The place is well located, the atmosphere is very pleasant, the staff is very attentive, and the breakfast is impeccable. The room had some problems with the lighting, the lights kept turning off by themselves, the bathroom light turned on automatically, the bedroom light and the television turned off by themselves, and the air conditioning didn't work. Apart from these considerations, everything was excellent.

I had a great experience. The environment is clean, cozy and well organized. The service was excellent, with attentive and discreet staff. The structure is comfortable, and the details of the room made all the difference for a pleasant stay. I will definitely come back and recommend it!

The hotel is very nice! Highly recommended! Their travel agents Gabriel and Emillie are very helpful! The staff are always trying to help, sometimes language can cause misunderstanding but overall the service is good. They use L'Occitane for all toiletry products There is a jacuzzi but you need to book! This was perfect for a cold rainy day in Foz do Iguazu

I wish I could have had more time to spend there. The costumer service at the breakfast which is lovely and plenty of food choices they even go an extra mile to give you a good experience. Reception team they are just attentive and awesome the maintenance team the same and the cleaning team all as above. So I do recommend the hotel and I can’t wait to be back in December for another 5 nights. 😊

Regarding the service at reception, maids and at breakfast, excellent, everyone was helpful and very polite. The breakfast was great, just the right amount, without exaggeration but without missing anything and the replacement happened quickly. The location is perfect, right in the city center, close to everything, on a busy street but without noise that could disturb your sleep. Regarding the accommodation, very simple, it would be worth a renovation. But the daily rate is OK.

Breakfast, very good. Small parking lot. If you are a beginner driver, I do not recommend it, as there are many columns. I stayed in the family room: simple room, TV does not work. Air conditioning smells. Bathroom does not have a hairdryer, comfortable bed. Service at reception: great. If you are looking for something just to sleep, something basic and you do not have a car. It is worth it. Because parking is a hassle.

A nice property very much with a family vibe and rooms spread out across a number of villas. The room was decently comfortable but quite basic, and with some curious absences, including tissue, and glasses or mugs or a cup of any kind, for which one apparently needed to ask. The buffet, both dinner and breakfast, was ok, though a bit more focused on quantity than quality, and the breakfast dining room was much more university dining hall than luxury resort. Staff was quite friendly and welcoming, though, and a tranquil spot to spend a couple days while visiting the falls and other attractions.

For my needs, excellent place, easy access, careful and performing staff. Breakfast of good quality. I didn't experience the restaurant service, but I know that it has it. In general excellent.

Great hotel but to the level breakfast could offer a little more

It was a bit late when we arrived, but we could still check in, but the room became 1 large bed and 1 small bed. Originally, we booked 2 single beds, and then there was no water provided in the room, but there is a small kitchen that can boil water and microwave food, which is great if you want. You can make reservations at the hotel to go to the waterfall. We participated in the waterfall and bird park and also took a boat into the waterfall. It was really fun. The price is also cheaper than buying on site.
