This is my First Time visiting Harbin staying for a week. I review the visit with four Cs. Location /Convenience- The hotel is 150 meters from the start of ZhongYang Street and about 400 meters from Shangzhi Street Metro Station. Cleanliness - Towels and rubbish bins are changed daily. Bed sheets are not replaced daily as part of environmental saving. It changes the bedsheets every three nights. This is an ongoing hotel industry policies. Customer Service- Front Desk Staff are professional but with extra effort Zhaoling Xiao and Liulimin went extra mile to guide us in reconfirming our flight and information to specific sites. Taxi Drivers via roadside hailing boarding were honest and courteous. These are unofficial ambassadors of China and Harbin. Because of them, I decided to revisit Chinatown. Courtesy - In public areas, there is a general lack of courtesy in all age groups but those in hospitality are professional. We also made every effort to always be courteous to local people. I am looking forward to visiting Heilongjiang soon. Thanks, everyone, for contributing positively to visitors in your country.

First Hotel of My Harbin Trip – Warm Welcome & Great Location This was the first hotel of my Harbin trip, and also my first time visiting the city. We had been traveling since the morning and arrived in the evening, around 7-8 PM. By then, we were quite exhausted, especially after pulling our luggage along the way. The warm welcome from the staff really stood out. It was freezing outside, and as soon as we checked in, a female receptionist quickly brought us hot tea, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The location is also a plus—not too far from Zhongyang Street, making it convenient for exploring the area. The only downside for me was the smell inside the room, which wasn’t very pleasant. Overall, despite that one issue, the hospitality and convenience of the location made my stay a good experience.

The hotel is strategically located near Sophia Cathedral, Zhongyang / Central Avenue, Harbin railway station, and Zhonglin Park. There are many shopping centers, restaurants, and attraction nearby. The hotel facility is modern and clean. Staff is polite and very helpful. It also has gym and laundry facility. A perfect choice for family during holiday.

I absolutely love my stays at Wanda Holiday Hotel! We visited in early December 2024 for a family trip, and our rooms were spacious. The location is fantastic, just across from ZhongYang Dajie. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The only downside was that they don’t provide air conditioning in the rooms during winter since they use a central system. It felt a bit stuffy, but thankfully the windows could be opened slightly to let in some fresh, cold air. Despite this, I would definitely return if I have the chance to visit Harbin again in the future.

Very comfortable, clean and near the airport. Staff is very kind and positive in all guest requests. Transfer from and to airport is available. Present to guest is cute and honey. Meal in restaurant also eatable and delicious. In the room everything is working well, there are towels, tissues and all necessary facilities. Price is adequate to comfort quality and service. Recommend to stay there!

Hotel right on the famous street. But the hotel let us check in only at around 5pm which is super late and our flight arrived was a red eye flight and all of us very tired waiting at the lobby.

Great location! Metro is nearby. The staff is very friendly! Upon check-out they gave us a compliment for the road! Very nice ☺️! Breakfast is simple but you definitely won't go hungry.

Although the room was a bit small, it was very comfortable. The bathroom is not separated by a glass door. Soundproof and very private. It was very peaceful to sleep at night. Room service was prompt in the morning and cleaning was in place. The Chinese breakfast suits our appetite very well, and the styles are quite rich. The customer service staff at the front desk have a very good service attitude and will patiently solve any problems in a timely manner. The hotel is very close and convenient to various attractions. We booked a double bed and a family room, both of which were very comfortable.

Very nice hotel and facilities. The style is very nice. The service was outstanding, and the breakfast has a very huge variety of foods for both the western palate and asian palate. Also has a good varierty of specialties from tje chinese north east. Docking a few points from amenities since a coffee machine was said to be included in our room but there was none. Only the nespresso pods...

A renowned international hotel, everything is superb but the room price in northeast area seems extremely High. I had some issue with my prebooked hotel Haute, so I decided to stay with Ritz to ease my tension. Upon check-in at Ritz, the reception asked me what time is good for cleaning the room, even though I replied 10am, i did not expect they knocked my door right on the clock, this gave me the pressure I have to leave my room for them. Maybe not enough customers in the hotel? Also hotel staff sent me 4 cans of soft drink one evening?? I would be much happy if they could give me a bottle of Kvass, anything belongs to Harbin.

Excellent experience. Good location, good breakfast and tea. All staff especially manager Lin Jing, Fong Dan Dan and Wang Tao provided top notch personalised services. This is by far the best staying experience we had. They even made an ice frozen bucket for us. Thanks for the excellence services. Our family really enjoyed ourselves here. Convenient Location: The hotel's location was truly advantageous, as it was within walking distance of Zhongyang Street, which is known as Asia's longest pedestrian street. This central location allowed us to easily explore and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Harbin. The inclusion of breakfast buffet and afternoon tea was a delightful addition to our stay. The hotel offered a decent selection of food during both meals, ensuring that we had a satisfying start to our day and a pleasant afternoon treat. Staff at the restaurant were always attentive and ready to assist us. They provided excellent service and ensured that our dining experience was enjoyable. Their attentiveness added an extra touch of warmth and hospitality to our meals. City Tour Arrangements: We were pleased to discover that the hotel had a local tour arranger at the lobby near the reception area. Ms. Tong Tong, the tour arranger, proved to be extremely helpful in organizing a private car for our city tour. She ensured that our preferences were taken into account and made valuable suggestions for places to explore. Professional and Polite Driver: Our driver for the city tour, Mr. Gwu MiAn, was exceptional in his professionalism and attentiveness. He took us to the places we wanted to visit and made sure we were comfortable throughout the journey. His kind and polite demeanor, coupled with his provision of water to keep us hydrated, added an extra level of comfort to our city tour. Overall, our stay at was memorable and enjoyable. The spacious rooms, clean bathroom, helpful check-in staff, convenient location, inclusion of breakfast buffet and afternoon tea with decent selections, and the attentive restaurant staff all contributed to a positive experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Harbin and seeking a comfortable and convenient stay.

Overall this is one of the best hotels i have stayed in. Rich cultural history and uniqueness. I shall put the negative part first before I put the positives at the end. Cleanliness I marked down because someone before me put flowers into the bathtub and there were random roses petals coming out of the knob that controlled the drainage of the bath tub. There were stains on the bathtub too. Location I put 5 but actually I would rate it 4.5. The street that the hotel is on is extremely crowded and jam in the late mornings to night. It is highly likely that you will be dropped off near the entrance of the street and need to walk in if you cab. We decided to use public transport and walk in instead on the second time we came to the hotel. But early in the morning it was relatively empty and the cab could come in to pick us up. It is very near the walking streets / zhong yang jie. There was an event literally outside our hotel area. Got a chimney bread plus ice cream on the same street as the hotel but is diagonally on the opposite right. This booking is for a lower tired room. But when we went there we were offered discounted upgrades. Not free but at least it wasn't the price stated. We upgraded to the highest tier, a suite with dedicated sitting area and bathtub. Celebrated my birthday here. They prepared a cake. It was delicious 😋 Many costumes to try but most were too big. For reference i am 152cm 48kg. I managed to find a blue and white costume with a matching hat that was more fitting so I could wear it out of the hotel room to take photos in the reception area. The toilet staircase, the chairs in the reception, outside the elevator, a backyard and the restaurant are nice places for photo taking. The ancient elevator closes at 5pm. I am not sure when it opens. The restaurant had a promotion on dianping or douyin. Recommended for 4 people. But portions are typically huge and if only 2 people come likely to waste. We met another couple on our trip and we decided to share. Non hotel guests can eat in the restaurant too. Just before we left, we had a door gift too^^

The rooms were really old，but staff was friendly and supported as much as they can. The staff was very supportive, child friendly and super fast. I was really impressed. Special thanks to Ms Nalisa Ni- she is amazing. One comment for the hotel,They really need to renew the rooms,Especially the AC,It smelled of mould or something similar

Next to the hotel is Central Street. It is convenient to take a taxi or subway. It is easy to go anywhere. The Songhua River is right at the door. Old potatoes in the south can go to the river to play ice. The service in the hotel is good, the room aunt is very polite, I am very impressed!

I'm sure that during normal times this hotel is much better then what I experienced. Due to the current covid situation the breakfast selection was quite limited, the room although large and quite comfortable was somewhat dated. The carpet around the bed was damp as if there was a water leak somewhere. I have always had good experience with Wanda hotels so I will not hold this against them and will continue to stay at their hotels in the future.

The location is very good, quiet in a busy city. It is close to the Ice and Snow World and Diamond Sea. It takes less than 10 minutes by taxi. It is 15-20 minutes from Central Street. The hotel service is also very good, and everyone is trying their best to meet the needs of the guests. Full of sincerity and warmth. I just want to make a suggestion. If the suite has executive privileges, can the minibar charge be cancelled? In fact, the minibar in the room is basically the same as what the executive lounge can provide. The Shangri-La executive privilege rooms in Ningbo and Hangzhou have cancelled the separate charge for the minibar.

There was an unexpected surprise. The service staff (Shi Jing) was very considerate. Seeing that I didn't bring much Japanese drip coffee, she added two more bags for me. Every position in the guest room was also carefully cleaned. The facilities were also complete. The self-service laundry was free. The washing machine and dryer were Bosch brand, not ordinary domestic brands. It would be more perfect if the laundry room had a coffee machine and played light music. I will definitely stay again and recommend it to friends next time. 😊👍

This time I went back to my hometown to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival after 7 years and chose Jinding International Hotel. I was deeply moved by their service from check-in to check-out. Especially the service at the front desk is very friendly and user-friendly. I will choose Jinding again next time I go back to my hometown~~

A hotel by the river. I booked a river view room. The room was big and clean. The service was just so-so. There was no porter. If you drive with big suitcases, please bring your own labor. The Heilongjiang River is just outside the window. You can drive across the river to Russia and see it clearly even when you are walking. ^_^ The location is a bit remote. You have to drive everywhere. It's not far anyway. There are few cars in Heihe, which is the most suitable place for self-driving. There are free parking lots and parking spaces everywhere, which is very nice. There are not many cars and people are not impatient when driving. The Heihe morning market is super lively. I ate the most delicious sweet and sour pork and pig-killing dishes in the restaurant here. It takes less than a day to drive around the whole city. It is a good place to rest when driving in Heilongjiang. ^_^

Visit Wudalianchi and stay at Wendu Shuicheng International Hotel. The hotel is located in Wudalianchi City. There is a large parking lot at the door, making travel very convenient. The hotel room is large and spacious. Although the facilities are a bit old, they are clean and easy to use. The front desk service was very good, warm and thoughtful, and they also gave me fruits, which was nice. The disadvantage is that the breakfast has few varieties and average taste.

Disadvantages: There are many tour groups received, the breakfast is poor, there are many people and few varieties, only boiled eggs and red sausage and fried zucchini can barely be regarded as meat dishes. The tableware felt unclean and greasy to the touch. It is recommended to prepare breakfast by yourself.

Let's get to the point. Although the hotel is listed as a four-star hotel, the hardware is a bit outdated, but the software and services are still good. The room is spacious and has a good view. The scenery outside the window is really northern. It has started to snow heavily in November. I heard from my family that on the first day I arrived at the hotel, the reserved room type was no longer available. After communicating with the hotel manager, I was later upgraded to a suite (Picture 5). The area is really big haha. I would also like to express my gratitude to the hotel. It’s me who is the elder in the family. The reservation was successfully resolved without even calling back, which indeed reflects the high level of hotel management. I have been trusting the Ctrip platform for many years. Whether I am going out alone or making reservations for my family, I never worry about unpleasant situations. This is very worry-free. I heard that the breakfast at the hotel is also good. There is a quite large supermarket on the first floor, so you can go shopping to relieve your boredom without leaving the hotel on a snowy day. Let me give you a positive recommendation when I get home. The actual photos look really worth recommending. It’s just that it’s not a good time to travel to Heihe. It’s too cold in winter😁

The hotel is old, the room is relatively poor, there is soot on the ground, the room does not draw paper, ask the service staff to ask, give the paper not to give the tissue box, said that the tissue box in this room is broken. More outrageous is to go out to the night market early in the morning, the waiter asked if I could change the sheets and quilts in the room first. I haven't checked out yet... Let's talk about the front desk. The check-in speed is the same as the snail. Is it a professional front desk temporary help? The hotel has its own parking lot, very close to Mother Square, the historical museum, the morning market and the night market, and the Russian street, the location is very good.
