Meal in restaurant also eatable and delicious. In the room everything is working well, there are towels, tissues and all necessary facilities. Price is adequate to comfort quality and service. Recommend to stay there!

Nanfang Tudou bravely ventured into the Northeast, took an overnight train and arrived in Heihe at 8 o'clock in the morning to catch the morning market. I wanted to store my luggage and check in at noon, but the front desk lady was very nice and gave me a room and upgraded the room type! Surprise max!!! The hotel is very close to the morning market, and there is a night market downstairs at night. Foodies are so happy😁The room facilities are complete, very clean and tidy, and the TV can also cast the screen~ The price-performance ratio is really good during the May Day holiday! Especially compared with Harbin flights, it can be said to be good value for money~ If you have time, you must stop by Heihe and remember to choose Lifeng~

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Jenjue Boutique Hotel in Harbin, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Firstly, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The front office team was always approachable, ready to assist with questions, and patient in guiding us on directions and local addresses. Their warm hospitality truly made us feel welcome. The hotel's breakfast was cost-efficient, delicious, and nutritious. I appreciated the variety, as they prepared different meals each day. Plus, the complimentary bottled water was a nice touch—just ask the front office staff, and they will be more than happy to provide it. Location-wise, Jenjue Boutique Hotel couldn't be more convenient. It's just a short walk to Wanda Plaza and various shopping malls, and the subway station is only about five minutes away, making it easy to explore the city. The room was immaculate, with a comfortable bed and a lovely window view that added to the overall ambiance. Overall, it was a great experience, and I wish to return soon!

Awesome! Brother Wang is awesome! The car that picked us up was super fun, like it was shoveling us away directly. Because when we went there, the snow town no longer charged tickets, and there were no buses to Yanji the next day. The boss arranged a detailed transfer guide for me, which was perfect! The next day, Brother Wang didn't forget to ask us if everything went well! My heart was warm! It's really a happy thing to meet warm-hearted people when traveling! Environment: The room is very clean, and there are super large windows with snow views. We are southern potatoes, so excited, hahahaha! Service: Northeast big flower coats are provided! Snow sleds can be used to pull children to visit the snow town! Brother Wang sent frozen pears! You can order food on the first floor, which is very delicious! I got up early in the morning and played water splashing into ice!

This is a newly opened hotel. You must bring your children to check in. As soon as you enter the hotel lobby, you will be greeted by the warm greetings from the front desk receptionist. The hotel lobby is decorated luxuriously and uniquely. The most important thing is that you can read and work quietly. The room is clean and tidy, and the whole house smart system makes my 19-month-old baby full of novelty. My daughter likes the hotel's breakfast. The restaurant is spacious, bright and warm, with stylish table and chair colors and a rich variety of food. The restaurant manager warmly welcomes us and proactively provides baby dining chairs. The freshly ground coffee is really delicious. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Even after checking out, the front desk manager and senior management still asked about your stay experience with great sincerity. All in all, the experience was perfect 💯, the children were very happy, even though they were locals, I would bring the children to experience it again if they chose to relax during holidays.

Hotel is located just 3 minutes walk away from Sophia Church, the room is very clean and has chinese version of google home and there is a laundry room in the basement. You can collect one bag of free gifts during check-in and one free iconic Matier ice cream (worth RMB5) per person each day from the lobby, saves you from queuing at the actual store and paying for it! My only complaint is that the room is too small to open two luggages, else everything is perfect!

Solid everything and best of all the front counter staff @xinxin and 2 others were extremely friendly. Answered all my questions ranging from train rides., washing machines etc. lovely stay and love everything about them ! Food recommendations too!
