Staff at the front desk was really friendly. Also, loved that this hotel had the yellow bus service - which was really convenient after a long flight :) Motel was decent and had all basic amenities. Thank you for the hospitality!

Good as expected, I had stayed there before.

Loved the location. Loved the Harbour views. So pleased upgraded for separate bedroom. A big plus is outside seating outside front and back depending on weather. Always good to sit out of the unit even though weather this time did not allow it. Definitely will be going back

The location is very good. There is a big supermarket within a few minutes walk! You can buy some ingredients and make a simple dinner. The beach in Takapuna is really chill. The weather is good. You can sit on the lawn and relax all day. The hotel is only about ten minutes' walk to the commercial street and the beach.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped (microwave, small refrigerator, and kettle). The staff was also very friendly. There's free parking on site, and there are several Chinese restaurants nearby. Overall, I was very satisfied.

The hotel is generally very good, the surrounding environment is also very good 👌 next to Taiwan supermarket, Korean pharmacies supermarket restaurant, the environment is very good. 🈶️ parking lot 🅿️

Welcoming friendly helpful staff, very clean. Booked deluxe studio with king bed & that what I got 👍 Was surprised bottles of water in fridge free including lovely toiletries to use and/or keep. Great location. Highly recommend A+

Great, great, the most cost-effective turnaround, the phone is connected to the 11th door, fifteen minutes, the Chinese service girl is really good, the fat chick from Beijing, super enthusiasm, we go to dinner nearby to arrange the transfer, the room is clean and tidy ,, quiet, the second morning is super punctual, like!

The hotel staff at reception Mr Chen was very helpful and always available to assist us to solve issues encountered during the first day stay at Auckland.

The decoration style is more characteristic. I went on the National Day holiday. The Mitsubishi air conditioning heating effect is very good. There is a burger takeaway shop nearby called hambagu. It is the best restaurant nearby. There is also a Japanese beef rice in the store. It is unexpectedly delicious. This is suitable for takeaways. Because the table is a bit cold at the door in early October. In addition, there is a Chinese restaurant in a very close place. I forgot what the menu is.
