However, this is the general situation of German hotels and can be understood. Really a very cost-effective hotel, the room is the same as the picture introduced (forgot to take a photo) the surrounding environment is great, the air is super good! You can take a walk to the forest to breathe fresh air, the pedestrian street is also very good, say back to the hotel, the service is very good, the cleaning is very clean, the breakfast is also very rich, the children do not want to go, but because the room can not continue to live, it is a pity!

This hotel is incredibly close to the Frankfurt exhibition center, practically right next door, which makes attending events super convenient. It's also just a five-minute walk to the subway station. The Western-style breakfast is diverse and plentiful. Getting to the city center is easy, and it's only a few minutes to the train station. The Römerberg square is also very close by.

Room are large, bed is ok, but still a nice hotel and bar, staff are very friendly and supportive. Only downside is is there’s no combin promotion with kids stay for free at breakfast time which means will reduce amount of of families visiting.

I thought it would be noisy because it was next to the train road, but it was quieter than I thought, and the surroundings are not complicated. It was convenient because there was a supermarket nearby. Breakfast was very good.

Very friendly service, good location near Terminal 2 (about 1 km), very clean and room quite spacious. Great that they have snacks and drinks for sale 24/7, only downside is that they don’t have a shuttle to the airport anymore. But all in all a good deal!

The location is VERY close the airport so it was very convenient when it was time to fly out. Right outside it the Metro, so I was able to move around and explore parts of the city, specifically Frankfurt's New Old Town. Behind the hotel is a garden area where I did my morning walks. The room was very clean and spacious. I have no complaints. The staff were AMAZING! They answered all my questions about the area and they povided helpful tips on how to navigate the Metro. Overall thetrip was one of the smoothest and relaxed experience I have ever had.

An excellent hotel, this is my second time staying here. It's super convenient for getting to the city center and also to the airport. The breakfast is abundant, the rooms are clean, and any issues are quickly resolved.

the bathroom floor was cold and no bedroom slippers were provided. the showering area needs abit more coverage because an asian size can wet the whole floor after bathing, I wonder how it is for the others? toilet bowl is quite high, might be challenging for young kids to get up. tv casting doesnt work. room is basic, bed was flushed near the wall and has alot of space to open luggages. bed is comfy and ac was wonky but it worked well during our 1 night stay. tourist attractions are quite far from this hotel but the tram is nearby. nearest supermarket is 3 tram stops away. nothing much nearby. breakfast spread was great and service staff were very friendly.

Whenever I'm at Frankfurt Airport, I always spend a night here. It's very close to the airport, but I wouldn't recommend walking as the hotel no longer offers a shuttle service, so you'll have to take a taxi. Otherwise, everything else is quite convenient.
