I recently stayed at Renai Hotel Kota Bharu and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is conveniently located near shopping malls, restaurants, and major attractions in Kota Bharu, making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the basic amenities provided. The bed was cozy, and housekeeping maintained the room well throughout the stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with any requests. Breakfast offered a reasonable variety of local and international dishes. The food quality was generally good, although there was room for improvement in terms of selection and consistency during peak hours. The hotel facilities, including the swimming pool and gym, were well maintained and suitable for relaxation after a busy day. Parking was also convenient for guests. Overall, Renai Hotel Kota Bharu provides good value for money with comfortable accommodation, excellent service, and a strategic location. I would consider staying here again when visiting Kota Bharu. Pros: Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, convenient location, good facilities. Cons: Breakfast selection could be improved.

The place was clean anf good. Not many tune hotels like this anymore. I will definitely come back again anytime. Next to KB Mall and easy place for food. What else can we ask for. Cheap too. Wonderful choice. I am happy. Pls try it.

I recently stayed at Perdana Kota Bharu and had an overall pleasant experience. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near many attractions in Kota Bharu. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and provided a relaxing environment throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, courteous, and always willing to assist. Hotel facilities such as the swimming pool and fitness centre were well maintained and added value to the stay. However, I found the food quality to be average and not as good as expected for a hotel of this standard. While there was a reasonable variety of dishes available, the taste and overall dining experience could be improved. Despite this, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel to travellers looking for comfortable accommodation in Kota Bharu.

We stayed for just one night. Overall, the experience was satisfactory, although the room felt a bit dated. The pool is quite spacious and offers a good sense of privacy, our 6-year-old son especially enjoyed it. Wish the hotel could provide more activities like paintball & ATV ride. I would rate it 4 stars for a resort-style experience.

Everything was good. 5mins drive to Mydin and other local shops. I had a pleasant stay and definitely will repeat again to stay here whenever i come to Kelantan

I had a pleasant stay at Grand Riverview Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service provided by the staff was excellent. The location is also very convenient for getting around Kota Bharu. However, the amenities could be improved slightly, as basic items like a toothbrush were not provided. Aside from that, everything else was great. I would definitely consider staying here again.”

An amazing experience when I was in Kelantan I stayed at Renai Hotel comfortable and clean there is nothing missing starting from the spacious bed the bathroom is spacious and clean what I noticed there is also an additional fan all this time I didn't think of the details as it's how clean I rarely have time in the hotel but in this hotel I'm really comfortable my husband had time to watch funny movies full pokonya I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to go to Kelantan confused looking for a hotel here I think the place is good the breakfast is delicious welcomed with a friendly smile of the staff there are also traditional cakes of Kelantan there even I really want to say thank you to those who takes care of the food that is different from SYABIL he provided Laksam for me and my husband once again thank you if you go to Kelantan again 😊 Terima Kasih sekali lagi untuk Adik Syabil kamu Baik bangetttttttttt

Okay not bad... It's one that has single room. Surprising for a hotel built beside Chinatown, instead of making use of this to build Chinese style hotel it's actually more traditional malay style. Would be better if the Penang laksa is less salty, it's 60% close but can be better.

Nice place, with a strategic location, but I do have a couple of complaints: there were mosquitoes in the room, the bathroom had a smell, and the water pressure was low. Hope these can be improved. Everything else was perfect. Thank you.
