If the front desk is not 24 hours, you must pay attention to the latest check-in time. It's all OK. No major flaws. The price is also reasonable.
Very good location, located in the heart of the colonial era. There is a family room. Each room has a corresponding parking space. Equivalent to the motel. Very close to the Marathon train attractions.
The address is close to the beach, the sanitation environment is clean, the building is round, there is free parking, although the room is not big, the bathroom is acceptable, the small balcony on the nine, ten and eleven floors can see the scenery, the picture below is from the scenery of Room 5, No. 1, No. 2, No. 3, Room should be able to see the sea view.

It was very hot outside, but the room was comfortable without air conditioning. I am very grateful to the staff for being so kind to me.
There don't seem to be many restaurants in town, but the rooms are stocked with plates and cutlery, and you can eat food you buy at the supermarket or take out. It was also a great experience to try Australian Vegemite for breakfast.
Perhaps because it wasn't the peak season, there were often no people at the front desk, but I don't think there will be any problems if you communicate well in advance.
Can’t say enough how amazing our sleep was that bed in room 124 was friggin amazing
Bathroom good and great hairdryer the complementary nibbles a bonus
The food at bistro was good and breaks good.
Even though a lot of renovations we had the best nights sleep and amazing pillow

Kunawara I call it a car hotel. The environment and facilities are better than the hotel. Surrounded by the 10,000 mu winery. The room was very clean and there was no restaurant nearby. The internal environment is very beautiful, you can barbecue, cook by yourself, and have general tools. Packed food outside, in the garden, slowly enjoy the food, enjoy everything around. Very comfortable.
A fantastic hotel, with quiet rooms and friendly staff. Rooms have everything for Travelers. Really tasty food as well - one of the best ”Schnitzel” in the World! (On some days with special food offers).
A warm atmosphere with some ”Art Deco” elements.
Highly recommend!

GGuest UserThe room and location was okay, with free car park for guests, including those with camper trailers. The pool is available in the adjoining Alba building. We stayed 2 nights and there was no one servicing the room on the 2nd day we were there. Room was overall clean and suited our basic needs. Room had an odour of smoke so I think others have smoked in it in the past. We also heard some altercations outside at night so perhaps the motel sometimes attract a rougher crowd.
GGuest UserI didn't have time to walk around. There is a very large supermarket nearby. There may be thick fog near the town in the morning, so drive carefully. Very cost-effective. The air conditioner is very loud and a bit noisy. Nice place.
GGuest UserMy wife and I stayed here for just one night to take advantage of some free Vline train vouchers, so, as our host told us,, we were not typical of most travellers arriving at the motel by car. We chose this place because the price was reasonable, previous reviews were good and the location was not far from the Vline coach terminal next to the Visitor Information Centre.
Our Queen room was basic but clean, comfortable and well air-conditioned. There were good supplies of cutlery, crockery and snacks, together with a microwave and a toaster. Whilst not serving meals at the motel, our host told us of a cafe nearby. He was charming to chat to and kindly looked after our baggage for us in the free hours between checkout and our coach departure. All up, a very pleasant experience.
GGuest UserThe only reason I am marking 3 stars for service is because it was all automatic. 3 stars for when I called, and asked to be put in a little early, they immediately said yes and made the room ready. I called within 24 hours of my booking as well so that deserves a 5 star in itself. But the lack of human interaction made it not as exciting. Definitely would have made it 5 stars
GGuest UserI had a really great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, very clean, and well-maintained. The air conditioning system worked perfectly, which made the stay very comfortable.
One of the highlights was the heated swimming pool — a really nice touch that added to the experience. What stood out the most, though, was the service. The lady at the reception was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. Her attitude made a big difference and left a very positive impression.
Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I’d be happy to come back again.

ZZhangxiaoyueererIt feels like a popular hotel. Although I didn't try it, I think the hotel's food must be delicious, because when I went there at 8pm, there were crowds of people. The hotel is an old hotel, with the old bathroom like the one on TV. The overall room is large and the bath water is great! It still has a foreign flavor. Recommended!
YyunganThe bathroom for my first stay was between the living room and the room, and only the door on the living room side could be closed, which was very inconvenient. It was very inconvenient to take a bath in the bathtub because the water flow was not fast and there was always water on my feet. There are no windows, the air conditioner is not working, and one side of the desk lamp is not working. If you have a group of friends with boys and girls, I would not recommend staying here. If you have all boys or all girls, you can still experience this place.
GGuest UserRoom was clean and still spacious after we asked for a fold-out bed for our 8-year-old. Great service - we were given some cables to connect our phone to our rental car as we forgot to pack them. The only thing is we were not provided with extra sheets for the foldout bed so our 8-year-old lay directly on it. We were given extra pillows but no extra blanket for the foldout bed, so we covered our child with the thin bed runner which was on our bed as a blanket, but he woke up cold in the middle of the night and crawled into our bed.
