It’s a really great hotel and location but my room is near the elevator so there’s some people I mean lots of people make noise I don’t like that actually I asked for not near the elevator but I still have this room but the others things are okay but not bad
The room is clean and very close to many tourist attractions. Travel is convenient.
But there is no elevator. Have to walk up the stairs. and booking through the app, breakfast is not provided
Good value, clean, big room, cool air conditioning, very big bed, probably 7 feet. Breakfast is varied and good for the price paid, must say more than worth it. Good service from the staff, everyone is enthusiastic. Arrived almost at 1 a.m., the security guard came to help take care of the car park. Very impressed. Next time I come to Phitsanulok, I will stay here again.
Rooms are large, bed comfortable, coffee, tea and kettle provided. Security safe in cupboard tucked away.
Older style tub shower, very clean bathroom.
Concierge and reception friendly and efficient.
Many restaurants in the neighbourhood. A bit further away malls, Lotus’s and Big C. Will visit the Imperial Hotel in Phitsunalok again in the future.
Very good location
Very quiet but relatively old. No deserted customers
Big problem for a hotel of this standing, no restaurant except for breakfast, no bar or room service
Price not justified compared to other hotels in Phitsanulok. We have done several
Will not come back because it was for our wedding nights. Very disappointed!
The ambiance evokes the historical Lanna, Sukhothai, and Ayutthaya periods. Rooms are spacious, beautiful, and feature powerful air conditioning along with a good selection of amenities. The rooms are also wonderfully quiet. The breakfast spread (fried eggs, ham, sausages, stir-fried vegetables, rice porridge, and coffee) was standard but perfectly adequate. Overall, while the price point is relatively high, the excellent ambiance more than makes up for it. I would certainly return for another stay if the opportunity arises.
The musty smell in the room was difficult to bear. Also the air con compressor outside the window was noisy, and the toilet water cistern would randomly whistle loudly, so difficult to sleep. Otherwise the hotel was very good, breakfast, location and pool, with friendly, helpful staff.
The hotel is located close to the center, within easy access to everything (airport is only 15mins by car and bus station just 5 mins away). Rooms are very large with an outdoor balcony which is really nice. No tea/coffee facilities within the room and one needs to go down to reception for a free cup of tea or coffee, not great if you are hoping to take it slow in the morning!

Very Good
OOrawanThe parking was spacious and well-shaded. However, the room was so dusty it made my nose sting as soon as I entered. The bathroom had rotting baseboards, and I even spotted some critters scuttling around 😅. The small bottle of shower gel provided was almost empty, but thankfully I could request a refill. Staff, from the front desk to the dining area, were quite inattentive, spending most of their time on their phones, heads down.
DDanny CW NgSpacious large room with a large LEDTV. There is a sofa you can sit and relax and watch TV. There are international TV channels but reception quality is poor.
The view from the balcony is good looking into a park.
There is no safety box and no electric kettle to make coffee. The bed mattress is good and firm. I had a good sleep.
Breakfast is ABF. You get fry eggs, mini pork sausages, 2 slices of ham, 2 half white toast and a boil rice with pork. All was pretty good
GGuest UserStay overnight for waiting the early flight from PHS airport to DMK. The hotel located very close to the airport. The room very clean. The staff very kind and always smile. The check-in process is very fast, they just ask for the name and the car number. The room rate is already included the Breakfast. I'm not expect about it because the room rate is very cheap (Only 600 THB per night), it's good enough for me.
MMilesxjdIt’s a really great hotel and location but my room is near the elevator so there’s some people I mean lots of people make noise I don’t like that actually I asked for not near the elevator but I still have this room but the others things are okay but not bad
GGuest UserIt is a cost-effective hotel much better than I expected, in terms of cleanliness and serviced breakfast.
Whilst it will be definitely up to a higher tier of service, if one more rubbish bin can be supplied and placed somewhere in the room, as there is only one at the bathroom. One bin is truly not enough.
GGuest UserI stayed 2 nights there but on the 2nd day housekeeping staffs nocked the door ask me You would like to extend stay for tonight? What??!??! My booking is 2 nights stay ! 🤔 That means front desk staffs are not in communication with housekeeping staffs?!
