The front office section is super helpful and prone to awareness and I had been staying here ever since I drop by Brunei...its my one stop place for me to rest with no issue at all...Easy access to all food variety surrounding in that area.. marvellous
The hotel provides Free airport transport, you just need to inform them your flight time. The location is superb, so close to the main city attractions;Omar Ali mosque, Royal Barge, Waterfront, Kampong Ayer. There are also some food restaurants at the commercial complex behind the hotel, The One mall. Room is standard, but free breakfast is good enough, although not many variety of menu. We were happily staying there.
Stay was alright, most international travellers are staying here. Breakfast has variety and is of good value. Staff were very nice.
However, soundproofing in the room is very bad. There was a connecting room next to us and we could hear every bit of the conversation all throughout the day, into the night and in the morning. It was as if they were in the same room as us.
My advice is to make sure you’re not assigned a connecting room.
Good: you can fill up the google form on their official hotel website to request for the complimentary airport transfer to hotel. When you check in, you can also pre-arrange the complimentary airport transfer to the airport.
Not so good: They prioritise their airport transfer first, only if they do not have airport transfer, then they will allow you to book the free shuttle to the city attractions. Therefore, please do not rely so much on the free shuttle. You may want to download Dart App before Arrival into Brunei. Dart is Brunei Car Hiring App like Uber or Grab. There's one of the best locations hotel in Brunei 🇧🇳, shopping mall ( times square) just located in the same building of the hotel as well. Furthermore, also connected to the other 2 shopping mall ( airport mall and city square as well.) breakfast quite nice and room service food also not bad. The Room was clean and spacious too. Will stay again this hotel. Thanks
The hotel wifi is horrible!!! Better to go to Starbuck to get the wifi connection. The location of the hotel is good with many nice, good restaurants nearby, all within walking distance
The swimming pool is on the 2nd floor and you have to walk across the building to go to the pool which is so inconvenient. The swimming pool is pretty bare with no facilities
The lobby area is quite miserable with limited seats. There is a bakery store and Starbuck is within the lobby area. The room is clean but a little old, need to do some renovation to improve on the outlook
This hotel is an old one. The room that we stayed was just fine. The bathroom, especially the rose shower need to be replace urgently because it will breaks anytime soon. It's a walking distance to reach the city centre. At the ground floor there is a cafe selling all kinds of foods and drinks and the price is affordable. Parking here is free and the WiFi connection is superb.
Abdul Razak Hotel Apartments is a very excellent option for the travelers who prefers to stay in a convenient but relatively quiet place.
Also, the facility and the staff are superior to make sure your stay will be pleasant while you visit Bandar Seri Begawan :)
The room we got upon arrival was not clean. It looked like only the bedding has been changed.
Next day we were upgraded to a better and very clean room. Part of the staff very friendly and helpful. Other staff not so useful and asking for tips with checkout, which seems odd to me. Very handy and nice boat service to town with their own jetty and boat around the corner. Breakfast quite OK (continental part a bit limited). Overall a very pleasant and good experience at this hotel.
The check in was easy the cost was affordable and the beds were comfy.
Unfortunately the hotel is just a bit far away. Brunei is a lovely place but a little bit of lack of public transport and the walking paths aren't very comprehensive so sometimes to get into the main part of the of the city it can be up to an hour pong walk.
Otherwise the hotel is great.

AAnonymous UserNice place to stay a whole day. When you go to the hotel, you should use taxi app,Dart.I wait a bus but it didn’t appear 1 hour. I gave up to use the bus and call taxi on the app.You can call a taxi from the hotel but it is more expensive than dart app.

AAnonymous UserThe location is very good in the city center, it is very convenient to nearby attractions, the environment is OK, there are office and charging places in the public area, air conditioning, and the price is relatively cheap.

KKopyThe best hotel during our trip. The room was practical and very clean. The staff was smiling and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious and everyone will find something for themselves. I recommend it.
AAmal SanifI stayed with my families here and booked the room via trip and hotel, the price per night for this hotel unfortunately doesn’t feel like worth it. I am hoping to see major renovation and cleaning, the hotel need massive upgrade, everything is too old, twin room is 2 probably super single bed or is actually 2 single bed, while other country at this rate has twin room with huge super single or double bed. The breakfast is just okay, with toast, cornflakes, some other menu like nasi lemak, noodles and rice porridge. This area has no access to public transport unless you walk towards the main road.. the extreme cleaning in the room, carpets need to change or clean with soap. The only good thing.. i haven’t seen any bed bugs.
JjoshuaelaineThe two rooms are actually three rooms, the middle one is an open kitchen and living room. The location is not good, except for the supporting commercial area downstairs, you must have a car when you go out. The staff is very nice, the only hotel where there is nothing wrong with the front desk to the room service. There is a free airport shuttle. Later, I heard that I needed to buy medicine, and I specially arranged for someone to drive us out without any cost. There are service points of large car rental companies, and travel services can also be booked with hotels. The commercial facilities are quite complete, and there will be locals eating a work meal at noon.
