The room facilities are complete, there are swimming pools, gyms and other facilities that can be used for free, the breakfast is quite rich and it is changed every day, which is good. There are supermarkets nearby, which is also convenient for travel.
I enjoyed my stay there. It took a while to get my food but other than that, the staff is very friendly and it's a nice place. I like how it's next to the Victoria Mall and they offer free Airport shuttle.
The hotel is well located in Kampala Uganda, easily accessible and close to Acacia mall making it easier for meetings and convenient for accessing different amenities and services outside the hotel.
The hotel staff are very friendly and supportive. The food is delicious especially their samosas 😋. The night views by the pool side is also amazing. Sunset views are amazing and at no cost!!!
Smart and efficient service. Lovely breakfast.
Usual utility problems for Uganda, i.e., elevator broken down, room key didn't work and unreliable internet.
Maybe the manager should invest in a country where these problems don't impact businesses.
Friendly personnel, good location close to the city center, pretty nice restaurant. Pretty poor breakfasts with nearly the same options every day. There is electric kettle in room but cord is too short and I had to use cup as stand while boiling water. Bathroom is average and saw better times, hot water 24/7. Premium rooms have AC but no fridge. No coffee table only narrow console along the wall you can use to store something. Wardrobe is just big box with one shelf and several thin clothes hangers. Stable wife connection. Pretty good price to quality ratio comparing with nearby places.
Nice and quiet place for business visit , The property maintained well., all the basic facilities in the room perfect., Enjoyed last day breakfast rice and dal , it's amazing...
The internal facilities of the room are average, equivalent to the domestic 100-300 Express Hotel... The hotel is a 5-minute drive from the airport and there is a pick-up service. The breakfast type is acceptable. It is close to Lake Victoria, the scenery is very good, that is, there are a lot of small bugs...the original ecology, nature...
Very beautiful hotel, worth staying, breakfast is very good, the Asian restaurant in the hotel, the service is also very good, the Pope stayed in 1969

GGuest UserExcellent hotel, central location, beautiful environment, balcony, delicious breakfast. There are delicious restaurants nearby, both Chinese and Western. I will definitely stay in this hotel again next time I go to Kampala.
GGuest UserVery warm and welcoming service. Delicious filling breakfasts (prepared even at 5 a.m. for early departure!). The property is mostly in shadow of several large trees, decorated with uniquely-looking metalwork sculptures. The furniture in the room also feels authentic: bedframes made of thick hardwood, bedside tables use giant tree cross-sections as tabletops. Although there was a safe in our room, we did not use it. The lighting in the room is rather dim, and the windows lack net curtains during daylight (for privacy), but these points were not significant for us. Also the electric sockets were only in one place - near the table with a single chair, although there were two of us. The hotel is located in between two busy roads, so car horn sounds may be a little bothersome during the first night, but you get used quickly. Although the hotel is located basically on the airport highway, a lot of our taxi drivers had difficulties finding it (maybe we were just unlucky).
There is also a dog and a cat on the territory, and this, again, proves how nice and genuine the staff here is :)
GGuest UserThe hotel is very good, with a balcony where you can dry your clothes. Opposite is a huge golf course, and it is very quiet in the morning and evening. The most important thing is that it is run by Chinese people, and Chinese food is served in the morning, noon and evening, which is very good and cost-effective.

TTuty KThe hotel is a beautiful big bungalow. It provides complimentary breakfast and airport transfer so it was convenient for me as I had an early morning flight. I was told breakfast was from 07:00 but it was actually from 07:30. Nevertheless, I still made it to the airport in time. Hotel is about a ten-minute from the taxi rank (matatu from Kampala) and supermarkets and is also close to Lake Victoria.
There was power outage just before dawn when I was there due from the heavy rains which affected some houses in the area. Power was restored at around 06:00.

Mestil Hotel & Residences – Kampala
I had an exceptional stay at Mestil! The place is super clean, beautifully maintained, and offers a real sense of luxury and comfort. The staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help — they truly make you feel at home. I was also very impressed by the top-notch security throughout the property, which gave me complete peace of mind during my stay.
Highly recommend Mestil to anyone visiting Kampala — it’s one of the best hospitality experiences in the city!

KKobe & KyleWe stayed here on our way from Kampala to Nairobi. It is conveniently located right down the road from the Mash POA bus station.
We also had breakfast included and it was fantastic. In addition to the items put out, we were asked if we wanted to order anything else specifically from the kitchen.
We also booked the most affordable rate that included AC and were surprised with a suite and an entirely second room with 3 couches.
GGuest UserBooked this hotel for its the conference venue I was attending. Clean spacious room, attentive staffs and usual hotel amenities provided.
Certain items eg Iron, ironing board and slippers were available by request.
Hotel also provided airport transfer and taxi to go around Kampala city at reasonable price.
Airport taxi usd90 to&fro.
Food was wonderful and Ugandan dishes were available. I tried Matooke and liked it.
GGuest UserVery nice, clean and cozy hotel. The bed is very comfortable. Friendly staff. Free and good breakfast. Just about 100m from Lake Victoria. Morning enjoy the breakfast at the balcony could see the beautiful scenery of Lake Victoria. If you wake up early can see the beautiful sunrise. I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Will recommend to friends and stay at this hotel if visit Entebbe again.
