Também a falta de uma cortina blackout nas janelas de vidro. Banheiro é pequeno mas não vejo como problema, chuveiro elétrico daquele mais simples mas tem uma vazão de água até q boa… Café da manhã “básico” (pensando em hotel!), não iriei opinar porque não posso comer glúten então fiquei restrita. Internet grátis ruim, principalmente se vc for precisar pra trabalhar. Funcionários simpáticos, cheguei antes do horário de checkin e pude deixar minhas malas já no hotel…

My stay at Mirante Hotel was nothing short of amazing, and I must express my deepest gratitude to the remarkable staff – Taty, Gabriel, and Carol. On this rather gloomy, rainy, stormy day, my friend and I were desperate for McDonald's. Our food delivery apps were failing us in Brazil but these three angels emerged. Their kindness and thoughtfulness in helping us order McDonald's really impressed me. Their customer care and service was 10/10. Honestly, while this sounds dramatic, their kindness was a shining beacon of hope on that stormy day. Taty, Gabriel, and Carol, you deserve a stunning 5-star review. Thank you so much!

Upon arriving at the hotel at 11 am after a full night of travel, I was asked to stay and wait until 2 pm or until a room opened up. I then requested an upgrade, hoping a higher level room would open up sooner. As a Wyndham Diamond member, not only did they not recognize my status or any membership with them at all, they also tried to charge me for the upgrade and did not allow any early check-in. It was only after mentioning that I was Diamond and showing them on the app that Diamond members can get free upgrades that they allowed me to be upgraded and check-in early. While I'm happy with the result, I've never had any other hotel neglect to acknowledge my status, especially if it's that respective brand's top-tier status. I've also never had to remind the hotel itself of their own membership benefits policy. To me, it seems almost embarrassing that they did not know how to treat their Diamond members. Other Wyndhams I've stayed at were happy to upgrade me, oftentimes without me even requesting it. For the stay itself, the suite was nice and very large. Two queen beds with a small seating area. TV was positioned a bit oddly, but still watchable. I liked that they had a microwave, kettle, and fridge, but the fridge was stocked full of drinks that they laughably did not know or have the prices for. There was also a vent in the room that was making odd noises and allowing warm air inside. The room did have a nice view, though, and the location was not bad. Finally, breakfast was actually quite good, with decent variety and hot food options. Check-out was a breeze and very quick, thanks to me not consuming any minibar drinks.

Very pleasant staff and facilities. Highly recommend ! We will definitely return as I can only say great things about it. Staff was very accommodative before and during our stay and management made sure everything was a great experience for our family.

Our stay at Tarroba Hotel Fox Iguazu was a huge disappointment. Despite confirming two rooms through ***********, one room's payment couldn't be processed, and contacting the hotel proved futile due to language barriers. They abruptly canceled my daughter's family's reservation, leaving them stranded with no explanation. The hotel lacked English or Spanish-speaking staff, resorting to Google Translate for communication. Thankfully, we found an alternative hotel. Tarroba Hotel's poor customer service and unprofessionalism tarnished our experience, prompting us to move after one night, forfeiting the prepaid amount. I strongly caution against choosing this hotel, as it demonstrated a lack of organization and consideration for guests

No segundo dia Trabalhei do dia inteiro, e quando chego no hotel nada de água quente para tomar banho, e para ajudar a temperatura da cidade estava 9 graus, liguei na recepção e a desculpa foi que a água quente só a partir da meia noite, Enfim não recomendo.

We stayed here as part of a tour group so had no choice in accommodation. It was very good in parts but not so good in others. As stated previously, it is in the middle of nowhere but not in scenic surroundings. It is more an industrial area. However, the restaurant was excellent and well priced so there was no need to leave the hotel to eat. The breakfast was good but did not match up to the quality at dinner. The only negative as far as the restaurant went was that it is very large and noisy but the food could not be faulted. The rooms are large but quite basic but as we were only there for 2 nights it did not matter too much. There is a large supermarket across the road so we could stock up on water etc. I would not recommend the hotel for a couples stay. It is obviously geared to tours and families even more so. The pool area was very busy with activities and played extremely loud music. We were out on tours most of the day so not affected but would not have liked to spend any time around the pool. Fellow travelers that did a shorter tour said their afternoon was spoilt by the noise.

Recepcionista mal preparado. Infelizmente muitos bons profissionais como também o estabelecimento pagam CARO pela má atitude de outros profisionais. Estava sendo atendido, ao checkin, sexta-feira a noite, e fui interrompido por uma multidão de pessoas que chegaram depois de mim (alcoolizadas), recepciosta parou subtamente o meu atendimento para dar a prioridade a eles, isso pela enorme pressão emocional que o fizeram. Reclamei, pontualmente a má pratica, mas infelizmente não houve aceitação adequada como também houve a resposta bastante rude nesse atendimento - lamentei a infelicidade da péssima experiência, e pela noite que gostaria que fosse tranquila. Lembrei que não seria o papel do cliente querer orientar boas práticas a recepcionista com baixa experiencia. Portanto não gostaria de ter a má sorte de voltar lá e experienciar algo semelhante. Obrigado.

Wonderful food, friendly service, great price, and quiet even though close to the airport! The hotel appears to have been recently updated. The room was comfortable and great shower water pressure! The room was clean and the staff went to great lengths to ensure we knew the room was sanitized.

Good accommodation option in San José dos Pinháis. We often travel from SP to South, and stay half the road, in SJP. Cities have many hotel options for the Curitibe Airport, located in the region. The hotel is located in the city's shopping area, just a few squares. It has a good parking and a pleasant receptionist service. The hotel is very comfortable and clean, and I would like to emphasise the indoor maintenance of the suites, with doors and boxes already spent for years of use, but nothing to compromise the use. I would be a little cheaper day when compared to large-scale hotels in the region.

Muito bom para quem está viajando e vai passar por Curitiba, fica bem perto da rodovia. Foi prático no check-in e no check-out. Deixou a desejar em alguns aspectos. O quarto é bem pequeno. Curiosamente o corredor dos quartos é extremamente amplo, mas o quarto é minúsculo. O acesso ao estacionamento é parcialmente coberto e as vagas para os carros são bem apertadas. Tenho um SUV e foi bem difícil de estacionar, mais difícil ainda sair do carro. E por último o café da manhã tinha poucas opções.

Staff waiting at the entrance for customers, staff are helpful and pleasant. Hotel is immaculate and beautiful. Breakfast is good with plenty of choice. Only lost a point as the waitress at breakfast ignored me and left dirty plates at table despite clearly other tables used crockery immediately. Felt undervalued and not welcome by her. Airport shuttle service is a taxi. It takes about 10-15 minutes to get loading and to the airport. Highly recommend, you'll not be disappointed.
