Convenient 6 minute walk to the train station through the underpass. A taxi can be arranged to go the single major local tourism site - Kehan (khan) Shan. It is only partly in operation, but the surroundings are inspiring Accessories in room were completely adequate and clean. I expected to be on second floor, but not. Some noise and cigarette smoke carried through the corridor, but this happens. There may be larger binguans in Holingol, this was fine for me. Excellent value for the price.

The place is not far from Hohhot Airport. The owner was very friendly and was waiting for our arrival past midnight to make sure we can check in. Only uncomfortable thing was that the room was quite cold during the night despite heater being on. The owner also offered us to upgrade for extra 30RMB. So that we could have private bathroom.
