We had a quadruple room, which was really great with comfortable beds and enough space for two adults and a child. The location is excellent, within walking distance to all the tourist attractions, 10 minutes from the airport bus, and right in front of Alexander's Pub, which is fantastic for any meal and super cheap. The only downside we noticed is that there are only two elevators, and one was broken for our entire stay, and then the other one broke too. So we had to use the stairs, but that wasn't an inconvenience for us.

Good location, lovely staff, very accommodating. Comfortable bed in a nicely decorated room. The only issue we have is that the cleaning products are highly scented and both me and my husband are sensitive to anything perfumed. So on the morning we were bunged up and with the windows not opening made it even worse. This is the first time we have noticed the highly scented chemicals and we have stayed in many hotels. I thought it would be best to be honest because there are people who have allergies that could stop them from staying at your hotels. Beautiful clean hotel, friendly staff throughout the whole stay. Buffet breakfast was served hot with plenty of choice Fresh fruits, teas and coffee The bed was super comfy and so quiet Ironing board and iron within a walk in wardrobe along with hairdryer Literally 3 mins walk to Matthew Street and all the live entertainment I will definitely stay again Thank you

He should ask me nicely without pushing me because i didn’t wear ring .

Had a great stay at StayCozy Studio Apartments. The place was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Communication was easy and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I really enjoyed my time there and would definitely stay again next time I’m in London. Highly recommend!

The hotel was really lovely. Most of the time we were greeted with friendliness. It was very clean and tidy. We changed our room from a twin to a double and there were no issues with that. I was disappointed that the spa leisure facilities were closed as it was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. Some of the decor is a bit dated but there are some lovely period features that enhance the hotels ambiance. A very good location for anyone arriving into Liverpool Lime Street.

I booked to live overnight for an important meeting next day, the service was good and the respond to inquiries are prompt. However, the location which is good overall, near to the sea, cathedral, the city centre and the train station, is exactly upstairs of many pubs. The music was playing the whole night with excited rhythm, making me cannot sleep. Too noisy, not really happy with this and will not rebook again. Also, when I enter, there is a bug flying and I I am afraid of insects!!!! The bedding makes me itchy.

Fantastic location beautifully clean have stayed here b3fore totaly changed in respect of more of a party hotel they have got rid of a great deal of the football memorabilia more like a boutique hotel .some parts of hotel is looking tired .our room was good i would suggest a few little things I had no where to sit and put my make up on and couldn't see in bathroom mirror as had to lean over sink on my tip toes also trying to plug kettle in finding a socket that's not on the floor .Just a few little tweeks

Best Hotel in Liverpool city centre, only a 3 minute walk from lime street Station and your booked in your hotel Absolutely brilliant for couples who can’t cover great distances , The Hotel staff are brilliant and can’t help you enough, and if you stay for breckfast, the food and selection is delicious.
