Zhangjiajie Hotels with Airport Shuttle

We had an amazing experience during our 3 nights/4 days stay at this hotel. We booked the hotel online after going through reviews on trip.com and were not disappointed. The staff were in touch on WeChat throughout and even upgraded our room. Despite the language barrier, the staff, especially Xiaohua, Jessica and Chenney were very helpful, going out of their way to help us plan our visits to the National park and other attractions. They helped us book tickets and explained the routes very patiently. We were extremely satisfied with their service, attentiveness and helpfulness. They also helped us order in food after a long & exhausting day of hiking. Breakfast was simple yet delicious. The hotel arranged free pick up and drop to the East Gate of the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. On my request, they arranged a small surprise for my husband’s birthday. 100% recommend this hotel.

The hotel is within walking distance away from Zhangjiajie National Park East Entrance. The stream is just at the doorstep. Pick a shallow spot for some water splashing activities with the children. The hotel staff is helpful and friendly. Contacted me after I booked the room via WeChat. Helped me purchased Zhangjiajie National Park, Grand Canyon, and Tianmen mountain tickets at a cheaper price. The helpful staff also helped me plan my itinerary and trekking route that is less taxing on the knees for my elderly mother. It ended up that the staff recommended that I should stay one night less at their Lanting hotel after they reorganised my itinerary to spend a night at Furong Town (that I had originally planned for a day trip only). The staff said that having more time at Furong is more relaxing and we could enjoy the night view and performances. The hotel staff provide a discount number that we could quote if we dine at 12 restaurants nearby to enjoy the discounted price. I am very impressed by Lanting's professionalism and service. I highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Zhangjiajie.

I booked this hotel because of its affordable price and it's close to bus, train and the the Tianmenshan Cable Car entrance. But got a few pleasant surprise, first of they provide me a free pickup from the airport, and then offered me free breakfasts, and the room feels surprisingly luxurious for its price, all facilities are modern and in perfect condition. The bed and pillows are very comfortable and I had excellent quality of sleep. For its price, the hotel is a really good choice.

The hotel location is excellent if you are visiting Tianmen mountain. It is only a few minutes walking distance away. Lots of restaurants and a Macdonald nearby. There is free pickup and send service. The staff is very patient in explaining the scenic spot at trekking route at Tianmen mountain. The room is not full sound proof. We can also smell cigarette from guests smoking nearby.

Ne-am cazat aici pentru că ne-a plăcut locația, fiind aproape de intrarea de est în Parcul Național. Hotelul a fost peste așteptări, a fost liniște și am avut vedere la pădure. Așa ne-am bucurat de sunetul pădurii mai ales după ploaie. Sus, are acea terasă cu vedere uimitoare la oraș și la munte. Recepția a fost excelentă, stafful foarte prompt și serviabil. Am primit tot ce am cerut. De aici puteți cumpăra tichete pentru intrarea în parc, chiar obțineți o reducere. Am făcut check-out later, așa am beneficiat de facilitățile camerei până seara. Am primit bonusurile, iar servirea cu ceai a fost spectaculoasă. O primire călduroasă. Recomand cu căldură șederea aici👍

The stunning views of Tianman Mountain from my room were absolutely mesmerizing—waking up to such beauty in morning was a dream. Plus, watching planes take off and land at the nearby airport added a unique charm. The room was spacious, clean, and perfectly positioned to maximize the panoramic scenery. Whether sipping coffee at sunrise or relaxing at sunset, the vista never disappointed. The mattress was absolutely a bit hard for my liking, but overall, 99% loved the room. The combination of mountain serenity and airport energy made this stay truly special. I love the street food, and everything was written within walking distance. And unforgettable experience Wish I had more time to stay but I have to return to Canada, Unfortunatel.y😊 Highly recommend for anyone seeking a hotel with unbeatable views and a memorable experience!

Tucked away in the scenic heart of Wulingyuan, Er Ya You Inn offers a cosy, authentic stay with a distinctly local charm. The hosts are exceptionally welcoming, often going out of their way to help with travel tips, tickets, or even home-cooked meals. Its location is ideal for exploring the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, just a short walk or drive away. While the inn isn’t luxurious, it’s clean, atmospheric, and offers great value—perfect for travellers looking for a peaceful base to enjoy the natural wonders of the area.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at Yuxi Homestay! The hotel owner was so kind and helpful with planning our itinerary and booking tickets for Wulingyuan, Tianmen Mountain, Huanglong Cave, and the Glass Bridge. Our room was simultaneously cozy and spacious, with a beautiful view. Every morning we were treated to a delicious free breakfast. It’s a family business, and it really shows. They were all very kind and the little daughter running around was very cute too. If you speak Chinese, you’ll get to experience how fun they are. If you don’t, they’ll try their best anyway so try to meet them halfway. There’s a great restaurant right around the corner too, and the owner there is a good friend of the hotel owner. The restaurant name is Tu Jia Xiao Er, or 土家小二. I don’t think I’d want to stay anywhere else if/when I come back to Zhangjiajie!

Really enjoyed our stay here at the Zhangjiajie Qishi Li cave Homestay. Location was pretty convenient, with airport/train station/hotel/hotel transfer. within easy walking distance to the East gate of the National Forest Park and close to foot massage parlours and restaurants. Staff were very warm, courteous and helpful. Our tickets to all the local attractions were arranged flawlessly and we even managed to save half a day with their thoughtful planning. The cave bar was awesome though the bats were a little scary. Breakfast was served individually on a tray in the homestay restaurant and though limited in choice, the selection was tasty, refill was available and well thought out with slight daily variations. The smart mountain view room with king bed was comfy and spacious. The only downsides were the bright blue toilet light and smart mirror light which couldn’t be turned off at night. Xiao Wei our AI room assistant was also a little hard to navigate if you don’t speak fluent mandarin but we did end up missing her after we left as she was quite helpful and fun to interact with. Lights in the room could also have been improved as we found out that when Xiao Wei was being updated we could not switch off half of the lights on one night until after midnight. The restaurant dinner was also tasty but you have to order in advance as it does not serve food otherwise. Likewise for lunch. This type of room is only suitable for couples as the shower and toilet doors are slightly see-through. I do know they are a new homestay that only recently opened so they are still making further improvements. The pool looked awesome though we didn’t get to use it. The homestay definitely feels like you are staying at a mini holiday resort so I would definitely recommend if your plan a trip to Wulingyuan in Zhangjiajie and I would certainly stay there again. They even gifted us us a tin of chinese tea as a leaving present.

We got two rooms here. Both were huge with comfortable beds and furniture. Well appointed, clean, and in great condition. Location is about 20 minutes stroll from the east gate past a pretty riverside area and a nice municipal park. Lots of restaurants and shops close by too. Staff were indeed helpful with planning the journey through the national park. I had done some research of what we wanted to do and they tailored their recommendations to my ideas. Then they booked all our tickets for us, saving time at the gate. Definitely recommend staying here!
