Apartments in Setubal District, Portugal

There are kitchen utensils and counter induction to cook in the room. It's good to boil ramen ㅎㅎ However, if you don't have a rental car, it's inconvenient to live, so you must rent a car.

In general, everything was fine, I wanted to highlight two situations that were exceptional for me; - The Care/Reception, I was indeed very well cared of the many times I had to help and were always of elegance, education, very, very well. - lunch and dinner in your restaurant, and all the dishes had a very good presentation, excellent taste and a great quality.

Hotel com boa localização e staff atencioso. A limpeza poderia ser melhorada e o quarto precisa de alguma remodelação/modernização. Tratando-se de um quarto com kitchenette, estes deveriam estar equipados com máquina de café - quando questionado na recepção o porquê do nosso quarto não ter máquina de café (tendo em conta que já teríamos ficado neste hotel noutra altura), foi-nos dito que nem todas as tipologias de quarto têm acesso a máquina de café.

The location of the apartment is perfect, in front of the sea, with direct access to the beach and the pool, ideal for a few days of rest. However, the services leave a lot to be desired. The apartment does not have any type of amenities, such as a bottle of water, coffee or other products usually available in 4-star accommodations. Despite having a coffee machine and a dishwasher, there wasn't even a coffee capsule or washing up liquid. There was also no drainer to dry hand-washed dishes. I requested twice, both by phone and in person, a pair of slippers and detergent for the washing machine, but they were never delivered. I even went to reception (which is in another structure) during the night, where they assured me that they would be delivered the next morning, which did not happen. In short, the apartment is spacious and well located, but the total lack of services and the lack of attention to guests' requests make the experience quite disappointing. A shame, because the space has a lot of potential.
