Nanfang Tudou bravely ventured into the Northeast, took an overnight train and arrived in Heihe at 8 o'clock in the morning to catch the morning market. I wanted to store my luggage and check in at noon, but the front desk lady was very nice and gave me a room and upgraded the room type! Surprise max!!! The hotel is very close to the morning market, and there is a night market downstairs at night. Foodies are so happy😁The room facilities are complete, very clean and tidy, and the TV can also cast the screen~ The price-performance ratio is really good during the May Day holiday! Especially compared with Harbin flights, it can be said to be good value for money~ If you have time, you must stop by Heihe and remember to choose Lifeng~

The environmental service of this hotel can be said to be very good, the room is clean and comfortable, the Heihe room is particularly warm this season, and the breakfast is very rich. Parking is also convenient, tickets can be parked on the roadside

The location is absolutely superb! It's literally right outside Exit 1 of Metro Line 3. The Songhua River Cableway station is just across the street, and the riverside is a mere 2-3 minute stroll away. Central Street and the Flood Control Memorial Tower are both within a 5-minute walk. The room was very spacious, and the hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Everything was spotlessly clean, and they thoughtfully provided earplugs and an eye mask. Breakfast was a bit pricey; although there was a wide variety, the taste was nothing special. One minor detail: the hallway door partially blocks the guest elevator.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, being close to both the morning and night markets, as well as several important riverside attractions. Dining and shopping options are also very convenient. The rooms are spacious with a practical layout, and basic amenities were mostly in place. As Heihe's morning market is quite famous, we opted not to have breakfast at the hotel, so I can't comment on that. However, the cleanliness was not up to par; there were small flying insects in the room, likely coming up from the drain. The service also left much to be desired. Not only did they fail to accommodate our request for a room away from the elevator, but they assigned us a room right by the elevator entrance, citing room type as the reason. Later, we discovered that rooms of our booked type were indeed available further from the elevator. Furthermore, to borrow an umbrella, we had to pay a 50 deposit per umbrella. While it was refunded immediately upon return, it still left a slightly unpleasant feeling for a hotel guest.

For our first trip to Harbin, we chose this Wanda Hotel based on reviews and recommendations found on Ctrip. The hotel boasts an excellent location, and the service was truly outstanding. Staff proactively assisted us with our luggage and other needs, and we were even given a complimentary upgrade to a family room. The breakfast spread was absolutely lavish. Our room was clean, comfortable, bright, and spotless. We were offered complimentary afternoon tea, which we sadly didn't have time to enjoy. Our child loves playing the piano, and the hotel made an exception by allowing them to use the grand piano in the lobby. Our child was absolutely thrilled and played a few of their favorite tunes. Overall, our stay was incredibly comfortable. We will definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Harbin and will wholeheartedly recommend it to our friends! It lights up at around 4 o'clock in the morning, the room also lights up, and people wake up. 3⃣️The pillow is too high, causing neck pain and seriously affecting sleep. 4⃣️The air conditioner faces the bed, and it gives me a headache when I turn it on. Hope the store improves as soon as possible! Suggestion: Change the sunshade curtains and pillows! My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Jenjue Boutique Hotel in Harbin, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Firstly, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The front office team was always approachable, ready to assist with questions, and patient in guiding us on directions and local addresses. Their warm hospitality truly made us feel welcome. The hotel's breakfast was cost-efficient, delicious, and nutritious. I appreciated the variety, as they prepared different meals each day. Plus, the complimentary bottled water was a nice touch—just ask the front office staff, and they will be more than happy to provide it. Location-wise, Jenjue Boutique Hotel couldn't be more convenient. It's just a short walk to Wanda Plaza and various shopping malls, and the subway station is only about five minutes away, making it easy to explore the city. The room was immaculate, with a comfortable bed and a lovely window view that added to the overall ambiance. Overall, it was a great experience, and I wish to return soon!

Nice clean hotel. Very good airport shuttle service . Room was small but everything was spotless. Had a small problem with foot massager not working, but the front desk agent addressed the issue. Traditional breakfast was tasty and very reasonably priced. If you need a clean place to stay that is close to the airport, this hotel works fine. Obviously there were some minor language differences, but our host was very accommodating and helpful. Visa card was accepted , but if you wish to use cash, please have the correct currency as there are very limited currency exchange . Overall, this nice little hotel served our purposes just fine for an overnight stay close to the airport.
