Hotel is centrally located, not far from the train station and the new Msrkt. The hotel is very clean and nicely furnished. The staff at check-in was unfriendly as if you were all too much wR. The service staff at breakfast was friendly. Breakfast had a good choice and coffee was good. Quality of breakfast was average ( dry cheese, breads we tasted backbreads fresh fruit was too little filled )
The breakfast room was friendly and bright and clean. Man could also sit outside.

We had a fantastic stay in the hotel- the reception staff was very helpful and gave us an earlier than planned check-in. The location of the hotel is very central, and that makes it convenient to explore the city. Loved the historic touches they have retained throughout this property. Breakfast was also good, with made to order eggs. Overall a great choice to stay if you are in Stralsund

Fantastic hotel. Free parking for all types of vehicles. spectacular lobby. wide and comfortable room with closet, ladders, desk and two boxes. There are huge TV without Spanish channels.
Full bathroom with hair dryer and wall radiator for towels
Complete breakfast with all kinds of fruit, fiber, juices.
The variety of the bulk was scarce.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und großzügig geschnitten für eine Familie mit bis zu 4 Personen. In der Küchezelle kann man gut für die gesamte Familie kochen.
Die gesamte Hotelanlage beinhaltet viele Aktivitäten für die ganze Familie von Kinderbetreuung, Kinderspielplätzen, Sportplätze, Minigolf, Erlebnisbad, Golfplatz etc.
Aufgepasst:
1.Erlebnisbad bietet keine kostenlosen Badehandtücher (5€ pro großer Handtuch). Am besten vom Zimmer welchen mitbringen.
2.Kinderevents werden nur von Montag bis Samstag angeboten.

Very friendly welcome. Beautiful , very nice room. Not very large, but no problem for that price (double room economy). We will certainly come back!
Another tip .... Park not at the hotel, but on the big parking place at the port. Most cheaper!

There is a shopping mall opposite the intersection, which is also very convenient for shopping. The hotel room is spacious and the hygiene is also good. The breakfast is a bit simple, but there is nothing missing. The buffet in the evening is average value for money, but the ingredients, especially the meat, are great. Recommended Recommended

CChrisKhoMy 4th trip to Binz, decided to stay here this time. Excellent location. 10-15mins walk from Binz HBF. 5-8mins walk to the beach. Very clean hotel. Towels were changed daily unless requested otherwise. Bedsheet will not be changed as standard of Europe.
Very friendly staff. This area they work on minimal staff but they do not compromise or affect standards. Buffet breakfast was good too. Only minor feedback, as it was summer it was rather warm at the breakfast area and I would probably like to have the cold cut selection placed in a cold base instead of just leaving at the counter.

Ssalvalasilvia The hotel is near the station but the windows are soundproof. Unfortunately there’s no AC, but it’s rarely needed here.
The room has a big luggage rack to store and open your luggage, a powerful mini fridge and two complimentary bottles of water.
If you’re cold, the bathroom has a special heating setting.
After checking in, ask at the reception for the complimentary tickets for the city. You will be able to travel around the area for free.

AAnonymous UserHotel was OK. Reception was very nice and friendly. The room was OK but some of the walls were very dirty. Bathroom was clean. Beds were clean too. Room location wasn't that great, you couldn't see much but it was OK for one night. There were glasses on the table but no water to drink when you arrived. You could buy something from downstairs though. Meals, i.e. breakfast, could be booked but we didn't. Breakfast seems to have been good though, there were a lot of people there in the morning and they had eaten. Buffet looked good ☺️

The location of the hotel really captures the ocean and atmosphere of a small beach town.
I went in the winter time so not many travelers and it felt like i was in a book.
The breakfast could be much better but otherwise cant complain about much else.
The bed is super comfortable as well.

It's a short walk from the nearest station, Schweinmitte, about a 7-minute walk, but it's located right near Schwein Castle, one of the city's spots, making it convenient for sightseeing.
First of all, when you arrive at the hotel, the building entrance door is locked, so I will tell the staff to open it with the interphone.
When you check in, you will get a key for your room and the entrance door of the building, so you can enter and exit during your stay.
However, as the hotel note says, check-in and check-out time is limited, and basically only the check-in time zone seems to be the staff at the front desk. Therefore, it is difficult to have your baggage checked out.
Except for that, you should be able to stay without any inconvenience.
