The only problem is that you have to go up and down stairs to get to the hotel and at the end of the day when you're super tired that can be a pain but I just thought of it as extra exercise. They added a ”ramp” for you to be able to roll your suitcase which was ok. I would definitely stay here again if I come to Zhangjiajie again.
