TV didn’t work even when I asked for someone to look at it, I couldn’t get a Chanel or watch anything on it
The walls were so thin I heard the guy fart, he did nothing but swear and o mention this to staff but apparently I couldn’t swap rooms
This motel is perfect for a short stay when visiting Adelaide via car. Easy to get to being close to the main highways and roads in and out of Adelaide. Rooms had everything you needed for a short stay (except a microwave).
Reception charge a $50 deposit for your stay so keep that in mind when checking in, you get it back on checkout but was a little shocked with how high this was considering we’ve been travelling around Australia for the past three months and never had a deposit this high.
The rooms weren’t the cleanest and we opted to use our own doona as the one in our room had stains and smelt off, same again with the pillows with my partners one smelling of urine.
Wasn’t a bad nights stay for the price, hopefully they fix a few things and I would stay again.
We stayed here as a couple and were honestly impressed. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super comfy, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing …just what we were looking for.
It feels like a popular hotel. Although I didn't try it, I think the hotel's food must be delicious, because when I went there at 8pm, there were crowds of people. The hotel is an old hotel, with the old bathroom like the one on TV. The overall room is large and the bath water is great! It still has a foreign flavor. Recommended!
There was only a microwave in the kitchen, but we went downstairs to cook. The service was pretty good and the stay was very comfortable, but there was no toilet in the room. The room I booked did not have a toilet, but a public toilet. But I gave him a good review because of his service.
The front desk is very kind, the check-in time is obviously only until six o'clock, and our check-in at seven is no problem. The room is cleaned clearly and the scenery is really beautiful.
I have stayed many of times at the Motel when visiting in Mount Gambier. The staff and work crew are absolutely brilliant!!! The rooms are kept clean every day and the owners and there family can't do enough for you . I highly recommend staying here when in Mount Gambier!
Originally, I wanted to set a holiday camp on the edge of the highway. There was no room. The others were underground or caves. I could only book here. The children reported that there is a Chinese restaurant opened by Hong Kong people.
The location of the hotel is very close to Narrabund Cave National Park. Staying at this hotel, you can visit the wonderful caves and fossil relics early in the morning, very wonderful national park. The price of the hotel is reasonable and the bed is comfortable.

GGuest UserI didn't have time to walk around. There is a very large supermarket nearby. There may be thick fog near the town in the morning, so drive carefully. Very cost-effective. The air conditioner is very loud and a bit noisy. Nice place.
GGuest UserMy wife and I stayed here for just one night to take advantage of some free Vline train vouchers, so, as our host told us,, we were not typical of most travellers arriving at the motel by car. We chose this place because the price was reasonable, previous reviews were good and the location was not far from the Vline coach terminal next to the Visitor Information Centre.
Our Queen room was basic but clean, comfortable and well air-conditioned. There were good supplies of cutlery, crockery and snacks, together with a microwave and a toaster. Whilst not serving meals at the motel, our host told us of a cafe nearby. He was charming to chat to and kindly looked after our baggage for us in the free hours between checkout and our coach departure. All up, a very pleasant experience.

GGuest UserThe only reason I am marking 3 stars for service is because it was all automatic. 3 stars for when I called, and asked to be put in a little early, they immediately said yes and made the room ready. I called within 24 hours of my booking as well so that deserves a 5 star in itself. But the lack of human interaction made it not as exciting. Definitely would have made it 5 stars
GGuest UserPerfect location for our drive Perth to Melbourne, easy access from and to the highway. Spacious, clean room with table, couch, TV, aircon and very comfortable bed. Ensuite a little outdated but the room had been freshened up. We had trouble connecting to the wifi. The restaurant was closed on our visit but we ordered room service and enjoyed our meal. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Be aware that while there is a 'late check-in' window, a sign on the door said that reception hours had changed to 8am - 8pm (when we booked the site said it was open all night... it might be wise to check ahead if you're likely to be later) Good, clean accommodation. We had a good stay.
GGuest UserI had a really great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, very clean, and well-maintained. The air conditioning system worked perfectly, which made the stay very comfortable.
One of the highlights was the heated swimming pool — a really nice touch that added to the experience. What stood out the most, though, was the service. The lady at the reception was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. Her attitude made a big difference and left a very positive impression.
Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I’d be happy to come back again.
GGuest UserNo reception or front counter. To get in is is similar to booking cases at the airport with a computer system at the front door. Had a problem with the operation (probably me) and no sense out of the first phone call for help but no worries with the second call to another number. The place is looking a bit tired in the hall ways however painters are working out side so maybe going to do the interior. The room was good size being an older place, bathroom new and modern, overall a nice room with usual facilities, a look out over the city. 10th floor. Would go back again in the future.

GGuest UserThe location is fantastic! We stayed in a loft room with a mezzanine floor and spa. The decor is old but the room was clean. We ate in the bistro which was nice and cozy by the fire and the food was great 'pubstyle food' great for kids too. Would recommend and would stay again. The room costs are extremely reasonable for the location.
GGuest UserRoom was clean and still spacious after we asked for a fold-out bed for our 8-year-old. Great service - we were given some cables to connect our phone to our rental car as we forgot to pack them. The only thing is we were not provided with extra sheets for the foldout bed so our 8-year-old lay directly on it. We were given extra pillows but no extra blanket for the foldout bed, so we covered our child with the thin bed runner which was on our bed as a blanket, but he woke up cold in the middle of the night and crawled into our bed.
