The hotel has a really perfect location – central, everything is well reachable, and yet comfortable quiet. The reception was also very friendly and helpful, which is a great plus point for me. Unfortunately, the cleanness of the room left very desirable. Although the bed linen was fresh and clean, but when I was – worried about any bed linens because everything picked me – under the linen and the mattress, I was really shocked: all the sticks, dust under the bed, and even a crushed finger neal under the mattress – that can't be done at all. As a house damn alergy, this was particularly bad for me. Without allergy tablets I always got cough – clearly a sign that it was not cleaned thoroughly. Also under the bed was apparently not sucked what I wouldn't expect at a hotel of this class. The breakfast was very positive for this: varied, and there was a good choice for people with intolerances – for example, lactose-free alternatives and also vegan options. That was really well thought. Concluded: Super location, friendly staff – but room cleaning needs to be improved urgently.

The hotel is a little away from the city, but within 10 minutes you'll walk there. There are enough free parking directly at the hotel. The rooms are large enough and the bathroom is properly equipped. The hotel is clean, which also applies to the rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful (we wanted to have another room and we got this too) Breakfast is sufficient, with the quality of sauce and cheese to be a little better. We were very satisfied with the hotel in general, especially as it is also priced compared to other hotels in the surrounding area.

PPapornKThe hotel is situated in a relatively remote area, and I selected it primarily because it offers a car charger and is priced reasonably at around 100€ per night, including breakfast.  I have found the hotel to be exceptionally clean, and the staff members are quite welcoming and attentive.  The room is spacious enough for my needs as I only utilize it during the night. While air conditioning is not a common feature in Germany, a small fan is provided; however, it tends to be somewhat noisy. I shared this feedback with the staff.  An inside pool with sauna is also very welcoming. Unfortunately, I didn’t have time for that. Overall, I believe it is a commendable local hotel that offers a solid experience.

GGuest UserFood in restaurant was very good with lots of choice. Facilities were basic which reflect the age of place. But we had all we need. No lift and walking up two flights of stairs with luggage was a bit difficult. Otherwise staff were very friendly.

ZZhiainingmengshuThere are quite a lot of rooms in this hotel, which can be said to be the largest hotel in this town. The heating in the room is very warm. The room I live in also has a microwave, induction cooker, refrigerator, and everything. Breakfast is quite satisfactory, except for potato cakes and scrambled eggs are hot food, the rest are cold food. The front desk girls can speak English and there is no problem communicating. The cleaning staff can speak German. I like the glass windows of the hotel very much. It is the kind of typical German open window and the ventilation is great. The surrounding area is quite convenient. Go left and there are some shopping malls and small stores. Except that the breakfast is slightly monotonous, everything else is fine.
