In fact, this is an autonomous hotel, after booking and payment, you have to send a copy of your passport by email/wotzapp and you will get the homephone code, instructions how to enter. Then you have to dial a number from the phone and the most important thing is to understand how it opens because only a clicking can be heard. My door opened inside after the third attempt. In the room everything is clean, good. Very pleased with a normal hammer coffee for people. The only disadvantage is a broken tap, unclean top shower and a lot of dust on the fan. The terrace is very beautiful, though, in the rest of it is a solid four!

Maybe this hotel used to be a 4 star hotel with the previous owner. I Think the number of stars should be reconsidered. We stayed in a suite. The room it self is Nice. It is in 2 levels with the sleeping area on the top. But the funiture and style is outdated and cheap. The room was clean. Be aware, that you Will find : No breakfast No restaurant No sauna No spa No modern training hall It displayes a little bit different on the homepage......but during out stay it was ” out of order”....! So, in this 4 star hotel, the only Thing you Will find, is a room with a bed. You Will have a short walk to the main shopping street and the shopping center Akropolis.

Stayed one night and I’m happy with my hotel choice. Pretty modern and close to Kaunas center and right in front of bus and train stations. Very good option if you have an early bus or train next day. Breakfast buffet was quite good. I opted for coffee, fried egg, sausages and smoked salmon + couple of delicious pastries. There’s a rooftop bar/restaurant as well. You can go there and check the city view. Staff was friendly. I mostly travel in Asia and was surprised not to find any slippers in the room 😅 and don’t expect anything else in the room besides a bottle of mineral water, 2 towels and a hairdryer. I guess it’s catered for basketball fans who come to watch games in the nearby arena. There were lots of basketball themed details in the hotel.

This hotel is prototypical Ibis. Nothing amazing, average 3 star, but because they include a solid breakfast buffet, you must give it 4 stars. What I do not understand is why the only phone charger in the room is 10 feet away from the bed. That is frustrating and very poor design. The thermostat was difficult to understand, and did not put out cool air. The hotel is directly adjacent to the bus terminal. The train station is an extremely easy 8 minute walk. You exit the main doors of the Station, and take the street directly in front of you. The Ibis is 500 meters on the right side, directly across the street from the Magnus. Immediately next to the hotel is a small shopping center, which has an excellent supermarket, named Rimi. There is also a pharmacy in that shopping center. So nothing extraordinary, but a decent hotel.

Good, centrally located hotel which is on the airport bus route (29) with a stop directly outside. Mixed bag of rooms - high floors at the back have a view of the impressive white domed St Michael’s church whilst others look out onto a central courtyard/terrece.  Service was efficient but not particularly friendly. Hotel is used by airline crew and health tourists (lots of people on crutches). Breakfast had plenty of choices but geared towards Eastern European palate: cold herring. Salads etc. All in all it was a good stay.

My stay was very nice. The hotel's prime location in the heart of Kaunas city center was a major advantage. The hotel itself exuded cleanliness and warmth, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The staff's attentiveness and willingness to assist further enhanced my experience. While the limited TV channel selection and the somewhat cumbersome two-remote setup could be considered minor drawbacks, they did not diminish the overall positive impression left by my stay.

I stayed at a hotel for one night, in one of their suites, a night before my wedding.I would say, the hotel still needs to do a bit more work to justify that 4 star description. Positives: - comfortable bed, can’t complain, had a great night’s sleep! - AC - spacious room - spacious bathroom - great location Negatives: - security concerns. You need to input a code to open the door, which is great, except… the door during the day is not locked, and the door next to the entrance is open during the day as well (as it leads to the little cafe) so pretty much anyone could access the hotel during the day. - the breakfast was very underwhelming. Not much choice, the girl working there looked very bored and to be honest it was hard to find something filling to eat. The cheese, the meat, everything was not as you would expect at a 4 star hotel. And I am not a choosy person foodwise. - the carpet in the room needs some serious cleaning. When we were taking pictures, literally had to make sure the carpet doesn’t make an appearance :D - the jacuzzi tub works but like… it splashes so much! - and parking well… there is not much of it, but not really the hotel’s fault. All in all, extra attention to detail and the stay at the hotel would be 👌

I have been staying here with our colleagues from the Netherlands. What a lovely time we had: so new, clean and sparkling, designed with comfort and beauty in mind. It is right on the edge of Old Town and Historic Town Center, loads of eateries, attractions and all walking distance. Myself and partners are very thankful for advice from staff too.
