酒店地理位置較好，能看到無遮擋海景，服務設施好，可以隨時接駁車去南沙灣店的沙灘玩。尤其管家小葉，服務特別到位，熱情周到，第一時間一響應，能及時解決各種問題。讓我們全家的體驗非常好，下次還會再來。

東澳島上有兩間格力酒店，一間大一點，有沙灘，設施多一點，另外一間小一點，設施小一點。我當時沒認真看，訂了小一點的房間，環境、衞生、服務也不錯，就是出行的時候需要等酒店的電瓶車來接送，但可能是週六日客人比較多，電瓶車要先滿足大酒店的需求才能來小酒店接客人，這樣的安排不太方便。其他的都不錯，尤其是酒店賓客服務中心私人管家小葉和大堂前台的工作人員都很棒！感謝他們對我們的貼心服務！還有酒店的旅拍也很好，讓我帶着孩子也能留下美美的照片，推薦！
