I was a little nervous when I first pulled in but was instantly surprised. This little hidden gem was great for what I was needing. A safe, clean easily accessible place to stay. Though the carpet throughout is slightly dated the staff at check in and check out were polite and friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean (the floors, the bathroom and the beds). Very happy with my choice. A recommendation would be during your next renovation to remove the carpet and put in a hard type floor. a bigger go cup with liquid whitener for the to go coffee station would also be amazing. I look forward to my next stay.

This was a convenient place for us to stay, close to our niece for a visit. The staff were very nice, welcoming and friendly. However, the Inn is very old and it shows. It needs fresh carpets, paint and although the lady preparing the free breakfast was wonderful, the facilities and variety of food was very poor. It was set up in what appeared to be a converted hotel room on the 3rd floor, so not very roomy for the number of guests attending. There was pancakes, toast, boiled eggs, some yogurt and fruit and coffee. We didn't bother, especially as there was a lineup out into the hallway.

The hotel can be used as a tourist attraction. It is very new and the lobby is a beautiful check-in spot. The room is very clean and chocolates are given. The lobby also provides free coffee and chocolate milk, etc. Parking is free. To enter the hotel, you need to call the front desk to tell the entry password, which is a bit troublesome. It may be to prevent people from parking casually. The first and second floors of the hotel are restaurants and shops, and sightseeing spots. The third floor is the hotel. There is also a simple afternoon tea in the afternoon, cheese, smoked meat, etc.

The outside of building is quite run down. Parking is not always granted to guests as it fills up quickly. I kept smelling food coming through the vents. The rooms are old with 70s flooring and old plumbing. It shouldn't be costing $95 for here for a 2 queen room. What what it is, I wouldn't felt okay paying $50 to stay.

I really like this hotel, I have my own free parking lot, the location is very good, and it is very close to banff. The first floor lobby has free coffee hot water and fruit. Sitting on the sofa and watching the scenery is so cool. The room has a small balcony that is perfect for watching the scenery. The room is very clean, very recommended

LOVE the antique vibe and all the decorations were attention to details xo Spacious, clean, and comfy! Surprisingly quiet despite it was built on top of the pub. Front desk is NOT 24h available so make sure everything you needs are set before they close front desk. I walk from downtown to get there, 25mins walking. It was nice day so I didn’t mind but recommend to drive there.
