I stayed at Tower A during my recent visit. Overall, the stay was satisfactory , but there are areas that require improvement. The room itself was comfortable and clean but the wall paint was peeling and should be maintained better. On the first day , there was no water supply for about an hour. While the maintenance team managed to resolved it, it was inconvenient and could have been handled more promptly. Asides from these issue, the service was polite, and the stay was generally fine, but attention to upkeep and facility reliability would make the experience much better.
Short stay at the family suite and king suite, arrived Sunday afternoon and left Monday afternoon, so limited activities.
Rooms were clean and tidy, the king suite overlooked the bigger pool and the Coconut Bar. Family suit had convenient access to ”kiddie” pool and beach.
Kids had fun at the kids' pool, also had a dip in the bigger pool as well as playing at the beach.
Pool is good for a visit in the afternoon as dead bugs in the pool take some time for staff to clean throughout the morning.
Did not get a chance to try the wellness centre as it was closed Monday.
To best describe this place, it's like a mini paradise atop a cliff overlooking the beautiful sea, with a twist of staying in large cylindrical concert culverts.
You can easily spot it along the road to Damai with its large circular logo at its gate. It was closed upon my arrival at 3pm, but due to the main entrance being easily seen from the receptionist area, it didn't take long for them to open the gate, and I just drove right in.
The receptionist was very polite and welcoming, decently professional as well, after checking us in we were given a quick tour around, highlighting the facilities and public areas.
The room itself, being quite quirky in its own way, isn't too difficult to maneuver around, as long as you don't rush yourself and knock yourself around the relatively tiny room. Adequate steps are built to help climbing up and moving around, with simple storage spots around the bed, which by itself takes up about half of the room. The other side of the room is the bathing area, which I would say is surprisingly spacious enough to use. So a bed and a bathing area sums up the entire, unique cylindrical room.
The hotel itself is nicely planned, guests can pamper themselves by picking their favorite spots located around the place, and enjoy a marvelous view of the sea. There's also a small private beach all the way down the cliff too. Facilities include swimming pools, sauna room, washer + dryer machines, gymnasium, library, etc. are pretty neat if you need them.
I would say the place is great for couples, and a short refresher trip. I technically live in the city just half an hour drive away, but to catch a break from work and relax here for a day, I'd recommend this place in a heartbeat. Just make sure you've got the legs to climb up and down the place!
My family enjoyed our stay in Mulu Marriott. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean though the hotel looks a bit old. Mulu Marriot is a great hotel to stay for all who wants a bit more luxury as well as adventure, as it is easily accessible by Hotel shuttle service to Mulu National Park.
Overall we enjoyed our stay. Perhaps Mulu Marriott can improve on both the buffet breakfast, dinner or the ala-carte offerings on the menu.
During the night, we had drinks in the bar/ lounge area. Service is good, but would recommend Marriott to have more games eg. UNO, board games or probably a pool table will be a nice addition.
Thanks to Mulu Marriot shuttle service to airport and Mulu National Park, they are prompt and very friendly.
Overall we enjoyed both our experience in Mulu Marriott and Mulu National Park.
Thanks and continue to improve.
Clean room, a lot of shops and restaurants nearby within walking distance but very scary to go out at night because of dogs and scary people and the place is a little bit old too with my room's bathroom not having enough water pressure and flashing lights. But overall a good experience since it's amenities are mostly working and the bed is very comfortable to sleep in
All staff are very good and sweet..Breakfast is nice..the only thing is swimming pool abit dirty..Need some mentain..Another thing is my room when i shower this morning not even got hot water😂and the shower water very very small..This only need to check and the room is clean but look old..
Whenever I'm in Kuching, this is the THE hotel to stay at! It's simple, the toilet has a bidet, the beds are huge and comfy! It's 10 mins from the airport and has a mall next to it! EVERYTHING IS AMAZING

WWeeThe hotel is nice and new. Room also good and spacious at this price. Comfortable stay. But during my stay, my room air-conditioning was happened in water leak. After the technician maintain, and leak again. Eventually they changed a room for me. The breakfast buffet is nice. Keep up the good job. Must stay in price competitive.
MMensoreeeThe room itself was very big and spacious line a 5 star hotel but it was looking rather worn and dull aesthetically speaking . Perhaps because it is before renovation. Currently there is a renovation and some parts of the hotel are already complete, im sure guests would love it at that time. The service was pretty good though.

AAnonymous UserI had a pleasant stay at the Pullman Hotel. The cleanliness was excellent — everything looked spotless and well maintained. The furniture was stylish and comfortable, adding a nice touch of luxury to the room. However, I found the pillow not very comfy for my liking. Other than that, it was a great experience overall.

GGuest UserThe staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast & seafood buffet dinner and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.

LLapissssThe hotel is located in the town area, just walking distance to the main bazaar, waterfront, and other tourist attractions. Very convenient. The pool and cardio room is located at the other wing, there is a bridge to walk over.
AAnonymous UserThe room and bathroom were clean and well maintained, which I appreciated. Location is very convenient—right above Bintang Megamall, so shopping and food options are easy to access.
