You will have to take a bus and buggy in so carry light or something manageable as you will have to push them through uneven stones. Once you’re at the village, the hotel is just a few steps from the scenic drop off point. Hotel staff is friendly, we were offered a complimentary cocktail drink and ethnic clothing rental at another outlet 50m away. It’s also near an ethnic clothing rental shop (it’s good, we’ve tried them), restaurant and village buggy point. We were grateful we’ve booked this place as we don’t have to push our luggages around further. Room was clean, aesthetic, with a good view of a plantation. We are very happy with our stay in this hotel. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The room is big and clean. We were provided with a fruit basket and nice biscuits. Breakfast is good, too. Getting into the village is not so convenient, though. We came from the West Entrance. We need to take a coach, walk through a shopping alley, then take another bus and a short walk before reaching the hotel. The hotel staff met us at the bus stop and helped to carry our luggage.

We booked this hotel as a last-minute Chistmas Eve getaway. At a total cost of 840 rmb, it was a bit of a splurge. It was totally worth it. Let's start with the bathtub.
