My room is a duplex. Kid likes the room. There is a minimart and noodle store near the carpark entrance which takes about 5 mins to walk. Hotel is located quite far away from everything if you like serenity and there to enjoy the room it will be a good place.

The room was incredible. Perfect. My kid is really enjoy to stay. And also breakfast was so yummy. I would love to come back here again. Staff name Starfish butlet and flying fish are very helpful Thank you so much .

It was a beautiful room and the service was good. I would definitely visit again. There were some problems though. 1. The breakfast did not have enough food for everyone. 2. The bath water is too cold, which defeats the purpose of a bath. 3. Someone’s bags were already in our room when we arrived.

Everything was fine except the location. Dont expect too much on breakfast but still ok with various dim sum available and more kids friendly.

We shared this room with another family and it was a great experience. The kids enjoyed it a lot and there was a lot of space for us. They loved the ball pool! The beds were comfortable and place was clean. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Our stay was truly wonderful! The room was so beautiful and dreamy—it honestly made me feel like a total princess. The hospitality was warm and attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious. Every detail, from check-in to checkout, was handled with care. A short but memorable stay we’d happily relive again!

Everything was great except a room has a bit dusty and hotel had a problem with air ventilation, you can smell cigarette inside the room even it was a non-smoking room.

The hotels rooms are fab my kid loved her pink princess room. The location is a little quiet but there is a great noodle restaurant within 2 minutes walk, handmade northern Chinese noodles and more restaurants a 10 minute walk away it’s also very easy for the hotel to get you a car to all the local theme parks and attractions and the staff were super helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing place! Lovely themed hotel. Loved the princess castle room with carousel and bathtub in the room. Nicely decorated with Christmas theme and it's super clean 😍 Kids loved it, adults loved it too and they have a laundry room on level 5 that has washer and dryer self service. Can't wait to visit again to try a different theme room
