It was a great place in terms of cleaning, services and amenities. The location is great for business because it's close to the university and the train station as well. Also they provide parking spots which is great. The location is close to the centre during busy and rush hour time, you may need to prepare yourself in advance. Overall I recommend it.

I had a very pleasant stay at B&B Hotel Birmingham. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to access the city centre, public transport, shops, and restaurants. It’s a great choice for both business and leisure travellers. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a good bed and all the basic amenities needed for a short or long stay. The bathroom was tidy and well maintained, and housekeeping did a good job throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The hotel also offers good value for money compared to other hotels in the area. Overall, B&B Hotel Birmingham provides a comfortable, affordable, and hassle-free stay. I would definitely recommend it and would consider staying here again in the future.

Came a long way to stay for couple of days for a wedding. Big reunion w some friends from around the globe. Pros: Hotel is at the great location. Lots of food option at Touchwood Mall opposite the hotel. Hotel food are quite reasonable too. Staffs at the lounge & breakfast are Fantastic. They are friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and bed are comfy. Cons: Reception should be better. We were attended by Josh during check in and he is not friendly and helpful when few enquiry asked. A friend of mine (a couple) was assigned to a room which AC wasn’t working. And when asked for a room changed, he said its not available. He mentioned that it was an ongoing problem and offered them a fan instead. How is that possible they are still selling a dysfunctional room to a guest when they know its an issue! But if they want an upgrade, they can but they have to pay £13!! I think its bizarre! My friends was stucked to the same room till the end of her stay w a FAN! Overall I am happy with the stay but i need to rant about the room assignment. Its common sense.

Booked here through trip.com for twin room. Arrived at hotel who said been booked as king room. Were very helpful and changed room and put single bed in with double as no twins left. Receptionist stated frequently have this issue with agents booking hotel. Issue resolved easily. Staff friendly and helpful. Room clean, beds comfy. Great location for NEC, BP PULSE LIVE AND AIRPORT.

Stay was nice but the room was really cold even with the room air heater on but other then that no complaints

The hotel is very beautiful, big and the service is very good; check in is very convenient, you can take the  room card immediately when you arrive at the reception; the room is large, clean and comfortable; It is worth praise that the hotel provides free parking, which is really good 🤗🤗 I like the hotel lobby and garden the most. It’s so beautiful. Remember to take more pictures and leave good memories. 🤗🤗

Love the Crabtree body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Spacious room with two double bed and one sofa bed. No extra blankets, need to bring along

Situated perfectly for travellers using Birmingham Airport, the hotel's position couldn't be more practical. The rooms, whilst not luxurious, provided a warm and cosy environment, which was particularly welcome after a long day of travel. The accommodation was clean and maintained to a satisfactory standard, meeting the basic needs of the airport traveller. The food served at the hotel was adequate, nothing particularly remarkable but certainly passable for a short stay. The menu offered standard fare typical of what one might expect from a chain hotel restaurant. What truly stands out about this establishment is its strategic location. For those with early morning flights or late arrivals, the proximity to the airport terminals makes this Ibis an eminently practical choice. In summary, whilst the Ibis Birmingham Airport - NEC won't win any awards for luxury or fine dining, it serves its purpose admirably as an airport hotel. If you're looking for a convenient, comfortable place to rest before or after a flight, this hotel fits the bill perfectly. A sensible choice for airport accommodation.

We chose this hotel, about a 30-minute drive from home, for a one-night stay so the kids could go swimming. They were so excited before we even left. After checking in, we rushed to the pool, only to be told that children weren't allowed after 6 PM and could only use it after 9 AM the next morning. However, check-out was at 11 AM, which left very little time. So, I contacted Trip.com customer service to request a late check-out. During the first call, the hotel said they would charge £10 per hour for late check-out. We expressed our dissatisfaction, and thanks to Trip.com's proactive coordination, the hotel finally agreed to a free two-hour late check-out for both rooms. The kids had a fantastic time the next morning, which was a huge plus. The hotel is newly renovated, and the overall facilities are quite good for a UK hotel. Dinner was also decent, though the steak was a bit disappointing. Luckily, the waitstaff were very friendly and didn't charge us for it. IHG's service philosophy was generally well-reflected. However, the hotel seemed a bit understaffed. There were only two people at the front desk, so checking in required a bit of a wait. After check-in, no one showed us to our rooms, and the layout was a bit confusing, making it easy to get lost. I hope the hotel can improve in this area in the future. Also, it would be even more appealing if they could add some family-friendly room types.

The hotel has a great location, just a 10-minute walk from the train station, and close to the library and canal area. The room was quiet and clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the view from the window was nice. The air conditioning in the room couldn't be adjusted, which made it a bit cold. Free coffee and tea were available all day. The stay included a standard English breakfast, which tasted good. It offers good value for money. The front desk service wasn't very enthusiastic.
