I thoroughly enjoyed my recent stay at this hotel. Firstly, its location is incredibly convenient, being close to the city center's main attractions and business districts. We found it easily accessible by taxi or public transport. Moreover, the hotel boasts a comprehensive range of facilities, including complimentary Wi-Fi, a gym, a swimming pool, and more. During our stay, our room was very comfortable and spacious, and the bedding was spotlessly clean. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and enthusiastic, always ready to assist us with any issues. Additionally, the hotel offered a complimentary breakfast, which was delicious. All in all, this hotel left a deep impression on me, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to my friends and family.

Lovely accomodation. The overall service was warm and friendly. The eggplant parmesan was my favorite dish as well as fresh juice. The room looked just like the pictures. They do seem to need a bit more staff to cook and serve when the dining area gets busy. Pre-ordering meals doesn't necessarily mean that all food will be ready at once. Our friends had about 40 minutes wait between dishes. Also, the first morning, breakfast was served beuatifully. The second morning, we had to inquire about different parts of our breakfast since it was not all served at once. Overall, very kind service with a smile. The welcome fruit was a nice touch.

We stayed in a guesthouse inside the Wuzhen scenic area. The price was a bit higher than those outside, but it included entrance tickets with unlimited in-and-out access (though honestly, we never even left 😆). The town itself is stunning—classic water town vibes, full of charm and poetry. Two days and one night felt just right to soak it all in. The only downside was that we came during a Chinese holiday, so it was quite crowded. But because we stayed inside the scenic area, the overall experience was still amazing. Plus, unlimited shuttle rides made exploring really convenient. A wonderful stay in a truly beautiful ancient town!

Honestly, the smell was quite strong, almost unbearable. The hotel's location is great; it's convenient for getting around, and parking right outside was pretty decent. There seemed to be a lot of Indian guests; perhaps international visitors tend to cluster together here. The pillows were too soft – I wish they offered a choice of different types. Also, being street-facing, it was quite noisy, so I didn't get a good night's sleep. Service was generally good, and WeChat responses were quite prompt. There's a self-service laundry room, but make sure to check its closing time. It's very close to the night market, just a short bike ride away.

The hotel is well located, with a quiet environment and convenient transportation. The surrounding business district is also well developed. The front desk staff are very conscientious and responsible. When I checked in on the same day, there were some minor issues with the room, but the front desk dealt with them immediately and very efficiently. The cleaning ladies are also very warm and attentive. They clean very thoroughly and greet you with a smile, which makes you feel very good. Room service is delivered by robots, which is very convenient. Overall, the experience is very good. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time. I recommend it to friends who need it for reference!

Centrally located, 5min walk to the metro. Near to the west lake and shopping areas. many small eateries nearby. Hotel staff friendly and helpful, upgraded our 3 rooms, had a great view of the lake from my room. Rooms are well maintained and look to be recently refurbished. Room had both separate shower and bath. Highly recommend this hotel.

Nice cosy room but the room is very basic. The pic from the site is very well polished. I am not saying that the reality is totally different. It is looking old but it is functional. I slept really well in the room and they have nice proper breakfast spread with delicious noodle soup.

We had a very pleasant stay at Zhejiang Hotel in Hangzhou. While the hotel may be slightly dated in style, it’s very well maintained and offers great comfort. Our room was spacious, clean, and quiet, exactly what we needed after a day of exploring the city. The breakfast buffet was a real highlight: extensive, varied, and tasty, with both Chinese and Western options available. A great way to start the day! The location is excellent, centrally situated and ideal as a base for day trips around Hangzhou, including visits to West Lake and nearby attractions. It’s easy to get around from here, whether by foot, taxi, or public transport. All in all, a reliable and comfortable hotel in a great location. We would gladly stay here again!
