The location was perfect, the staff were very polite, the price was great, the room was spacious, and it was within walking distance of everything.

I stayed at this airport hotel near Sabiha Gökçen for an expensive pric. While the location is convenient and the room was generally clean, there were several operational issues that should be addressed. Upon check-in, the shower pipe in my room was faulty. The staff promptly arranged for a technician, which I appreciate. However, this indicates that rooms may not be thoroughly checked before guest arrival. A simple pre-check process could prevent such inconvenience. There were also no facial tissues provided in either the room or bathroom. This is a very basic amenity that most travelers expect, particularly at this price level. In addition, the hotel does not offer a coin laundry facility. For an airport hotel that likely serves transit guests, this would be a highly practical addition. The staff were responsive when contacted, and I appreciated the availability of slippers in the room. However, improving basic quality control and ensuring essential amenities are consistently provided would significantly enhance the guest experience. I hope this feedback is helpful for future improvements.

I had a long layover in Istanbul and needed to stay a night outside the airport. I booked this hotel through Trip.com and it was excellent value for money. While the facilities are a bit dated, its proximity to the airport, just a 10-minute drive, is a huge plus. The hotel offers airport transfers for 20 Euros one way, which is super convenient if you have an early flight – just book the shuttle in advance. The 20 Euro fee applies regardless of whether it's one adult or an adult and a child, as was our case. The restaurant across from the hotel is very authentic and reasonably priced, unlike the inflated prices you find in the city center.

Overall, the hotel made a rather pleasant impression. The positives: + nice room design + climate control + wifi was fine + the single bed was wide enough and comfortable + nice staff + you can get right to the hotel by bus H-6, the ride takes 25-30 minutes from the airport One huge downside: - There was rust and leakage under the sink in the bathroom. Before I noticed it, it had made a towel and a toilet paper roll (that were below it) completely wet.

Hotel location is perfect, step away from Bosfor and Galata Port. Enjoyed rooftop terrace with an amazing view. Near to bus and tram stations. Hotel staff at the reception very friendly and helpful. But soundproof is very poor, my neighbors were laughing and talking till 2 am night almost every day, I heard them very loudly. And the guy name Shamir, who introduced himself as Owner of the hotel is very rude and aggressive. He doesn't respect his customers. My business partner came at 7 evening to my room, but he told me I need his documents, otherwise he will call police. He could just explain politely and in a nice way. Also no need to pay extra for partial sea view room, as I did. Better to choose simple room, as view not that good.

Located 12-15 minutes by taxi from the airport. Clean room and bathroom with all the amenities you'd expect from an airport hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Ideal for one night!

Отель очень понравился. Останавливался на 8 ночей. Отличные завтраки готовит русскоговорящая девушка Феруза. Номер и все принадлежности чистые, заказ уборки по кнопке у двери. В номере было чуть прохладно в начале февраля, но кондиционер отлично работает, поэтому обогревался им. Шикарое расположение: от Аксарая на трамвае за 5 минут доезжате до площади Султанахмет и всех основных достопримечательностей, от метро Еникапы едете без пересадок до площади Таксим в центр, на мармарае едете на азиатскую сторону, поэтому в плане расположения сложно найти что-то похожее, чтобы было одинаково удобно ехать во все стороны. В целом за такую стоимость я доволен и ставлю десятку. Фото к сожалению заскринены из видео, но вот как на фото отеля изображены номера, так и были в действительности

I had a great stay at Pianoforte by Febor Hotels & Spa in Istanbul! 🕌 The hotel has a modern, elegant design and feels very comfortable from the moment you arrive. My room was clean, well-equipped, and had everything I needed — fresh towels, good Wi-Fi, and a cozy bed with a nice city view. The reception staff were excellent, always polite and ready to help with anything — from directions to arranging transportation. Their warm attitude made the stay even more enjoyable. 🙌 The spa facilities were definitely a highlight — I loved the Turkish bath and sauna, which were spotless and relaxing after a long day exploring the city. 🧖♀️✨ The location in Fatih is great for sightseeing, with easy access to the metro and tram. Breakfast was simple but fresh — a nice start to the day.
