Hotel location is very good, new decoration, design is also beautiful. Clean and hygienic, smoke-free 🚬. The whole building is non-smoking. Don't be too good. Cross the road, walk for a few minutes is the beautiful beach of 🤩, you can watch the sunrise on the public terrace on the ninth floor in the morning, although breakfast starts at 8:30 late, but there is also freshly ground American style, praise 👍. After dragging the family to watch the sunrise beach and playing in the water, we can wait for us to eat breakfast at ten o'clock before withdrawing the dishes. It is really not too intimate. Less than two kilometers around, there is an old-fashioned Jiayuan restaurant, 50 seafood per capita, eating several meals in a row, is also super satisfied 😌 The younger brother and sister at the front desk are also super nice and help as much as possible. National Day holiday in 2024, because the hotel has become more beautiful 😊. Thank you ☺️

Choosing Ruiyi for our 3-day, 2-night trip to Xiamen was absolutely the right decision. 1. **Location:** The hotel boasts an excellent location, being very close to Ba Shi Market and Zhongshan Road. It offers direct sea views of Gulangyu Island and is just a 10-minute walk to the subway station. 2. **Rooms:** Our 50 sqm room was spacious and thoughtfully designed with clearly defined areas. The facilities were new, comprehensive, and well-maintained – thankfully, none of the issues rumored online were present. 3. **Service:** The service was top-notch. Upon check-in, a lovely staff member guided us to our room and ensured everything was to our liking, making us feel completely at home. Late one night, returning to the hotel, I saw a manager diligently checking room cards in the elevator – this attention to detail truly made us feel secure. And upon departure, a kind staff member at the entrance helped load our luggage into the car, a thoughtful touch that was much appreciated. While our overall travel experience in Xiamen wasn't extraordinary, the hotel truly exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend Ruiyi Grand Hotel to everyone I know.

The hotel has an excellent location, just steps away from local food spots and a large shopping mall, which made getting around and dining out very convenient. The staff were friendly and attentive, though they didnt spewk English. Despite the language barrier, they were always willing to help and made a genuine effort to assist. However, there were several issues that affected my stay. The breakfast was disappointing, with very limited options that catered mostly to local tastes — not ideal if you’re expecting a more international selection. The elevator area often had a strong urine smell, likely due to the restroom located right near the entrance. In addition, the hallways and common areas were not veryy clean, with stained carpets and visible marks on the floor, which was surprising for an Ibis hotel. The carpet was noticeably old and in need of replacement. While my room itself was fine, the overall cleanliness of the hotel outside the room was below the standard I’ve experienced at other Ibis locations.

The hotel boasts an extremely convenient location, right on Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street and very close to the subway station, making it very travel-friendly for older guests. The lobby is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of options. The only slight downside was the service staff's average attitude. Communication was sometimes a challenge, especially for elderly guests, as some staff members had noticeable accents, which made it difficult for both parties to understand each other clearly. This impression mainly comes from comparing it to a similarly priced hotel in Quanzhou we stayed at previously, where the seniors found the staff to be much more enthusiastic and proactive.

Another great stay at the Sheraton. Comfy and clean room, professional service. Stayed here a whole bunch of times and never disappointed. The swimming pool in this hotel is slightly smaller and a little more crowded than similar nearby, but the hot tub, steam room and sauna are all top quality.

Choosing this hotel for our Xiamen trip was truly an excellent decision. Its location is absolutely perfect, serving as an ideal starting point for exploring the city's highlights. Whether it was taking a ferry from the bustling ferry terminal to Gulangyu Island, strolling along the Nanyang-style Zhongshan Road in search of local delicacies, or visiting the lush Botanical Garden, everything was conveniently and quickly accessible, saving us a lot of precious travel time. The hotel service was another major highlight of our trip, truly embodying the phrase 'a home away from home'. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, the staff greeted us with genuine smiles and a warm, friendly demeanor. Upon seeing us with luggage, a concierge proactively came forward to enthusiastically and professionally assist with carrying it. This thoughtful attention to detail made us feel incredibly welcome. The weather was also on our side; during our days in Xiamen, we enjoyed almost consistently clear blue skies with fluffy white clouds. Bright sunshine during the day, and glittering lights at night. Looking out from our hotel room or nearby elevated spots, Xiamen's night view was stunningly beautiful, adding a romantic touch to our journey. Thanks to the convenient location, attentive service, and wonderful weather, our trip to Xiamen was filled with relaxation and joy, leaving us with many warm and beautiful memories.

The service was great! We had booked a 2 PM check-in, but were pleasantly surprised to find our room ready when we arrived at 10 AM. The room itself was very clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming. A big plus is the hotel's laundry facilities, which include a washer-dryer combo. The location is excellent – it's very close to Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street and Bashi Market. Getting around is super convenient, whether you want to walk, take a bus, a taxi, or the BRT. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing experience during my transit in Fuzhou. This hotel truly stands out — the reception counter staff were very friendly and welcoming. I’d especially like to thank the morning shift staff today who went above and beyond to help me check on my forgotten belongings and even ensured they were safely and assist passed to DiDi . Further more , the breakfast is fabulous ❤️ Such thoughtful and efficient service made my stay stress-free. Highly recommended — I will definitely choose this hotel again!

I especially want to commend Ms. Yvette. Her professionalism and genuine hospitality are a true asset to the hotel. She proactively shared her WeChat contact, checking in daily to ensure everything was going smoothly, and met all our needs with a positive attitude. Our celebration was made truly special thanks to her efforts. Even though I had already booked a cake, Yvette went above and beyond. When we were tired and needed to change the delivery time, she surprisingly went out of her way to personally arrange for another cake at her own expense, delivering it the night before our departure to ensure we could still have our celebration. This 'above and beyond' service truly exemplifies genuine hospitality and a high level of responsibility; this gesture was unforgettable. Additionally, the housekeeping staff on the seventh floor also left a lasting impression. Although we didn't catch her name, we met her every morning. She always greeted us with a smile, initiated friendly conversations, and thoughtfully asked if we needed any assistance. We look forward to staying at your hotel again in the future.
