Zhangjiajie Inns

Simple and rustic, this style will leave you with unforgettable memories of relaxing after your Zhangjiajie trip.

The scenery of Zhangjiajie is really beautiful. This inn is very close to the scenic area. The owner is very enthusiastic and helped us find free parking spaces. We also bought tickets for the scenic area at a relatively favorable price. He told us how to play in the scenic area more easily. The explanation was very detailed. The restaurants introduced also have discounts with room cards. These restaurants are also delicious. The rooms are also clean and comfortable, like home. I like this kind of B&B, not hotels. I must recommend this place to my friends next time they come to visit. 

The owner of the inn is very kind, accomodating and helpful. She booked our Tianmen Mountain tickets, took us to a good Chinese restaurant, and booked our car going back to Zhangjiajie Railway Station. She also gave us directions on how to navigate Tianmen Moutain, checked on us every now and reminded us to be down the mountain at 11:30am so we won’t miss our 2:00pm train. When we entered the inn, we were mesmerized as it has a welcoming ambiance. We love all the wood designs and carvings. They also offered us tea and heated blankets. We booked the Fairy room and it surpassed our expectation. It is nice and cozy, everything is made of wood. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom has basic toiletries. There is also a heater that is so easy to operate, just like an AC. We absolutely loved our stay. We can’t wait to bring our family next time we come to Zhangjiajie. Definitely worth the money!

We had an amazing stay at Forest homestay at sunrise. The homestay is a short 5 minute drive from the west gate of the National Park which is much quieter and with smaller queues. The service we received was excellent, in particular from Mr Wu (小吴) who was extremely helpful in planning an itinerary tailored to our schedule and organised all of our tickets for us. He helped us to plan a route which avoided the crowds for most of the day. The hotel had stunning views of the mountains, complete with an infinity pool and a restaurant with delicious local food. We highly recommend staying here!

I have stayed in many star-rated hotels on business trips, but this is the first time I have stayed in such a unique inn. Although the smart devices are not as good as those of hotels, the hygiene and service are far beyond the hotel standards. There is no odor. When lying on the bed, you can smell the faint camellia fragrance of the linens. The air conditioning effect is good, and the thickness of the quilt is moderate. There is a tea table in the room, which is convenient for office work. Because it is by the river, there will be gusts of breeze, which makes people feel very relaxed. This is the place where I will stay when I come to Zhangjiajie on business trips in the future.

A very good B&B, overall clean and tidy, very close to the east gate of the scenic spot. The owner and his wife are very friendly. It can be seen that the management is very careful. They have thought of the guests' needs in advance and the details are well done. Both of them are very nice. The day's itinerary was arranged perfectly. In short, if you want to find a B&B with a good staying experience, this is definitely the best choice!

I rarely write reviews, but this B&B does a good job with the details. 1. Very clean. B&Bs often worry about hygiene issues, so it’s good to be able to do this. 2. The design is ingenious, with a pavilion near the station and a secret passage leading to a small courtyard, and a small courtyard is also set up. In short, the outdoor restaurant is small but has all the internal organs. It is very healing to stay in the small courtyard for a while and listen to the sound of the stream in the evening. 3. The service is in place. The little boss is very attentive. He informs you of the bus and route in detail. He also provides pick-up and drop-off at the South Gate, which is very convenient. 4. The boss and his family are very enthusiastic and have a warm feeling. I rarely choose B&Bs. I accidentally stayed in this one this time. It felt very good and value for money. I will consider it next time I bring my family here.

Firstly, the girl at reception insisted on carrying my heavy suitcase up two flights of stairs - how did she know I'd done over 35,000 steps that day? This is a quaint, traditional Chinese inn with some stunning decor. It is right near the mountain cable car entrance and there are lots of food options around (try the large family restaurant just down on the right). My only disappointment was that I'd read that the owners are very friendly but I didn't get to meet them! Lovely stay for my birthday, anyway - thanks.

It is very close to the scenic spot and very convenient. The dishes cooked by the boss taste good. Don't use the door-to-door massage in the room. There are too many extra items. They keep selling Miao medicine. At the beginning, it was 60 yuan per person. They sprayed the medicine into their mouths to show the effect. I was dumbfounded. In the end, in order to make them shut up, I gave them 22 yuan more per person. Finally, it didn't hurt. Summary: You can stay in the homestay, but don't call the massage phone in the room. No one will say a word when you call.

The building is rich in ethnic style and the decoration is also very unique. The boss and the landlady are very nice. They also upgraded the house for free and the free breakfast satisfies the tastes of both the north and the south. The boss helped me with my luggage when I checked in, but I didn't have the nerve to ask the landlady to help me with my luggage when I left. The boss gave us accurate route suggestions with pictures and texts👍👍👍The boss was responsible for picking up and dropping off at the scenic spot, and delivered it to the high-speed rail station when we left. It was too late to have breakfast, so I was planning to buy some on the way, but unexpectedly I packed a bag of breakfast. Routes and ticketing can be left to the boss.
