What a great hotel this is. Perfect location on the waterfront in Locarno, right next to the railway/bus station and jetty for boat trips on Lac Majeur. The hotel is modern, clean and with excellent friendly and professional staff. Of course Locarno is not cheap but this hotel offers overall excellent quality/price ratio and can be highly recommended. Large, modern Executive Double rooms with nice terraces with great views overlooking the bay. Great high quality breakfast on the terrace - served by really nice staff...This really is a great hotel and an excellent choice for Locarno. modern, clean

Très bel hôtel, prendre chambre avec vue lac, personnel très aimable et professionnel, excellent restaurant quoique un peu cher (surtout l’eau minérale à 9chf!), bon spa et massage, parfait pour quelques jours de relax.

When I first arrived at Lugano train station, I followed the navigation... Oh my god, looking down from the hillside, and pulling the luggage... The zigzag stairs made it really tiring to walk to the hotel... After checking in, I found that there was a cable car going up and down in the train station... It was immediately accessible... I was sweating all over my back... I wondered why no one told me about this in the reviews on the platform:)~:) Remember, there is a cable car directly in the train station... This hotel is next to (inside) the station! It's so convenient, and it's also very fast to get to the train station after checking out~🥰~ Moreover, when checking in, the hotel printed a QR code. This is where you can take the cable car to the train station as many times as you want~😀 Although the hotel room is not big, the front desk service is good, comfortable, clean, and tidy, and the location is good, and it is very convenient to visit the old town! I will stay in this hotel again next time I come!

after baddest experience with ibis, I must admit this is a very nice hotel, just 5min walk from the train slation, just a little higher up, offering a nice view of the lake even from lateral hotel windows. modern ambiente, upgraded facilities, comfy lobby and fast WiFi, will chose this again in march.

Small room, but clean and quiet. Hair dryer, shower gel, hair water below are available. The location is excellent, just a few steps to the beach. It's expensive.

Am amazing experience, the room is super clean the personal very nice and professional, always there if you need. About the room it’s a technological room, light touchscreen and new model showers. The price is correct, since you arrive you can active the Ticino ticket which means you have free transport train,tram and bus for all Ticino. The parking for the car it’s near, you find place always and you pay 5 francs per day(possible to pay for all days that you stay). I recommend this hotel for couple and family , excited to come back there!😊🙏🏻

The apartment-style kitchen does not come with any usable kitchen utensils. You need to borrow it from the hotel for an additional fee and you cannot swipe your card. You have to pay cash in Swiss francs. If you take transportation, you need to walk up a small slope every time you enter and exit. The breakfast is good and delicious, and the service staff is very nice. Great

Trendy, clean and fairly new hotel in a great location in Lugano. Good selection for breakfast with a warm buffet besides the usual cold food.
