I wish I could have had more time to spend there. The costumer service at the breakfast which is lovely and plenty of food choices they even go an extra mile to give you a good experience. Reception team they are just attentive and awesome the maintenance team the same and the cleaning team all as above. So I do recommend the hotel and I can’t wait to be back in December for another 5 nights. 😊

For my needs, excellent place, easy access, careful and performing staff. Breakfast of good quality. I didn't experience the restaurant service, but I know that it has it. In general excellent.

The room is a bit small, but the facilities are good, the service is good and flexible. The most important thing is that it is very close to the waterfall. After playing, you can go back to the hotel to take a shower and check out. It is very convenient

Great hotel but to the level breakfast could offer a little more

The breakfast is delicious and appetizing, with hot food such as beef and chicken. The room is similar to a hotel apartment, which I really don't like. The first time I stayed here, there were no rooms in other high-end hotels, so I chose this one. It says four stars number 1, but the psychological gap is too big. It can't be compared with domestic ones. The front desk is enthusiastic and the lobby style is unique and chic. The hotel here doesn't have mineral water, so you have to buy everything.

A nice property very much with a family vibe and rooms spread out across a number of villas. The room was decently comfortable but quite basic, and with some curious absences, including tissue, and glasses or mugs or a cup of any kind, for which one apparently needed to ask. The buffet, both dinner and breakfast, was ok, though a bit more focused on quantity than quality, and the breakfast dining room was much more university dining hall than luxury resort. Staff was quite friendly and welcoming, though, and a tranquil spot to spend a couple days while visiting the falls and other attractions.

Hotel located just 20 minutes from the waterfalls. Free parking. Very clean. Delicious breakfast. Nice pools and tennis courts. Professional and extremely helpful service. Warmest regards to Cindy and thank you for your help.

Very well designed building, very nice. The air conditioner can heat, and it's very helpful. The location is good.

The bourbon hotel network is very good in every location, very comfortable, clean, excellent breakfast and restaurant, and very professional staff.

Gostamos muito do hotel. Funcionários atenciosos e simpáticos, quarto grande, tudo limpíssimo. Chegamos com frio e o quarto estava quentinho. Café da manhã muito gostoso. Foi uma ótima estadia.
