⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Great Stay! I had a really good experience during my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with a smile. The location was convenient and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Overall, it was a pleasant and satisfying stay — definitely worth recommending to anyone visiting the area!

The hotel is relatively new. On Saturdays, check-in can get quite busy, so it's a good idea to bring your original ID card, as the self-check-in kiosks can help speed things up. We were given a complimentary room upgrade, which was fantastic! For breakfast, I suggest heading down around 8 AM to avoid the peak crowds; the spread is extensive and delicious. The pool on the 28th floor offers incredible views. I'd recommend booking a 'Planet Room' or a higher category, as these come with free pool access. For more budget-friendly room types, there's a charge (88 for adults, 48 for children), but it does allow for multiple entries.

Even after a month, I'm still incredibly touched by the experience. An unexpected turn of events has made this my second home ever since. Having just arrived in an unfamiliar city, that night I stumbled into the hotel lobby, reeking of alcohol after a work dinner. Just as I was about to collapse, a kind front desk attendant quickly caught me, guided me to the front desk, and made me a cup of honey water. After I finished it, he helped me back to my room, laid me down, took off my shoes, and tucked me into bed. He kept reassuring me that the phone was right next to me and I could call the front desk anytime if I needed anything. I was still somewhat coherent then. A little while later, he came up to check on me again, and that's when I finally drifted off to sleep. Later that night, I suddenly felt incredibly nauseous. After throwing up in the restroom, I felt utterly miserable and completely drained of energy. That's when I called the front desk. The next thing I knew, I woke up in the hospital. Two hotel staff members had rushed there in the early morning hours and stayed by my side. When I woke up again in the morning, a different staff member was looking after me in the ward, and they even brought me hot porridge from the hotel. I'm truly grateful for their support; they stayed with me all the way until I was discharged from the hospital. From now on, Atour will always be my first choice for any business trip. I eagerly await my next stay!

Highly recommended! The product quality is solid and reliable, the functions fully meet my needs, and it looks great too. Customer service is responsive, provides professional and patient answers, and the packaging was secure and undamaged. I couldn't wait to use it as soon as I received it, and the experience was fantastic. Definitely worth buying!

Our stay here was great and fit for purpose. The location is amazing for crossing the border into Macau. Hotel is comfortable and has everything you need. We were greeted at the reception by Miss Yang who met our every need and requirement, she really went above and beyond to make our stay special.

My friends and I stayed at this hotel again on our recent visit to the area. After dropping off our bags, we tried to find a massage shop but got a bit lost. We asked the front desk, and they gave us incredibly detailed directions. The location is extremely convenient, with a subway entrance right downstairs, and it's very close to Excellence Center and Huangting Plaza. There are also plenty of convenient dining options. The hotel was impeccably clean, the air conditioning was strong and effective, and the bed was wonderfully soft and comfortable. Definitely recommended! We will certainly stay here again on our next trip to Shenzhen.

Great service 05 They helped me to order the food at night when we were really tired and hungry. The receptionist came to our room and ordered for us. And helped again in the afternoon. Moreover, they helped to order the medicines from drug store, my husband was sick. Also, the room itself is really lovely, the design, and arrangements. It was clean and cozy. Everything was in two languages Chinese and English - really convenient. Lastly, I liked that here you can check out before 2pm not 12:00 as in other hotels. Overall, customer service is excellent. If you are travelling to Shenzhen and don’t know Chinese better choose good review hotels which would help you.

This is by far the best hotel in Huizhou. I have been to many stays around West Lake. It is a tiny bit more expensive than others. But I love the grand delux room with a massive view of the river. I also love the standard city view, which is not really the city view.. just an empty building. Staff is very fast and efficient. They would often place you above the bar downstairs on the right-hand side. Avoid this area at all cost if you are a light sleeper, you will hear and feel the vibration of the loud music till 4am... but the best location for food stalls. River walk, a short bridge walk to the West Lake. Etc

Caretaker was nice lady, property was good, not as new as looks in pictures, location and view from the apartment is good, but for second day cleaning have to request the lady, did not refill the coffee packs. digital lock was little tricky and bathroom door stuck many times, it should be repaired, blankets were too much heavy not good for summer season, rest all nice and comfortable stay, value for money. all the bedding were very much clean.

My stay at Hotel Indigo was amazing! The laundry service was so thoughtful—clothes were washed, dried quickly and came out perfectly clean.The hardware facilities are new and complete, the room is exquisitely arranged, and the bedding is comfortable. The TV has high-definition picture quality and a wide range of channels, making leisure time really enjoyable. The sound insulation is first-class.Check-in was efficient and fast; the staff were warm, and Manager Owen was very professional. The water temperature in the shower was steady.A nice surprise was that every time I ran into staff in the hallway, they greeted me warmly. Every detail definitely deserves a full five-star rating, and I’ll definitely stay here again!
