The room was comfortable and all the necessary amenities are provided. There was also a nice pool on the top floor that offered a nice view far away. The location of the hotel was pretty good as it was near a couple of local coffeeshop that serves nice delicious local breakfast kolo mee. A short grab ride around 4-6rm away was chinatown that we explored. This was a short trip to attend a friend’s wedding dinner. Hence the exploration was short n simple. We shall stay here again if we come back to kuching for our next trip.

Thankfully, we picked this hotel! Not only was the room spacious and comfortable, but the window view was also excellent. The in-room music was a delightful touch – I absolutely loved it. It turns out this is considered the top hotel in the area; I even heard the Prime Minister stays here, and I can totally believe it! Despite that, the room rate we paid wasn't excessive, making it fantastic value for money! 👍

The layout also makes it easy to enjoy both the cityscape and the in-room entertainment from multiple angles. Bathroom The bathroom is spacious, modern, and immaculately clean, featuring a large vanity mirror with excellent lighting, perfect for getting ready. The walk-in glass shower feels upscale, with quality fixtures and good water pressure. The overall design – white subway tiles paired with darker flooring – strikes a nice balance between contemporary and classic hotel elegance. Overall Experience This Premium Deluxe King Riverview Room at Hilton Kuching combines refined comfort with exceptional views, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. The thoughtful design, ample space, and attention to detail make for a stay that feels both luxurious and welcoming. The room is nice. Location wise also great. center, close to malls, just beside the road. everything there is great except the parking. which is a big turn off to me. They only allowed one time in and out, if you want to go in and out more than one time, you have to pay! then the worst part is, u have to queue for VERY long time to get car parked.they have fancy 'multi-storey' parking like in Japan, which was supposed to be convenient but yeah not for them. to get it parked i t took 30mins and so does to get it back.

We stayed here for a long weekend staycation. The room was very spacious with a beautiful view, especially at night. I also enjoyed the TV, which had plenty of free movies to choose from. However, the toilet was a bit smelly and not very clean, which was disappointing. The room also wasn’t very soundproof. We could hear kids playing and screaming in the next room quite clearly. Breakfast didn’t have many options, but the food served was still delicious. Overall, I think this hotel is a good choice for tourists who want convenience and a nice view, but maybe not the best option if you’re looking for a quiet or intimate vacation.

Good hotel, nice room and very good breakfast option. Average scenery. Issues: Few issues with room and we were ordered to change room 3times which is troublesome esp with kids. Rooftop food was average abd disappointed with plate size for the rice (very small piring and rice keep on falling). Overall good Thank you

good, feel like back home

The hotel was so nice , I have booked one person solo room , it feels very homely and comfortable. I even nap in the hotel on afternoon after morning hiking , it so much like home. The amenities is good and very clean. Breakfast not much option , but Kuching is surrounded by nice food , so I just grab a coffee and light meal in the hotel breakfast , sit in the hotel restaurant and enjoy, then walk to nearby shop for fuller breakfast. There are plenty of food , convenient stall and even famous butter cake mita in walking distance (around 5min). As a solo traveller , I strongly recommend this hotel , it makes me feel safe and not afraid to sleep alone at night time. Will definitely to stay here again if visit Kuching. 😊

Stayed at this Hotel from 11th to 13th June at the Puteri Wing. This i must say was a Fabulous Wing. Everything is fine at this Hotel. Only a few shortcomings due to Towels, we had to keep on asking Housekeeping to send the towels. Next Ammenities in the Room was placed for 1 person only ”why”. I think Housekeeping needs to buck up. Other than that its a Nice Hotel. Great Breakfast and Kudos to the F& B Team. Front Office Staff very well mannered and Helpful.. It was nice staying at this Hotel 🏨 ☺️ 👌

Located in the center of Bintulu city Promenade is an ideal place to stay with your family., where everything you need is near you. Food, entertainment and whatever thing you need is there. Everybody is friendly and polite. Room price is off course everyone affordable.
