Zhangjiajie Inns

This local hotel is about 15 mins walk from East gate and appears rather new but which still need some final touches. The facade is elaborate and the waiting area with elegant chinese style panels and have a potential to be run as a designer boutique hotel but the place can be a little more tidy. The roof top garden has the view of the mountains not unlike a chinese ink painting but it’s not operating during winter. Most importantly they have big clean rooms for 2 spacious beds with spotless beds and sheets and the two host are very helpful to explain the routes to the national park and also trying their best to explain the the choices of breakfast they serve. 5 stars for their attitude. Ps there is a slope up toward their entrance and not suitable for elderly

The place is clean and spacious, well-equipped, with a large, comfortable bed, good linens, and nice pillows. However, the main downside was the lack of communication. The host didn’t greet us, and we didn’t receive any basic information about our stay, not even the breakfast time. We had to ask about everything ourselves, including transfer information. Throughout our stay, we felt totally confused. This isn’t our first time traveling in China, and even though we don’t speak Chinese and many hosts don’t speak English, communication has never been a problem before. Everyone except this host was very proactive. So, we were a bit disappointed because the homestay itself was actually quite nice.

We recently stayed at the villa for three nights over CNY and it exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The excellent breakfast provided a delightful start to each day, and the staff's kindness added a warm touch to the overall experience. The pick-up service from 張大哥was convenient, and the transportation options were reasonable. The room offered a breathtaking view, providing a serene atmosphere. Privacy was well-maintained, creating a peaceful and exclusive environment. The jacuzzi was a highlight, offering a relaxing escape. The cleanliness of both the room and bathroom was impeccable, contributing to a comfortable stay. Overall, this villa provides a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and thoughtful amenities for a memorable getaway.

The first time I stayed at this inn, I was lucky enough to get away with it. The service was five-star, and it was cleaner and more comfortable than a five-star hotel. It was indeed service first, and I was touched. Especially he was a perfect man. If I had a girl, I would marry him. It's not an exaggeration. He had a very good character. The service he gave me was perfect, comfortable and clean. As we Sichuan people say, it's ”bashi”, hahahaha. He also bought me discounted tickets, and I got discounts on meals with his room card. The charm of Xiangxi has given me a lot of discounts. I hope the boss will have a long way to go ~ Come on!

The room is spacious, bright and clean. There is a clothes dryer and air conditioner. The bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas and has 24-hour hot water. The owner is warm and considerate. The living experience is very good. The environment near the B&B is also very good. It is very close to Suoxi River (it only takes 10 minutes to walk along Suoxi River to the east gate of Wulingyuan Scenic Area, and the starting price for a taxi is 6 yuan). There are various snack shops, fruit shops, daily necessities shops and clothing shops downstairs. It is very convenient to go downstairs for shopping and eating. It is very convenient to stay in Wulingyuan when traveling to Zhangjiajie.

Yang Mi was an exceptional host who truly went above and beyond for us. The rooms and decor exuded a rainforest vibe, creating a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere that we thoroughly enjoyed. Her hospitality was outstanding, and she made every effort to ensure we had the best experience possible. I especially appreciated the family-oriented nature of the inn—sitting down with them for tea and fruit, sharing stories late into the night, was unforgettable. I feel like I left a piece of my heart at Hetianwan Inn.

I rarely write reviews, but this B&B does a good job with the details. 1. Very clean. B&Bs often worry about hygiene issues, so it’s good to be able to do this. 2. The design is ingenious, with a pavilion near the station and a secret passage leading to a small courtyard, and a small courtyard is also set up. In short, the outdoor restaurant is small but has all the internal organs. It is very healing to stay in the small courtyard for a while and listen to the sound of the stream in the evening. 3. The service is in place. The little boss is very attentive. He informs you of the bus and route in detail. He also provides pick-up and drop-off at the South Gate, which is very convenient. 4. The boss and his family are very enthusiastic and have a warm feeling. I rarely choose B&Bs. I accidentally stayed in this one this time. It felt very good and value for money. I totally loved it! The owners are the nicest people I've met in China, very helpful and hospitable. We were sitting together and drinking tea all evenings. The place is super clean and really beautiul. There is magic in this place. Close to all atractions you want to see in the area. I totally recommend it!!!❤
