The hotel's location is excellent. It's in a mixed-use building with several hotels on the same floor, but after comparing them, the Wuxingwan Hotel is definitely the best. There's a Haidilao hotpot restaurant on the 5th floor, and it's close to the Hubin commercial district, making shopping and dining very convenient. The staff are generous, warm, and attentive, and the room hygiene is impeccable. I'll definitely be back.

Let's start with the positives. Staying inside the scenic area is incredibly convenient. You can go for an early morning tea/breakfast, which is a fantastic experience. The hardware facilities are also better than expected. The disposable comb can be taken and reused, and the sink seems to have soft water as there are no water stains at all. Drinking water is directly accessible, and there's even a bathroom heater in the shower! You get unlimited access to the shuttle buses and can re-enter the scenic area multiple times with facial recognition. Honestly, I highly recommend staying within the scenic area if your budget allows. While the room rate isn't cheap, it includes 300 RMB for two people's admission tickets and 60 RMB for two people's breakfast. When you consider that, the value for money immediately becomes excellent. 🍓 Now for the negatives. The soundproofing is absolutely terrible, truly awful. Lying in bed, you can clearly hear everything the neighbors are saying. I was woken up at 7 AM by the noise. For guests, I strongly advise avoiding the standard rooms if possible, as most families with one or two children (two adults, one child or two adults, two children) tend to stay in them. As for the scenic area management, I hope that during the off-peak season when there are fewer people, rooms can be assigned with one or two empty rooms in between.

I have reviewed this hotel after my previous stays and want to repeat that this is one of the best (if not the best) airport hotels I have ever stayed at. The location is great: 30 second walking distance to Terminal 4, 30 second walking distance to a corner/convenience store, 1 minute walking distance to the metro and some restaurants… Quite and clean room, comfortable bed, iron and ironing board in the room, a safe box in the room, great breakfast, fast checkin and checkout… I highly recommend this hotel.

The location is fantastic, very close to Parking Lot 2, and it's just a one-minute walk from the Sujialong entrance, which is super convenient. The guesthouse itself is spotless and beautifully decorated, giving it a really warm, homey feel. We stayed on the second floor overlooking the river, and the balcony was lovely. The owner was also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for families with kids!

Hotel is near West lake and other amenities.Convenient for meals though hotel doesn't provide food. Hotel even have self serviced laundry machines for washing and drying. The rooms are clean and the cleaning lady is a cheerful and hardworking lady. The 3 beds are wonderful for my 3 youths to have a bonding time together without the parents 😂😂 Hotel staff was polite and helpful especially 婷婷 when we checked in the first day and checked out at the last day. She offered to call a cab for us as I needed 2 cabs for my family. She even accompanied my family down to the road to ensure that we took the right cab. Will definitely book again when we come back 😁😁

This hotel is located in the heart of Wuma Street, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. It's just a 5-minute walk to Wuma Street and the Shamiao River snack street. As soon as we arrived, the staff warmly greeted us with tea and roasted sweet potatoes. The sweet potatoes were absolutely delicious, especially in the winter! The staff were all very enthusiastic and told us about the hotel's breakfast. What truly stood out was that breakfast, lunch, and afternoon tea are all complimentary at this hotel, offering incredible value for money. We really stumbled upon a gem here; it's a fantastic value! The room itself was also superb. The moment I walked in, I fell in love with it. It was very clean and tidy. The in-room massage chair was super comfortable, and having a free foot-soaking tub was perfect for relaxing after a day of shopping. Whenever we needed anything, the front desk ladies were incredibly helpful and even recommended nearby attractions in Wenzhou. If you're visiting Wenzhou, staying at Wenyuan Hotel offers exceptional value.

The best decision I made on this trip to Hangzhou was choosing the Haoyi Hotel, located on the Southern Song Imperial Street in Shangcheng District! The hotel's location is absolutely impeccable, right in the heart of the Imperial Street. Stepping out, you're greeted by bluestone paths and ancient-style buildings. Whether you want to visit Hefang Street, Drum Tower, or West Lake, everything is within an acceptable walking distance, truly offering an 'immersive' experience of Hangzhou. Upon entering the hotel, I was immediately captivated by its unique design. It skillfully blends modern minimalist aesthetics with the classical charm of the Southern Song dynasty. The wooden latticework in the lobby and the ink-wash painting-like backdrop wall all exude a subtle elegance, instantly bringing a sense of calm away from the hustle and bustle of the street. The front desk staff were very welcoming and efficient with the check-in process. They also patiently provided us with recommendations for local attractions and must-try foods. The room we booked was spacious and bright, with thoughtful attention to detail evident throughout. The tea sets and decorative items in the room were full of Chinese flair, perfectly complementing the old street view outside the window. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. What truly impressed me was the room's soundproofing; once the windows were closed, the outside noise seemed to vanish, guaranteeing a peaceful rest environment even in such a lively area. In summary, the Haoyi Hotel is more than just a place to stay; it's like a cultural oasis on your journey. Its excellent location, elegant design, and attentive service greatly enhanced our Hangzhou trip. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hangzhou who wishes to deeply experience the city's historical charm. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Hangzhou!

Booked a suite at the Hilton Jiaxing via Trip.com, and the experience far exceeded my expectations! Upon entering, I was immediately impressed by the expansive space. The living room and bedroom were distinctly zoned, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered a picturesque panorama of the city skyline blending with the serene lake. With the lights on at night, the ambiance was absolutely captivating. Every detail in the suite showed thoughtful consideration: the bedding was cloud-soft, allowing me to drift off to sleep instantly. The bathroom featured a modern wet/dry separation and an oversized bathtub, perfect for soaking away a day's fatigue. The mini-bar was well-stocked with a great selection of drinks, instantly making it feel like a cozy home away from home. The service was simply impeccable. Duty Manager Cathy provided a flawless response to all requests. Check-in at the front desk was quick and efficient, and room service was incredibly prompt – when I requested an extra pillow in the evening, it was delivered within minutes. The breakfast the next day offered a huge variety, with both Chinese and Western options – definitely a must-try! Whether for a business trip or a family vacation, this place offers a perfect experience. It has already been added to my go-to list for stays in Jiaxing!

This hotel has an old-fashioned feel, both in its hardware and software. The rooms are indeed dated, but a major plus is their spaciousness. The entire property is expansive, beautifully adorned with pavilions, terraces, waterside structures, and gardens. The service, however, is absolutely outstanding, reminiscent of a traditional, well-established five-star hotel – friendly, respectful, and dignified. When we arrived on the evening of October 23rd, our navigation led us to the North Gate. A female employee saw us and proactively escorted us to the lobby, introducing us to the hotel's landscape and facilities along the way. There were always multiple doormen on duty; one would handle luggage, and another would open car doors – a level of service I haven't even seen at Four Seasons properties in China. During check-in, an employee was constantly on standby next to the front desk, ready to take our luggage to the room. I'd say the service surpasses most five-star hotels in China. The breakfast offers a rich variety, leaning towards Chinese cuisine, and the complimentary dinner was also quite distinctive. The travel photography session felt a bit assembly-line, but overall, it was a very satisfying stay.
