I had a great stay at Badi’ah Hotel. I received the queen-size bed and top-floor room I requested. The room was spacious, very clean, and had everything I needed. I also appreciated the airport transfer service which made things very convenient. Special thanks to the evening front desk staff who handled both my check-in and check-out, very helpful and professional. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Stayed here recently and found the overall value to be good, especially if you don't mind being a bit further from the city's main attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and the price was reasonable compared to similar options in the area. However, getting to interesting places required taking a taxi or bus, so keep in mind that it’s not the most central hotel for sightseeing. Check-in was a little confusing reception gave me the wrong directions for both location and floor, so I had to ask twice to find my room. Other than that, everything else met my expectations. If the location isn’t a major issue for you, this hotel is a solid choice for budget travelers. Would recommend for guests looking for clean rooms and value, but advise double-checking details at reception.

Breakfast will fill up your mind. Very histrionic hotel and heritage facilities will surprise you. However, quiet environments and good service.

Recommend this hotel. Central, easy walk to main sights. They offer pick-up and drop off at airport. We also enjoyed the day trip (09h40-16) that was organized by the hotel with driver 'Boy' who showed us the main attractions, this was very enjoyable and for free! This tour runs most days except for Fri. and Sun. up to 9 people (we were with 5). The staff at reception were helpful and friendly, they booked for me the day tour with agency Freme to Ulu Temburong National Park (canopy tower visit), with pick-up at the hotel and without extra booking fee (same fee as on the website). I highly recommend this tour, it was the highlight of our trip! The hotel is a bit dated, but I did not find this disturbing. Room was a bit small but all amenities were there (fridge, airco, water kettle), good bed and renewed bathroom with very good shower. Would defenitely come back here a next time!

Probably the only chain hotel in Bandar Seri Begawan, capital of Brunei. Location is great, right in the city centre. Museums and mosques nearby. The hotel itself was fine, however it is looking a little dated now. Could do with a renovation. Saying that, all amenities worked well and the pool was nice enough to take a dip to beat the heat. Tip: download the Dart APP (Brunei's answer to Uber/Grab) and change some money (Brunei dollars or Singapore dollars are accepted everywhere).

Try contacting hotel before arrival message, email and call to no avail, for airport pick. Easy walk from airport to hotel(15 mins), though it was midnight. Manage to check in without hick ups. What you pay is what you get (for 20 hr layover its great), breakfast is ok, staff friendly and accommodating. 3-4 malls around to spend time and walk around. Flexible airport drop off.

The room we got upon arrival was not clean. It looked like only the bedding has been changed. Next day we were upgraded to a better and very clean room. Part of the staff very friendly and helpful. Other staff not so useful and asking for tips with checkout, which seems odd to me. Very handy and nice boat service to town with their own jetty and boat around the corner. Breakfast quite OK (continental part a bit limited). Overall a very pleasant and good experience at this hotel.

The staff were incredible, they were so helpful and friendly. We were very fortunate that we were able to check in early. The room was very big and clean with good aircon and a nice view. We asked reception lots of questions about the local area and they helped every time. The location was convenient not being too far from the airport but close to some local shops, malls and activities.

The hotel is in a prime location, close to all attractions, the room is of a suitable size, the surrounding places to eat are also very good, and the hotel service is also very good. The entire Brunei transportation is extremely inconvenient, there are few public transportation and taxis are very expensive.

The hotel staff are very friendly and the location is excellent. The hotel room is super large and has one bedroom and one living room. There are many restaurants to choose from near the hotel, so you won’t be hungry at night.
