirt on the carpet so you need to come with your slippers. The second one is the bathroom shower door which was fitted with only one door on one side and cannot be closed so when having your showers some of the water will be dripping on the floor. The breakfast that was included was a nice touch.
Booking this as a last minute stay over I wasn’t sure of what to expect as I picked hotel closest to where I needed to be. For the price it was spot on and was worth more. The staff couldn’t do enough for you, the breakfast was enough to start your day off nicely and the room was lovely! Room was cozy, clean, smart and well cared for. Even though it was a Saturday night I didn’t hear anyone coming back to theirs rooms late. Would certainly recommend.
Thank you to the staff x

Very nice and welcoming. The location is about ten minutes' walk from the train station, which is also very convenient. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, which is also very convenient. Moderate distance to bus stops and shopping malls

From arriving to a friendly welcome at reception (Sam)everything and every member of staff was lovely and could not do enough to help.
From the foyer to the bar/dining area to our room, we found it spotless, well thought out and extremely comfortable.
The bed was comfy and you heard no outside noise if there was improvement I could offer, a pillow menu would be great. Otherwise 5stars and we would definitely use again 😁
Please note despite reading previous website reviews before booking hotel, the carpark is not free if booking through this site or any other 3rd party website. This change of £5 per night was implemented a few weeks ago but 3rd party website not updated with this information.
The room and bathroom was mediocre and clean enough. Very old furnishings and curtains. The shower and bath facility was ok, shower gel provided. The ducts above could do with cleaning.
We were on 1st floor which nice and quiet. No luft available. Please note there is a microwave, drinks and snacks available to purchase at reception.
Would I book here again, maybe not going to be my first choice but was affordable for two nights @ £34 per night.

Very Good
SSimon HaywoodFantastic value for money, good location too right on the waterfront between the centre and Clarence dock; the slight caveat being that the nearest parking is a little bit of a trek in the opposite direction from the city centre. That said, the hotel discount your parking to an excellent rate of £8 per 24 hours.
JJDLMClean, tastefully furnished, very large rooms. Had a pleasant night’s stay. However, I felt that as a Black woman, I was met with some caution/suspicion by particularly one member of staff, as I initially approached the desk to check-in that evening; it certainly wasn’t a warm welcome. Top tip: Q Two car park LS1 2FH, Just Park, £18 for two days and easy walk to the hotel.
GGuest UserWe got put in a very small double bedroom (standard double) but there was barely any room to move about, even the bathroom was tiny. I went and spoke to the manager who was lovely and upgraded us to the executive suite (honeymoon) no extra charge as it was my partners birthday. Absolutely amazing !!
GGuest UserIt was 4 degrees outside and the windows were left open.
The heating system was on max and I could barely feel it, there was also a plug in heater in the room so the hotel obviously know it’s cold in there, but even the portable heater didn’t give out much warmth
Room is dated but I expected that for the price, I just didn’t anticipate the lack of adequate heating
JJulieI was a little hesitant to book this hotel with it being on a service station- how wrong I was. Absolute gem of a place, hotel room was lovely, quiet and clean. Free parking and a 15 minute drive into Leeds. Next door in the service station there is Starbucks, Leon, pizza express, Nando’s, Greggs, M&S etc. will definitely stay again.

AAaalsWe had such a great time! The staff gave us a free upgrade for my birthday and I felt so happy and so spoilt! Amazing time. Amazing hotel. We went to a nice coffee place right next door too.
GGuest UserWe had a few issues during our stay. The door to our room wouldn’t lock, but to be fair, the staff acted quickly and moved us to another room straight away. Unfortunately, the new room was very hot, which made it uncomfortable at times. Also, the iron in the designated ironing room didn’t have any water in it, and there was no nearby tap or way to fill it, which made it a bit impractical. The staff were helpful, but a few small improvements could make a big difference.
GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently situated near to the train station.
We were able to check in before our check-in time.
The room was spacious and clean.
The staff were helpful and friendly.
