I had an absolutely exceptional stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the welcome was warm and professional. The staff were incredibly attentive, always ready to assist with a smile.
The rooms are modern, spotlessly clean, and tastefully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was a real feast, featuring fresh produce and beautiful attention to detail. The spa and pool are perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.
The location is ideal for exploring Göreme, the valleys, and historical sites. The hotel also arranges activities like hot air balloon rides or guided tours.
In summary: high-end service in a magical setting. I wholeheartedly recommend it!
I had a wonderful stay at Cappa Cave Hotel in Göreme, Turkey. The hotel was cozy, clean, and perfectly located near the main attractions of Cappadocia. The cave-style rooms gave a truly unique and authentic experience.
A special thanks to Osman, one of the staff members, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. He went out of his way to assist us — from arranging tours to giving local tips and even helping with transportation. His hospitality made our trip even more enjoyable and stress-free.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Cappadocia. The hotel’s charm and Osman’s outstanding service made it an unforgettable experience!
This is one of the coolest hotels I've ever been to In my Life. If you like Gothic architecture and something different bored of the same old boutique hotels this is a place to come visit. The blood pool in the hell dungeon is amazing with snakes and stone on the ceiling. If you are into rock music Gothic medieval and still want the luxuries this is the place you have to come see.
We decided to go to Cappadocia from Kyzylgach (~500 km) to watch the launch of balloons.
We chose this hotel on Trip Advisor because the price per night suited us, and it was conveniently located (not far from the entrance and the center). The hotel is small, there is a parking space. It seemed to me that locals mostly stay there. The room is clean, everything is there. The staff does not speak Russian, they try to speak English, but it is almost impossible to understand🤦. But these are trifles, since they met and accommodated us without any problems. The price includes breakfast - a buffet. Also, no frills, but delicious, you will definitely not go hungry. In addition, there are 100500 cafes 100 meters from the hotel. In general, for a one-two-day overnight stay, it is very good.
This hotel is simply perfect. Its prime location offers breathtaking panoramic views of the entire karst landscape. It's wonderfully quiet, allowing for spectacular night views of Göreme town. The surrounding area boasts a variety of restaurants and supermarkets, and a pleasant surprise was finding delicious noodles nearby!
Now for the main highlight: the hotel manager is, without a doubt, the most enthusiastic and considerate manager I have ever met. They handled every detail meticulously and were always ready to help with any request. We even connected on WeChat beforehand, and they were incredibly quick to respond to all our inquiries.
Our entire Cappadocia trip was made even more perfect thanks to the manager's exceptional service. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!
I decided to make a reservation because the swimming pool was so pretty!
We took a night bus from Antalya and were tired in the morning, but early check-in was available so we could rest early!
And the staff were always friendly and proactive, so I was very grateful. I was satisfied with the price, too!
Staff is very polite and nice. Sweet and lovely people. Other guests were also friendly. Would recommend this peace if you want peace and calmness. Gerome hot air baloon is also close to it, almost 15 minutes drive.

Value for Money: The hotel's prices are reasonable, and the services and amenities provided are consistent with or even exceed expectations.
Tranquility: The hotel's surroundings are tranquil and peaceful.
Breakfast: Breakfast is a set menu, but drinks and eggs can be ordered separately.
Room: The room wasn't large. We stayed on what they called the first floor, but it felt more like a semi-basement due to its proximity to the SPA (where the pool is located). The air in the corridor was a bit humid, but the room itself was fine. Additionally, getting to our room required going down one flight of stairs, and there's no elevator. Staff assisted with luggage during check-in, but for check-out, you either have to request assistance or carry it up yourself, which was quite a workout!
Location: It's a convenient 5-minute walk to the town center. The town itself is small, easily walkable in about half an hour. There were many travel agencies along the way, but we had already made our bookings, so we didn't inquire about their prices. Local cave dwellings are visible right from the entrance.
Service: Very good. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating.
Ambiance: Very nice. The decor is quite good, though my child was a little scared by some of the murals.
Overall: Recommended.
Kapadokyanın en güzel oteli burası olabilir. Merkezdeki keşmekeşten uzak. Geçen sene kaya otellerden birine gitmiştim her yerinden böcek çıkmıştı. Ne gerek var. Kaya içlerini gezin gelin tertemiz bu otelde kalın. %10-20 daha pahalı bir otel evet ama her bir kuruşa değer.

TthisismandyThe Sultan Cave Suites were absolutely beautiful!!! The service was great, the breakfast was lovely and the view magnificent. Everything was clean and cozy. It was a fairly easy walk into town to the restaurants. Would definitely recommend.
GGuest UserOur stay at Simurg Cave House Hotel was the best stay so far in our 12 day road trip around Cappadocia. What made it so special was the staff, and in particular Bursa! Her English was brilliant (our Turkish is nonexistent) and she told us of things to do, places to visit, etc. She really pulled out all the stops to ensure we had a relaxing pleasant stay. She even helped us with our next accommodation stay due to a technical problem we were having.
The breakfast was phenomenal and we felt full until dinner. The rooms are beautiful and extremely quiet do we got a great nights sleep. A quiet room is a priority for me!
On our arrival at the hotel there was a lot of noisy construction work going on and Bursa dealt with it so we could get some rest after our long journey. It would have been nice if there hadn't been any construction work going on but we understand improvements have to be done sometime! The only thing I'd suggest to the hotel is that they spruce up the rooms when the guests go out for the day. For example, there is a coffee machine in the room but we were never given more coffee or clean cups, and we stayed 3 nights. But other than that, the stay was perfect and we'd definitely return again! And we hope the lovely Bursa is there to greet us.
Thanks to everyone at the hotel for everything you did to make our stay so great.
MMrs. Good VibesWe stayed at the Stone Deluxe room and the view of Goreme town view was absolutely amazing. We were arriving to Goreme by night bus at 4AM so the distance from Goreme bus station (at the heart of the town) and 24hrs reception were some important considerations. Guess what, the hotel was just about 300m to the two center with very accommodating host. And the room was in minty condition (bed a bit squeaky), washroom was clean and the amenities were amazing (even gave shower sponges but had to ask for a toothbrush, fyi). Breakfast is provided at the rooftop restaurant of the hotel, and we could look down at the town (says if weather is nice then can see air balloons from distance). Additional advantages are, lobby has an absolutely adorable and timid puppy name Daisy, and we met a beautiful kitty (with character). FYI I don’t think there is an elevator but rooms are up-to 4 stories high. But the hosts are willing to take the luggage for you. Fortunately we were staying jn the stone deluxe, just 2nd stories and located near the entrance of residential building (there are 2~3 buildings connected and a majority of rooms are in the residential building behind the main lobby building). If I ever come back to Goreme I would choose to stay here again.
SSuskiQGood location near the top of town for an overnight stop in Göreme. Comfortable room and good bed. We were in the room near the front door so it was a bit noisy and the bathroom smelled very musty.

TThe Black Asian JaThis hotel was definitely wonderland. Inside and outside, truly stunning with the gorgeous Cappadocia back drop to compliment the beautifully designed hotel grounds with green area and pool. I arrived long before check in time to do a tour at 4am which got canceled. Ali, one of the best hotel staff I've ever met, made sure I got comfortable as quickly as possible into my Queen Suite which was breathtaking! A room inside a cave? Omg, it was amazing, huge, with a bathroom truly fit for a queen with shower, jacuzzi, and get this, it's own sauna!
The hotel also provide a tasty breakfast and assistance with organizing tours (at reasonable additional costs). I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and was sad to leave! Best hotel in Cappadocia!
AAnonymous UserA very nice and fairy-like hotel with the United Nations Cultural Heritage logo. The rooms are great and the hotel environment is first-class. This is a real cave hotel, so there is no signal in the cave, the WiFi is not stable, and small particles may fall off the wall. But both the service and the room are excellent. You can truly experience the local characteristics and local customs, which is completely different from those dressed up as caves!
GGuest UserI book this hotel after one week of thinking haha I really want a hotel with the best balloon view. Best decision ever! Since I arrived at night, I couldn’t really see anything when I went out around 11pm. But the morning came and damn I realized everything was near! The town itself is very close literally 5mins away ahaha. Receptionists especially was very nice huhu I really thanked them from the bottom of my heart especially the one who helped me checked in because initially a different room was given but I talked to him and although it was midnight, he promptly gave me the original room I booked. He said there might be some misunderstandings with the Trip.com but no problems with me at all because he solved it straight away. The room was big for me and the jacuzzi was the best hehe the food was okay. I am a picky eater but glad they have lots of varieties.
Will definitely book this hotel again.
BALLOON VIEW AT THIS HOTEL WAS THE BEST PART ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥
MMilianwo-Very good hotel, behind the hotel is the hot air balloon landing site, you can take a particularly good picture, like this hotel very much, very distinctive, friends have come to stay before, this is really a very good experience and choice, by the way, the front desk service is really super super warm, to Cappadocia, really recommend this hotel
