The room shown in pictures didn’t match what was offered on site. Very misleading. Took an hour of to and fro to be allocated a different room. The travel voucher never arrived by email, spent $$ on travel first day (shouldn’t have to) and got a travel voucher later after escalating to customer service. Breakfast was fine. It’s a nice property but a few niggles as above. Must show correct pictures for rooms on advert.

This was the fifth hotel on my trip to Switzerland. It's two bus stops from the train station, but conveniently located right by the stop, so getting there wasn't an issue. The hotel clearly exudes a rich history and old-world charm, with its luxurious European-style decor. I had a bit of trouble initially finding the right entrance and the front desk within the building. I'd actually booked a city view room, but the front desk upgraded me to a stunning lake view room – seriously, you *must* book a lake view! The terrace views were absolutely breathtaking!! The room itself wasn't huge, but it did have air conditioning. The bathroom was a tad small, mainly due to a large, rather useless cabinet taking up unnecessary space.

The location of the hotel is perfectly beautiful and conveniently close to public transport. This includes the boats which go on various trips on the lake. Service in the hotel was very good and I would especially like to mention Kenny at reception who was happy to go the extra mile. The food was good and a wonderful breakfast buffet is served. The coffee was good, croissants and bread fresh, a wonderful selection of good quality jam, simply excellent. For those who wanted, there was even smoked salmon and on certain days, a glass of bubbly!! Would also like to mention the two ladies who run “breakfast” and keep things clean and fresh. Thank you.

We traveled by renting a car in Switzerland We stayed at this accommodation in Lucerne for 2 nights, but the accommodation was very dark and uncomfortable The bathroom was very old-fashioned, and the elevator was narrow and uncomfortable I brought a shower filter and turned on the water, and the color of the filter changed right away. (I've been to many places in Europe, but this is the first time this has happened.) The parking lot was a bit far (3 minutes on foot) and there was no discount on parking. It was a bit expensive However, the location is very good, and I highly recommend it to those who are traveling by train for 1 or 2 nights (the place is very good for the price)

The room faces the lake, and the restaurant is also by the lake. You can enjoy the view from the balcony of the room. The restaurant has three meals a day and there is a direct bus No. 21. I like this hotel

The scenery is invincible, the key price is also close to the people, the air is not good for tourists, and it is very comfortable. Very good hotel, winter is definitely not as perfect as summer, but I am already amazing, the pool water is hot, there are small hot springs, steaming ice room is complete, la prairie free trial after bath, breakfast You can order the Michelin plate, and the taste is quite good. I called to eat in the room at night, it was delicious! I also gave wine and helped decorate the room! Will come again if I have a chance

The room has a beautiful view, the snow-capped mountains outside the window, and you can see the Rizhao Jinshan and the beautiful sunset without leaving the room. It is also very convenient to climb St. Regis Mountain. You can climb it yourself. The surrounding residential areas are also beautiful. You can see the countryside scenery.

Alors l'hôtel est superbe à l'intérieur c'est très beau la restauration les serveurs sont super sympa mais par contre ce qui nous ont pas averti c'est qu'il y avait des immenses travaux devant il y avait une grue et beaucoup de bruit et c'est aussi inadmissible qu'on nous a rien à faire par rapport à ça.

Very typical continental breakfast, and the breakfast staff is very nice. We are traveling with children, and the hotel has added a crib. The room also welcomes snacks and fruits, and it feels good. The hotel is close to the lake, bicycles are provided for free, and we can also walk around the lake. Although the transportation is inconvenient, the hotel also sent us to the pier for free by boat. The hotel has a swimming pool and the children have a great time. Overall, satisfactory! There is free afternoon tea🤗
