The check-in experience this time was very poor. The hotel is a bit far away from William Paul, and it is relatively hidden. There was no waiter when I arrived at the hotel. I knocked on the door for a long time and no one answered. I saw the sign on the wall, and I had to go to another castle hotel 8 minutes away group. When I took a shower in the bathroom after check-in, the light on the roof suddenly fell off, accompanied by the falling of the stone, which hurt my hand for 3 days! There is no waiter in the hotel, so I called us to deal with it in the morning of the second day.

Nice location, very good food, nice staff. The bed creaking heavily at the slightest movement prevented a good night's sleep. The duration of breakfast 1.5 hours is very little. After a bad night, we didn't even have time for breakfast.

The location is very good, just inside Fort Augustus, walking distance to attractions and business. The service is very welcoming, the key is to show their room card, take a half price on the Loch Ness cruise.
