It's a very new hotel, and it smells like a decoration. It was much better the next day with the windows open for ventilation. The occupancy rate is probably not high at ordinary times, but there were a lot of guests on May Day. The breakfast was just average, with everything you need; we lived on the 35th floor. The hotel room is very large, newly decorated and clean. The staff is friendly and proactive. However, there are few choices for nearby restaurants except barbecue and hot pot. There are also many varieties of breakfast, but they are more localized and lack a little international style.

I traveled to Qiandao Lake in late August and chose two hotels that were highly recommended. I had high expectations for Minghao and specially arranged to stay in the second one. The result was quite different from what I imagined. First of all, I was very satisfied with the room hygiene and facilities. It is a newly opened hotel. The sanitary napkins and shower room are separated, and the constant temperature shower is good. What I was not satisfied with was that the balcony of the third-floor room was blocked by a half-person-high wall, and the lake could not be seen from the house. Even now, the balcony is not high enough and is blocked by trees, so the view is not wide. It is recommended to choose rooms on the fourth floor and above. On the morning of the check-in day, the housekeeper called and added WeChat, and sent the arrangement of special summer activities and the business hours of various facilities. The content looked rich and colorful, but it was actually very special. Most of the parent-child activities were set up in a booth in the lobby. No one organized it, and no children participated. The form was greater than the content. The outdoor swimming pool that I was looking forward to was far away from the hotel lobby and could not be accessed indoors. It took a long time to walk under the scorching sun. The road was not separated by people and cars, which was very inconvenient, and it was only open in the afternoon. Some vouchers were given upon check-in, but they all have thresholds. The two free ice cream coupons also have a time limit. I didn't have time to use them in the end. I blame myself for not seeing the activity time clearly. The main playground is not as big as I imagined. I personally think it is less than 3,000 square meters, but it is enough to play. Many areas in it have empty shelves, the carousel is not always open, and the ground in the overall walking area is really hard. Five apples were given as souvenirs when I checked out. The attitude of the hotel staff is also very good, but there is always a feeling of being forced to operate, and I can't feel it from the heart. The overall feeling is that they want to build a high-end hotel, but they only achieve the form, not the spirit. It is not recommended for vacation.

The hotel is well located, with a quiet environment and convenient transportation. The surrounding business district is also well developed. The front desk staff are very conscientious and responsible. When I checked in on the same day, there were some minor issues with the room, but the front desk dealt with them immediately and very efficiently. The cleaning ladies are also very warm and attentive. They clean very thoroughly and greet you with a smile, which makes you feel very good. Room service is delivered by robots, which is very convenient. Overall, the experience is very good. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was truly outstanding—staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile especially staff name XIANG ZI and others too who I can’t really remember the name. The location couldn’t be better, with easy access to key attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. My room was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax after a long day. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

After a trip, I found that the hotel service is really good now. Sweet soup and fruit plate were delivered to the room when I checked in, and coffee was also delivered. When I left the hotel lobby, the manager chased me and gave me a gift pack of fruit and drinking water, saying that they were for the children to eat on the way [covering face]. It rained a few days ago. When I went there, it was hot and it was the period of fruit fly explosion. They basically hid in the buildings. It was very painful. The insects were all in people's eyes. Many photos were full of insects. I didn't choose a holiday to stay. Lishi Jiaojiao upgraded me to the Tingyu Suite for free. I was very happy. I met a cat sleeping in our yard. It was cute and healing. The privacy was average when looking out from the living room. The disposable items in the room were quite complete. It happened to be my birthday, and the birthday cake was not bad. I ordered a Margarita in the evening. Because it was not easy to pack, the staff of the same gender in the bar came to the room to finish it. The service was quite detailed. I especially thank Lishi Jiaojiao. The communication was great. All reasonable requests were met! There is a passage next to the reception hall where you can buy fish food to feed the fish. One box can feed for a long time. Zhuyin Coffee has a good environment. It's the first time I drink such a fragrant osmanthus latte. I was a little rushed and didn't have time to ask for advice. If there weren't so many small insects, it would be quite pleasant to sit outside in the breeze. The breakfast was delicious, with no disappointments (although some of them didn’t look great). Put a spoonful of this special honey into the cut passion fruit, and it’s like summer in one bite. It tastes great!

During the Spring Festival trip to Songyang, I chose Feitianji, which I had been eyeing for a long time. The day before I checked in, I received a call from the housekeeper, asking about the check-in time and arrival method, and agreed to pick me up at the village entrance. The next day, when the car arrived at the village entrance, the housekeeper was already waiting, and immediately took over the luggage and led the way. For a village built on a cliff, Feichunji has a very advantageous central location. The Pioneer Bookstore is right next door, and there is basically no need to climb a hill to get there. We chose a canyon mountain view suite, with a whole wall of windows facing the canyon (unfortunately no clouds were visible). Fruits and refreshments were already prepared in the room, and minibar drinks were also provided. The room had comfortable floor heating, and was fully equipped with all kinds of items, completely up to resort hotel standards. The complimentary dinner and breakfast were both at the Shanguolu restaurant, and they tasted surprisingly delicious.

The front desk service is warm and the environment is clean and tidy. It was a very good stay. The hotel is very new, the breakfast is also very rich, and the self-service laundry room and gym are also open 24 hours a day, which is very convenient!

The restaurant has a 180° sea view and a sea-to-sky swimming pool, which is very impressive. The boss gave us a cappuccino for a simple breakfast. The boss was very nice. Three children and four adults were accommodated during the family trip without feeling crowded. There were children's tents and parent-child sofas. The pick-up and drop-off service was very convenient, which improved the efficiency of the entire trip. The pick-up driver was very helpful We made an appointment to watch the sunrise at the uninhabited village and Dongya cliff. The cost was very reasonable and the scenery was beautiful. A very recommended hotel, you can enjoy star service in a small rural fishing village.
