Best Zhangjiajie Hotels

When I first came to this B&B, I didn't quite understand the meaning behind ”故島远方”. I just heard that the owner was a veteran who returned to his hometown to build his hometown, but I didn't delve into the origin of it. After staying here for a few days, I became friends with the staff and learned about their stories, including the stories of each courtyard, which touched me. I think a good B&B not only attracts tourists because of its popularity and internet celebrity, but also for the purpose of experiencing a life and listening to a story to heal one's soul. When their spirits resonate, it is not just a journey that is healed, but also a memory point in life.

Excellent location and has comfortable, clean rooms which had everything we wanted. The host was lovely and helped us organize and book what we wanted to see in the area. He speaks English quite well. I highly recommend staying here.

Hygiene: The pillows were still dirty when I first entered the room. I had to ask the waiter to replace them. Environment: It is very close to Huanglong Cave. You can walk there, but taking a taxi here is slow and it is inconvenient to go to far places. Facilities: The bed is a bit broken and it creaks when you lie on it. I like Beizheng B&B. The boss and his wife are super nice. They were waiting at the door before we arrived. Just tell them what breakfast you like. You can drink any kind of beverages. It feels great to be at home. I like the terrace on the fifth floor of their house the most. It is so comfortable to sit in a rocking chair at night, eat the fruits that the boss bought for us, and chat. I highly recommend this store. It feels so important. The room decoration style is modern and simple. It looks very comfortable and not exaggerated. L'Occitane bath and Dyson are a good match. Thanks to the boss and his wife, I look forward to seeing you next time.

I like the decoration style of the homestay very much. It gives people a feeling of simplicity and grandeur, which is low-key yet luxurious. Just taking a casual photo in the yard is very good. It is also worth mentioning that the staff at the homestay are very warm and caring. They can pick up and drop off at the high-speed rail station and the airport, and they can have night chats around the stove at night. It makes you feel that this homestay is great value, awesome!

The best hospitality I’ve experienced in China! We received an upgrade to the family suite during the low season. The room was spacious, well equipped, clean and comfortable. The views were incredible (pictured) overlooking the vegetable garden and national park in the distance. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and fresh, with seasonal vegetables from the garden. Above all, the staff were kind and helpful. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

It is a small hotel. They provide a limited number of food to order for breakfast. Almost like a bed-and-breakfast place. Overall, it was a nice place to stay as long as you do not need their transportation service. The driver charged 120 CNY to the airport. The owner decided to send us instead of the driver. When we arrived at the airport, he charged 200 CNY. This hotel is about a 5-minute drive / 35 minutes walk to the entrance to the Zhangjiajie's Avatar / floating mountains. It is about 50 minute drive from the Tianmen Heaven's Gate. I recommend staying at the Zhangjiajiw's center (10-15 minutes drive to Tianmen Heaven's Gate). Pros: A bidet is available in the bathroom. The decor is lovely. The location is convenient to the main road with restaurants and many other stores. Cons: There was no place to hang the used towel if you plan to use it again. There is no place to put soap in the bathroom other than on the window sill. Also, it only gives one small bottle of soap to use for the sink and the shower. It has mosquitoes in the room. If you need to use the bathtub, please make sure to clean it yourself again before use. It was not very clean. No English-speaking staff.
