Checked in at 4pm but the rooms was not ready, thus i got a free upgrade to the next category room. Ocean view room offers a majestic view. The room was clean and spotless and no noise can be heard from outside. Bath tub overlooking the ocean. The only downfall is there is no carpet thus the floor can be cold when u walk barefoot.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and loved the convenient location close to major attractions. They also provide airport shuttle for free.We highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay😃

To be honest, I am very shocked to find out this hotel is currently under upgrading. You heard noice of drilling during day time. The family room that I was staying is abit dated. The dust on the bathroom counter top is missed. The small fridge is barely functioning ( not cool). Add to that, the hotel doesn’t offer complimentary parking for driving guests. Their basement carparks is closed for renovation. The reserved carparks in front of their hotel lobby entrance is reserved for their staffs! However, I have to say the services from the doorman, the security and the room cleaning crew are awesome. They are super polite and really accommodating. Always offer their generous smile s and helping hand. I wish these are the qualities of the check in front desk would have 😢 When I finally checked out, there is no expression of regret from the staff for the noice and inconveniences for the guests staying at the hotel at this renovation time. They should have offered me free stay or any token of appreciation. Nothing! I spend 3 nights staying at that hotel but not able to enjoy the staycation. Truly disappointed. I will never go back to Pullman anymore.

I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help with a smile. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The location is also fantastic, just walking to explore Kuching Waterfront. Highly recommended stay for its cleanliness, friendly staff, and convenient location. Love n see u again Hilton!

I had wonderful stay on the *12th floor*. The room was modern, and offered a fantastic view. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities were well thought out. Service was warm and professional throughout our stay. Only small issue was the *side table clock*, which was *off by 39 minutes* — a minor detail, but worth adjusting for future guests. A shout of thanks to front desk staff who arranged a grab ride from her phone. I didn’t her name. I check from hotel after 0500hrs Overall, a great experience and would definitely return

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the room design. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist with a smile. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient.

We always choose to stay here for non other reason but location. All the shops (Uniqlo, H&M, Kaison, Daiso, Nando’s, etc.) are all in the same building. I hope the cleanliness of the rooms will be better though. Breakfast was okay enough considering the price.

got the deluxe queen room. this was my view. had a pleasant stay despite broken lift on the night of check-in but it was immediately fixed the next day. receptionist was responsive when i needed to help with the locked bathroom door early in the morning. thank you! they provide iron at the hall.

Always the first choice for family stay. The location is right opposite of the mall and my brothers really enjoyed the arcade downstairs

March 2025 Review on this hotel: Pro 1. The room Air conditioner are cold & Hot Water are hot. 2. Very strategy area walking distance to Everise, Cat statue , Mcdonald within 6 minutes walk. 3. 1st floor are room but they have a lift. Very great. Con 1. Parking are limited and need to pay due to public parking. 2. Breakfast are set meal and not buffet type. (They said we do not entitlment for breakfast - show them booking then they directly told us we are entitlement). 3. Bed and pillow are not comfortable to sleep. 4. The bathroom is tempered glass shower screen - can visible from the bed. If twin sharing have no idea. I would not stay again this hotel although it cheaper price but I need comfort sleep.
