Beef noodles best I’ve had so far in Vietnam.
Spa has 3-4 hot saunas. Guests can use for free. Nice receptionists. However, I double booked myself into two mandalas same night ( wrong location). This issue still hasn’t been resolved.
Just stayed at this new hotel and honestly, I was really impressed. The room I got had a balcony and it was super spacious – way bigger than I expected! The staff were all really friendly and helpful, which made the whole stay even better. Breakfast was good too – decent variety and everything tasted fresh. Plus, the location is perfect – close to pretty much everything you’d want to see or do. Definitely a great spot if you’re looking for something comfy and convenient.
Mixed Experience at Vinpearl – Room Great, Dining Disappointing
I stayed at Vinpearl from 22 Sep to 3 Oct and again from 6 Oct to 11 Oct. The room was spacious and clean, and the amenities were a definite plus. However, there were several inconsistencies and disappointments during my stay.
- Laundry Service: During my first stay, laundry was complimentary (3 pieces/day), but in the second stay, it became chargeable. This inconsistency was frustrating and could be improved.
- Breakfast: The breakfast menu was 95% the same every day, with limited variety. The fried noodles were consistently hard and dry, which was disappointing.
- BBQ Buffet (600k VND): This was the most disappointing part of my experience. The food quality was poor, with cheap ingredients repeated across different stations. If this continues, I fear the restaurant may not last. In comparison, I visited Sen Buffet near Ho Tay, which cost only 480k VND and offered crayfish, big prawns, various crabs, and a wide variety of fresh dishes—far superior in quality and value.
- Vinpearl Buffet (480k VND with 20% hotel guest discount): I only had a bowl of noodles, some fruit, a few pieces of not-so-fresh salmon sashimi, and one drink—nothing stood out or felt worth the price.
- Room Service Timing: Housekeeping often came too late in the day, sometimes after 5–6 PM, which disrupted rest time. This should be addressed for better guest comfort.
On a positive note, staff were friendly, especially the foreign manager, who stood out for his professionalism.
The waiter can speak Chinese, there are many Chinese restaurants around, and the breakfast is not bad. The towel is a bit old, feels black and a bit hard. The slippers are the kind that are clipped next to the big toe, which is uncomfortable to wear. I want to change to another slipper but I haven't found it yet.
During my recent stay at a hotel located in the heart of the city, I was truly impressed by the convenience and comfort it offered. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and shopping centers all within walking distance. It made exploring the city incredibly hassle-free.
The room was cozy and well-maintained, with modern amenities that ensured a comfortable stay. The bed was plush, and after a long day of sightseeing, it was the perfect place to unwind. Despite being in the bustling city, the hotel provided a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, allowing for restful nights.
Safety was also a priority here, with secure access to the building and attentive staff ensuring that guests felt well taken care of. Speaking of the staff, they were exceptionally helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests or questions. From check-in to check-out, the service was seamless and professional.
Overall, the combination of a convenient location, comfort, safety, and excellent service made this city stay a memorable one. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience in the city center.
The hotel room is quite big, and the front desk can all speak Chinese, which is very worry-free. There is a KTV in the middle, but it doesn't seem to be noisy. Maybe the KTV doesn't have much business. There are a lot of taxis parked downstairs, which makes traveling very convenient. A taxi to the airport usually costs 400,000 VND. It would be nice if the hotel provided breakfast.
No hot water, Wi-Fi is unstable and disconnects
If the counter cannot understand Chinese, they will hang up directly.
Poor internal management of the hotel
There was a fire that day and I hurriedly escaped. It seems there was no sprinkler equipment.
Such a bad experience for the first time
The aisles are so spacious, the room is also, 90 things are excellent value for money, 1.2 million start elsewhere. This is very cost-effective. The facilities are well-equipped and the service is good, and they can respond to the demand in time. The front desk will speak Chinese and communication is barrier-free. The room was very clean. recommend.

星星辰iThe hotel is well located for easy access to the main attractions. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with modern and well maintained facilities. It is especially worth mentioning that the beds are very comfortable and ensure a good quality of sleep. ZZhipuyujingAdvantages: The price is relatively affordable, the breakfast is rich, it is across the road from the GO! supermarket in Bac Giang, there is a safe in the room, a washing machine in the stairwell, and a special space for drying clothes outside the stairs. It is high up and has a good view of the characteristic colors of the houses in Bac Giang, Vietnam. The auntie cleans every day, and there is no problem communicating with the front desk auntie in Chinese.
Disadvantages: The room is quite old, the furniture and facilities are old, the layout is relatively compact, and the noise from the road across the street is still quite loud when you sleep with the windows open at night. The hotel is located about 20 minutes' walk from the center of Beijiang City, which is a bit off the beaten track.
The price-performance ratio is still relatively high, and the overall recommendation is 4 points.
YyangsikThere are staff who can speak Korean.
The room is very spacious and tidy
They do laundry for free and are kind.
There are many Korean restaurants and local restaurants around.
Unfortunately, since it is on the road, the noise from cars and motorcycles is quite loud.
Sensitive people will find it a little difficult.
Except for the noise, it's great
