The hotel is just beautiful. The location is strategic. The facilities are top notch. At the reception, the best is Mr. Oussama Selim, he is helpful and generous. He assured us of our reservation even before our arrival. A big thank you to Mr. Faramawy the room division and all the stuff Amira Essa and Abdallah Mohamed. There are limited means of transportation to get to this hotel. It took about 3.5 hours by UBER from Alexandria, costing 1400 yen in local currency, but UBER could not be used from the hotel to Marsa Matruh, so I had to call a taxi, which took about 45 minutes and cost 600 yen. Also, communication at the front desk was not good at dispatching the car, which was very unpleasant. There seems to be no taxi nearby, so it takes a long time to call one, so I recommend requesting a taxi at least an hour in advance. There is nothing nearby, and it is a different story if you want to enjoy the pool and the sea on the hotel grounds, but if you are thinking of sightseeing from the hotel to Marsa Matruh, I think it would be better to stay at a hotel in Marsa Matruh, considering the round-trip taxi fare and travel time. It may be due to the season, but I felt that the beach had strong waves and was not suitable for swimming or for children to play. The rooms are clean, but the amenities are basic. Drinks in the room other than water are charged separately. It is not all-inclusive. Dinner was included in the price of the room, but the only drink available was water; other soft drinks and coffee were charged extra.

The hotel has a beach that is connected to several other hotels. The sand is very soft, but the place is also small. The water is still a little cold. Speaking of the hotel's facilities, this hotel was newly opened a few months ago, and you can still smell the decoration when you enter the room. The decoration style is similar to the domestic Hanting. However, there is no hair dryer in the room, and neither does the front desk. It is unbelievable that a hotel with more than 800 yuan per night does not have a hair dryer. Moreover, after staying for two days, the water and electricity would be cut off from time to time, and the electricity would be cut off (for tens of seconds), and I was stuck in the elevator for a minute on the last night, which was terrible. The equipment is in serious need of repairs. In the end, the service is very good. This hotel includes breakfast and dinner, and the food is okay. My friend had an upset stomach and specially cooked porridge for us. In general, the cost performance is half, and I hope to improve it.

I had a great stay but dissapointed when I feel ripped off… I never write a review but felt I needed to make a comment… I accidentally booked the hotel for 1 person not 2. The hotel states the extra charge fee was 1500 Egyptian pounds but if you book 2 people online and through this website, it’s half that cost….. the excuse the front desk staff member used was that we had to seperate the beds. For a 5 star hotel, that wasn’t an impressive comment. Having come previously from the st Regis hotel, this hotel just lost my repeat purchase. This was more the principal of the matter. Now he also charged me accidentally 1500 usd abs then had to refund that amount - you would really think out of that mistake alone, the front desk attendant would have used initiative to say I’ll drop that fee.

The location and atmosphere were fine and it was a very good hotel! The shower was a little bad, so I just worried about it and didn't care about the others, so it was a good stay!

Overall we really liked our stay. There were not many people, we thought we were here alone, because there was always peace and quiet. There are so many pools and options where you can lay down and relax. You don’t have to go early in the morning to reserve anything, because firstly it’s not allowed and secondly it is not necessary, there is so much space at every pool and also at the beach. The stuff is really nice and willing for everyone. They bring you towels, clean sunglasses and bring you cold towels for face. We never seen prettier sea, it was crystal clear and blue. Food was also great, many options at main restaurant and at the snack bar. Also ice cream is available during the day and popcorn and night. We also experienced Italian ala cart dinner, which was really tasty, but the portions were huge and after 2 meals we had enough and there were 2 more. So our recommendations is to make the portions smaller and it will be perfect. Rooms were big and nicely furnished and cleaned everyday. It was always really good cleaned and the cleaner even organized our stuff. Bars were also really great, just sometimes missing some alcohol and one day there was no alcohol at all. Ahmed at the pool bar was the best, he prepared excellent drinks and always made our experience great. Always happy and made us feel very welcome. However the stuff at the beach bar was one day really rude and aggressive when we wanted something and they didn’t have it. So after this experience we didn’t want to go there and avoided it for the rest of our stay. We also went to boat trip with Matrouh Tours (Ahmed). We really enjoyed the trip everything was very well organized and it was yacht just for us(7 people). Ahmed told us interesting things about Egypt and its culture, so we got the whole experience. On the boat we also had lunch, we could swim in the sea. So we recommend for everyone to go and experience trip with Matrouh Tours. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

I had an amazing vacation with the first row villa on the beach , everything was perfect and organized . Mr Hassan he is an amazing manager who made sure that everything was smooth and he responded to all to our requests. I highly recomend this vacation for a big family where all of the family can stay in one place and the kids will enjoy the private poil

The rooms are acceptable but they have some problems such as the lack of facilities in the rooms and the blackout of the curtains is not good. Some light coming in from the curtains may cause you discomfort when sleeping. There's no WiFI in all rooms (I have never seen it in any hotel before). It wasn't a problem for me but it may be a big problem for some people. There was a problem in the bathroom of my room when I arrived but it was solved. The private beach of the hotel is very good and all the rooms are close to the beach and the view is good and this is the best thing in the hotel. The staff's who were working in reception were very good and friendly(only on reception), but there was some delay in responding to requests. There is also another negative aspect of the hotel and that it is very far away and there are no services near it such as pharmacies,restaurants or a supermarket , If you wanna go out, you need to order a car a long time before you leave due to the distance of the place and the security of the area. The security of the place is very bad with Uber or taxi drivers. The waiting period may reach more than an hour for the to make the drive enter there's no reason and i don't know why they making the cars waiting all this time (this is the worst thing in the hotel), caused me a lot of delay. It's very easy for the hotel to put a small bus or a golf car to service the guests and take them outside the hotel area or make it easy to access Uber and taxis It will be a good hotel for a short stay vacation, but not for a long stay. It needs some some attention and care, simple things but important and it come be a great hotel , such as but Wi-Fi in the rooms and they need to have a golf car very simple stuff but important
